Abstract

浓缩咖啡机的过滤装置和方法
技术领域
本发明涉及浓缩咖啡(espresso coffee)机,尤其涉及确保在这种机器的过滤装置中使用的研磨咖啡的预定压紧密度(packing desity)。 
背景技术
浓缩咖啡机是公知的。简要地说,在过滤装置内挤压少量的研磨咖啡,并使热水加压流过咖啡,以制作浓缩饮料。重要的是,充分压紧研磨咖啡,以确保制作出特色咖啡油脂层(characteristic crema layer);然而,压得太紧将导致热水压力过大,和/或导致浓缩饮料的制作较慢。 
US-A-5280747提出了一种研磨咖啡压紧活塞,该研磨咖啡压紧活塞由来自煮沸器的加压热水致动。最大压紧力由作用于活塞上的水压确定,并由防止在活塞装置内产生过大压力的弹簧结构确定。因此,该现有技术的机构可以避免过度压紧研磨咖啡,但是有些复杂。 
所需要的是简单直接的方法,其既能确保充分压紧研磨咖啡,又能避免过度压紧。 
发明内容
本发明提供了一种用于实现上述目的的方法和装置。 
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种压紧浓缩咖啡机的过滤机构中的研磨咖啡的方法,该方法包括以下步骤: 
将一定量的研磨咖啡放入滤杯中, 
将所述滤杯安装在可回退的支承部上,该可回退支承部具有预定的预载 荷, 
提供加压水源, 
提供对所述水源产生响应的活塞机构, 
对所述杯应用所述活塞机构,以对抗所述支承部的抵抗力而挤压所述研磨咖啡,以及 
增大所述压力,直到超过所述预载荷而使得所述支承部回退为止。 
如果活塞机构向研磨咖啡施加的载荷不能超过预定弹簧复位力,则不需要支承部的完全回缩。部分或渐进的回退可能就够了。 
因为向浓缩机安装了过滤装置,所以会出现预载荷。 
这种结构可以确保充分而不过度压紧研磨咖啡。 
在优选实施方式中,所述方法包括以下步骤:例如通过螺旋压缩弹簧对所述支承部施加弹性载荷,并对所述弹簧预加载荷以提供所述预载荷。弹簧可以具有低弹性系数(low rate)。所述方法可以包括调节所述弹簧的预载荷以提供最优的结果。 
本发明还提供了一种制作浓缩咖啡的方法,该方法包括如上所述的压紧方法,并且还包括以下步骤: 
提供热水作为所述水源, 
使所述热水在使所述支承部回退的压力或者高于该压力的压力下流到所述滤杯的上游部分(upstream side)。 
在进一步的改进例中,所述方法还包括以下步骤:提供被预加载荷的阀,以使热水以预定压力流过所述滤杯,该预定压力等于或高于使所述支承部回退的压力。 
根据本发明的第二方面,提供了一种浓缩咖啡机的过滤支承装置,所述装置包括过滤主体和滤杯,该过滤主体具有竖直轴,该滤杯适于容纳研磨咖啡,且能够在所述轴上对抗复位装置而向下位移。 
这种装置通过相对于过滤主体向下位移而对滤杯中的研磨咖啡提供了预 定程度的挤压。在使用时,复位装置优选地是弹簧,最优选地是具有等效于期望挤压程度的预载荷的螺旋压缩弹簧。换言之,滤杯开始向下位移指示了适当的挤压。 
可以通过手动装置在滤杯中对研磨咖啡进行挤压,但是最优选的是,将该装置安装到浓缩咖啡机上,以例如通过水压活塞响应于水压而进行自动挤压。滤杯优选地是圆形的,活塞紧配合在滤杯口的内径上。典型的是,将未挤压的研磨咖啡倒入滤杯中,在挤压之前使研磨咖啡与滤杯的边缘齐平,以确保一致性。 
复位装置可以是能调节的,以便调整挤压程度使得适于以最大的体积产出流率(volume delivery rate)制作良好的浓缩咖啡。 
滤杯还可以包括位于其基部中的受限出口,以确保最小的背压。在优选的实施方式中,所述出口包括插入部,该插入部具有一个预定直径的开口,该插入部优选地对称位于所述基部中。 
根据本发明的过滤支承装置适于浓缩咖啡机的许多变体,在这些变体中,通过活塞的向下移动来挤压研磨咖啡。本发明还提供了这样一种机器,该机器具有储水罐、泵和加热器,以能够向上述过滤支承装置提供加压热水。该机器还包括水压活塞,该水压活塞在加压热水的作用下能够对着滤杯移动,并且具有活塞复位弹簧。 
在优选实施方式中,所述活塞复位弹簧是螺旋压缩弹簧,并且所述活塞中包括使热水通过的管路,所述管路由弹性偏压单向阀封闭。所述管路可以包括从活塞冠部起位于所述轴上的直立衬套(sleeve),该直立衬套中包括所述阀。 
在使用时,增大热水压力首先使活塞对抗着所述复位弹簧而向下移动,以挤压研磨咖啡。在预定水压下,从而在预定载荷下,滤杯的复位装置回退,以避免对研磨咖啡的不适当的压紧。在该压力或恰好高于该压力的情况下,单向阀打开以使热水流向滤杯。 
该机器还可以包括一阀,该阀用于释放所述活塞上游的水压当制作了期望 容量的咖啡液时,同时,机器将泵和加热器闭上。所述阀可以是自动的,并且包括由所述泵上游的流量计致动的电磁阀(electrical solenoid-operated valve)。

具体实施方式
参照图1,浓缩咖啡机21包括水罐16,水罐16具有经由流量计17而连通到泵18的出口。泵18能够用于大大增大水的压力(例如,增大到15巴),接着水经过煮沸器19流到过滤调制装置20。在装置20的下方、滴接盘(driptray)22上例示有一示意性的杯30。 
图2中更详细地示出了装置20,装置20包括壳体31,壳体31具有连通自煮沸器的入口14和针对滴接盘22的出口32。出口32在正常时由电磁阀1封闭。 
壳体31包括支承结构33,支承结构33适于容纳可取下的过滤装置6,过滤装置6具有能够接合在“C”形支承面35上的边缘34。这种用于放置和保持装置6的具体结构是公知的,不需要在此做进一步的描述。 
从图中可见,在壳体31的上部内,是颠倒的环形筒36,环形活塞4在该环形筒36内滑动。活塞4紧固有内衬套37,该内衬套37承载可取下的弹簧保持器2。从图中可见,螺旋压缩弹簧3作用于筒36的内边缘与保持器2的下侧之间,以把活塞4背离由筒的下内边缘提供的端止部而偏压向筒的内部。 
在衬套37内,设置有单向阀13,该单向阀13由螺旋压缩弹簧12偏压到关闭状态。在使用时,如将要说明的那样,水压打开阀13,而使热水通过衬套流到过滤装置6。 
过滤装置6包括外保持器38和内杯状壳5,该内杯状壳5具有多个出口8,在使用时,液体咖啡可以从这些出口8流出。壳5经由螺旋压缩弹簧7安装到保持器38,并且在使用时可以相对向下移动,这将在后面说明。 
壳5内的杯状插入部39为研磨咖啡11提供了容器,插入部39的基部包括限流器9,限流器9中具有可以使加压咖啡液流到出口8的小孔。可以理解,限流器9对其上游的背压具有影响。 
使用该装置制作咖啡的过程如下。 
向插入部39填装预定量的研磨咖啡,并将过滤装置6安装到壳体31上,如图2所示。研磨咖啡11距活塞4的下侧有一距离。 
启动泵18和煮沸器19,使热水能经由入口14流入。用电磁阀1关闭出口32,从而增大水压。当克服了弹簧3的预载荷时,活塞4下降到图3所示的位置,在该位置处,研磨咖啡11受到挤压。可以理解,压紧的程度是多个参数(如水压、活塞面积和研磨咖啡的细度)的函数。 
在此阶段,单向阀13保持关闭,而弹簧7未受压。 
水压进一步增大,使得单向阀13打开,如图4所示,从而热水可以流过过滤装置6,以在出口8处产生液体咖啡。活塞4确保适当的压紧,并结合限流器9提供了具有期望“咖啡油脂”层的液体咖啡。 
如果背压超过制作液体咖啡的期望阈值(desired values),则同样如图4所示,弹簧7开始压缩。这样,以简单有效的方式避免了对研磨咖啡的进一步压紧。理想的是,在弹簧7开始压缩后,但在弹簧7完全压紧之前,单向阀13应当打开。 
当预定容量的水流过了流量计17时,泵停止工作,并且电磁阀1打开以释放活塞4上方的压力。活塞4向上回退,以使能够取下和清洁过滤装置。 

Claims (13)

1.一种压紧浓缩咖啡机的过滤机构中的研磨咖啡的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
将一定量的研磨咖啡放入滤杯中,
将所述滤杯安装在可回退的支承部上,该可回退支承部具有预定的预载荷,
提供加压水源,
提供对所述水源产生响应的活塞机构,
对所述杯应用所述活塞机构,以对抗所述支承部的抵抗力而挤压所述研磨咖啡,以及
增大所述压力,直到超过所述预载荷而使得所述支承部回退为止;
该方法在用于制作浓缩咖啡时,还包括以下步骤:
提供热水作为所述水源,和
使所述热水在使所述支承部回退的压力或者高于该压力的压力下流到所述滤杯的上游部分。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:对所述支承部施加弹性载荷,并对所述弹簧预加载荷以提供所述预载荷。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:调节所述弹簧的预载荷以提供最优的结果。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,该方法还包括以下步骤:提供被预加载荷的阀,以使热水以预定压力流过所述滤杯,该预定压力等于或高于使所述支承部回退的压力。
5.一种浓缩咖啡机的过滤支承装置,所述装置包括过滤主体和滤杯,该过滤主体具有竖直轴,该滤杯适于容纳研磨咖啡,且能够在所述轴上对抗复位装置而向下位移;
该装置还包括浓缩咖啡机,该浓缩咖啡机具有储水罐、泵和加热器,从而能够向所述滤杯输送加压热水;
所述加压热水在使所述支承部回退的压力或者高于该压力的压力下流到所述滤杯的上游部分。
6.如权利要求5所述的装置,其中,所述复位装置是弹簧。
7.如权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述弹簧是螺旋压缩弹簧。
8.如权利要求5到7中的任一项所述的装置,其中,所述滤杯包括位于基部中的受限出口。
9.如权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述出口包括插入部,该插入部具有一个预定直径的孔。
10.如权利要求5到7所述的装置,其中,所述复位装置能够调节以设置其预载荷。
11.如权利要求5所述的装置,该装置还包括水压活塞,该水压活塞在所述加压热水的作用下能够朝向所述滤杯移动,并且该装置具有活塞复位弹簧。
12.如权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述活塞复位弹簧是螺旋压缩弹簧,并且所述活塞中具有用于使热水流过的管路,所述管路被弹性偏压单向阀封闭。
13.如权利要求5所述的装置,该装置还包括用于在制作好期望容量的咖啡液时释放所述活塞上游的水压的阀,且包括关闭所述泵和加热器的构件。
