本发明涉及一种热轧开坯辊修复专用药芯焊丝,其特征是将锰铁、硅铁、钒铁、铬铁的铁合金粉末、铁粉和金属铬粉按比例取料,均匀混合装在管丝包皮带钢上制成管状药芯焊丝,其化学成份应控制在C 0.20-0.28%、Si 0.15-0.35%、Mn 1.10-1.40%、P≤0.03%、S≤0.03%、Cr 3.10-5.85%、Mo 1.45-1.65%、V 0.48-0.60%余量为Fe。本发明与实芯焊丝相对比可降低成本35%,提高抗裂性2.5-3.5倍,并能提高抗磨性将大大延长开坯辊的使用寿命。

热轧开坯辊修复专用药芯焊丝
技术领域
本发明涉及一种药芯焊丝,由多种合金粉末均匀混合装在包皮带钢上制成的管状药芯焊丝。
背景技术
目前,实际生产中所主要应用的是HCr13系列堆焊焊丝,如在尹世科主编的,由中国标准出版社出版的《世界焊接材料手册》第181页表1-132所述的焊丝;又如在中国机械工程学会焊接学会主编的,由机械出版社出版的《焊接手册》第625页,表18-16所述的堆焊焊丝,均为常用焊丝。在使用中存在工作层抗冷热疲劳性差、耐磨性差、使用寿命低等问题。
发明内容
本发明专利要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型的热轧开坯辊修复专用药芯焊丝,是采用多元合金强化,提高堆焊金属的抗冷热疲劳性能和耐磨性能。
本发明热轧开坯辊修复专用药芯焊丝,其特征在于,根据热轧开坯辊使用性能要求确定的堆焊金属化学成分,选取锰铁、硅铁、钼铁、钒铁、铬铁的铁合金粉末、铁粉和金属铬粉,其粒度为80-100目,按比例要求均匀混合后装入管丝轧丝机的布料器中,并均匀地撒在管丝包皮带钢上包扎成管状,在经过拉丝机进行拉拔制成外径为φ3.2-4mm的管状药芯焊丝;其化学成分应控制在:C0.20-0.28%、Si 0.15-0.35%、Mn 1.10-1.40%、P≤0.03%、S≤0.03%、Cr3.10-5.85%、Mo 1.45-1.65%、V 0.48-0.60%、余量为Fe。
本发明与实芯焊丝对比可降低成本35%,提高抗裂性2.5-3.5倍,并能提高抗磨性将大大延长热轧开坯轧辊的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
第一个实施方式是应用在堆焊修复和表面强化“1150”、“950”、“750”、“650”等同类热轧开坯辊,在修复时除掉辊身裂纹而车削的深沟部位时的填沟部位的药芯焊丝,将锰铁、硅铁、钼铁、钒铁、铬铁的铁合金粉末、铁粉和金属铬粉,其粒度为80-100目,按比例要求均匀混合后装入管丝轧丝机的布料器中,并均匀的撒在管丝包皮带钢上包扎成管状,再经过拉丝机进行拉拔,制成外径为φ3.2-4mm的管状药芯焊丝;其化学成分应控制在:C 0.20-0.28%、Si0.15-0.35%、Mn 1.10-1.40%、P≤0.03%、S≤0.03%、Cr 3.10-3.50%、Mo 1.45-1.65%、V 0.48-0.60%、余量为Fe。
第二个实施方式是应用在堆焊修复和表面强化“1700”、“1500”等同类热轧开坯辊支持辊,在修复时除掉辊身裂纹而车削深沟部位时的填沟部位的药芯焊丝,按照实施例一的方法制成的外径为φ3.2-4mm的管状药芯焊丝;其化学成分应控制在:C 0.20-0.28%、Si 0.15-0.35%、Mn 1.10-1.40%、P≤0.03%、S≤0.03%、Cr 5.10-5.50%、Mo 1.45-1.65%、V 0.48-0.60%、余量为Fe。

1.一种热轧开坯辊修复专用药芯焊丝,其特征在于:选取锰铁、硅铁、钼铁、钒铁、铬铁的铁合金粉末、铁粉和金属铬粉,其粒度为80-100目,按比例要求均匀混合后装入管丝轧丝机的布料器中,并均匀地撒在管丝包皮带钢上包扎成管状,再经过拉丝机进行拉拔,制成外径为φ3.2-4mm的管状药芯焊丝;其化学成份应控制在:
C 0.20-0.28%、Si 0.15-0.35%、Mn 1.10-1.40%、P≤0.03%、S≤0.03%、Cr 3.10-5.85%、Mo 1.45-1.65%、V 0.48-0.60%,余量为Fe。
