Abstract
本发明涉及新兴建筑材料领域中的负离子彩色饰面外墙保温材料。包括无机胶凝原料、无机颜料、骨料、有机胶凝原料、添加剂和负离子原料,其中:负离子原料为碧玺级电气石粉,其用量为10-15重量份;无机胶凝原料为PO42.5R水泥复合高铝水泥,其用量为25-30重量份;无机颜料为氧化铁无机颜料,其用量为5-10重量份;骨料为精制石英砂,其用量为65-70重量份;有机胶凝原料为丙烯酸固体胶料,其用量为3-5重量份;添加剂包括重量份为0.1-0.3的羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、重量份数为0.1-0.2的聚羧酸减水剂和重量份数为0.1-0.2的有机硅憎水剂。本发明在保留了现有彩色饰面砂浆的优点以外又增加了净化空气、提高建筑物耐腐蚀的作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及新兴建筑材料领域中的负离子彩色饰面外墙保温材料。
背景技术
我国是全球最大的能源消耗国,碳排量在全球也是高居不下,在我国的大中型城市,空气指数高于二级的天数屈指可数,节能降耗和改善空气质量已成为社会关注的焦点。为此围绕建筑保温出现了很多新的外墙保温材料,这些种类繁多的外墙保温材料主要包括无机胶凝材料、无机颜料、骨料、有机胶凝材料和添加剂,其中添加剂根据产品特性选择,常用的添加剂不外乎保水剂和抗裂剂、减水剂、憎水剂、增稠剂、触变润滑剂等,从节能降耗起到了积极作用。外保温材料的应用,从一定程度上减少了碳排量和氟化物的产生,但面对我国大中城市严峻的空气质量形势,仅仅减排是远远不够的。
众所周知,空气负离子除了对人体的健康作用外,还对空气净化起到重要的作用。主要表现在可以吸附并中和空气中的正离子,消除悬浮在空气中的10微米以下的飘层以及甲醛、氨、苯等许多有毒、有害的气体,同时还可抑制细菌、霉毒的生长。因此在有效降低有害气体排放的同时,如何有效利用负离子材料的特性,将其与建筑外墙材料有机结合成为本发明研究的方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术缺少净化空气的缺陷,提供一种在提高外墙保温效果的同时,能够有效释放负离子已达到净化空气质量的负离子彩色饰面外墙保温材料。
负离子彩色饰面外墙保温材料其技术方案是:包括无机胶凝原料、无机颜料、骨料、有机胶凝原料和添加剂,所述材料中还包括负离子原料,其中:负离子原料为碧玺级电气石粉,其用量为10-15重量份;无机胶凝原料为PO42.5R水泥复合高铝水泥,其用量为25-30重量份;无机颜料为氧化铁无机颜料,其用量为5-10重量份;骨料为精制石英砂,其用量为65-70重量份;有机胶凝原料为丙烯酸固体胶料,其用量为3-5重量份;添加剂包括重量份为0.1-0.3的羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、重量份数为0.1-0.2的聚羧酸减水剂和重量份数为0.1-0.2的有机硅憎水剂。
所述添加剂还包括密胺减水剂、以及产品代码5410型增稠剂和丙烯酸聚合物增稠剂、锂蒙脱石粘土触变润滑剂和活性片层状硅酸盐触变润滑剂的一种或几种,其用量分别为0.1-0.3重量份。
采用本发明的负离子彩色饰面外墙保温材料经过美国Alpha有限公司生产的Air Ion Counter负离子浓度测试仪检测,负离子彩色饰面砂浆的负离子释放浓度为1000个/cm3,长时间内可有效改善室外的空气质量。并且具有较强的质感效果,施工简单,耐沾污性、耐候性均好于现有的外保温面层材料,对比外保温贴瓷砖它具有自重轻、具有柔韧性、施工简单的特点,对比浮雕、真石漆它具有抗开裂、耐老化的特点。在保留了现有彩色饰面砂浆的优点以外又增加了净化空气、提高建筑物耐腐蚀的作用,随着建筑节能技术的进步和环保要求的提高,负离子彩色饰面砂浆的市场发展前景十分广阔。
具体实施方式
实施例1,新疆产碧玺级电气石粉10千克,PO42.5R水泥复合高铝水泥25千克,氧化铁无机颜料5千克,精制石英砂65千克,丙烯酸固体胶料3千克,以及羟丙基甲基纤维素醚0.1千克、聚羧酸减水剂0.1千克和有机硅憎水剂0.1千克。
实施例2,新疆产碧玺级电气石粉15千克,PO42.5R水泥复合高铝水泥30千克,氧化铁无机颜料8千克,精制石英砂70千克,丙烯酸固体胶料5千克,以及羟丙基甲基纤维素醚0.3千克、聚羧酸减水剂0.2千克和有机硅憎水剂0.2千克。
实施例3,新疆产碧玺级电气石粉12千克,PO42.5R水泥复合高铝水泥28千克,氧化铁无机颜料8千克,精制石英砂68千克,丙烯酸固体胶料8千克,羟丙基甲基纤维素醚0.25千克、密胺减水剂0.15千克和有机硅憎水剂0.2千克。在此基础上,根据使用不同还可以添加适量添加剂,产品代码5410型增稠剂或丙烯酸聚合物增稠剂0.2千克,或者锂蒙脱石粘土触变润滑剂或活性片层状硅酸盐触变润滑剂0.3千克。
本发明所述的保水剂、增稠剂、触变润滑剂均为现行外墙保温材料常用的材料,不再详细说明。
本发明的材料加工工艺与现有外墙保温饰面板加工工艺基本相同,主要包括配料、加料、搅拌等工序。
Claims (2)
1.一种负离子彩色饰面外墙保温材料,包括无机胶凝原料、无机颜料、骨料、有机胶凝原料和添加剂,其特征在于所述材料中还包括负离子原料,其中:负离子原料为碧玺级电气石粉,其用量为10-15重量份;无机胶凝原料为P042.5R水泥复合高铝水泥,其用量为25-30重量份;无机颜料为氧化铁无机颜料,其用量为5-10重量份;骨料为精制石英砂,其用量为65-70重量份;有机胶凝原料为丙烯酸固体胶料,其用量为3-5重量份;添加剂包括重量份为0.1-0.3的羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、重量份数为0.1-0.2的聚羧酸减水剂和重量份数为0.1-0.2的有机硅憎水剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的负离子彩色饰面外墙保温材料,其特征在于:所述添加剂还包括密胺减水剂、丙烯酸聚合物增稠剂和活性片层状硅酸盐触变润滑剂的一种或几种,其用量分别为0.1-0.3重量份。
