Abstract
本发明涉及一种增强强度用板材,具体涉及一种以如下内容为特征的增强强度用板材,其特征在于:对于由大理石、石材、木材、铝材、陶瓷材料等材料组成的板材进行轻薄处理之后,在该板材的一面粘贴铝质发泡泡沫板材,从而保持板材特有强度且大量减轻板材的重量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种增强强度用板材,具体涉及一种以如下内容为特征的增强强度用板材,其特征在于:对于由大理石、石材、木材、铝材、陶瓷材料等材料组成的板材进行轻薄处理之后,在该板材的一面粘贴铝质发泡泡沫板材,从而保持板材特有强度且大量减轻板材的重量。
背景技术
通常情况下,板材是指采用金属材料、大理石材料、石材、木材、合成树脂材料、铝质材料等原材料制造而成的板状物。该板材根据其特性可以使用于多种用途。
例如,可以使用于建筑结构物的内/外部装饰材料,其中,木材、石材、大理石等也可以使用于地板材。最近,建筑结构物主要使用大理石来体现结构物的高层次特性。
将大理石使用于内/外部装饰材料时,昂贵的价格会提高建筑结构物的建设成本。此外,沉重的重量给安装工作带来诸多不便的同时,改变建筑结构物设计方案时,还要额外提高其建筑费用。
目前,公共汽车、地铁等的内部装饰材料使用合成树脂等材料。可这种装饰材料一遇到火灾就散发有害气体而危及乘客的生命。
另外,家具等使用高档木材,可这种方式会提高家具的生产成本,加重消费者的经济压力。
发明内容
为了解决以上问题,本发明提供一种以如下内容为特征的增强强度用板材,由大理石、石材、木材、合成树脂材料、陶瓷材料等组成的板材的一面粘贴铝质发泡泡沫板材,保持板材特有功能的同时,增强强度,减轻重量,从而提高经济实惠性,保证施工人员安装方便。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,根据本发明的增强强度用板材,通过粘附力,将树脂板的一面粘贴到铝质发泡泡沫板材的一面或者两面,且该树脂板的另一面通过粘合剂粘贴板材。
这里,所述板材由石材、大理石、木材、合成树脂材料、金属材料、铝质材料、陶瓷材料、不燃性橡胶板材等组成。
而且,所述板材可以形成多个穿孔。
另外,网状纤维板浸渍所述粘合剂而起到粘合作用。
本发明的技术效果在于:
第一,使用于建筑内/外装置材料时,由于比现有大理石材料重量轻,很容易施工,还可以大幅降低其单价。除此之外,还可以简单方便地使用于墙壁、天棚等各种装修。
第二,使用于国防领域的防弹材料时,板材表面一发生冲击力,铝质发泡泡沫板吸收冲击力,金属板阻止产生冲击力的物体穿过。因此,强度高,冲击吸收力卓越。
第三,使用于家具等时,铝质发泡泡沫板材支持木材板材,大大提高耐久性和噪音吸收功能。
第四,使用于铁路车辆、公共汽车等的地板材时,不仅可以远离来自火灾的危险,还可以提高防腐性能和噪音吸收功能。
特别是,最表层使用由不燃性材料组成的板材时,可以远离来自火灾的危险。

具体实施方式
以下参考附图详细说明根据本发明的优选实施例。在说明本发明的过程中,相关的公知技术等会混淆本发明的实质时,对其不再做详细的说明。
如图1或者图2所示,根据本发明的增强强度用板材包括板状板材100以及采用粘合剂300粘贴到该板材100的一面而增强所述板材100的强度的铝质发泡泡沫板材200。
这里,如图3或者图4所示,所述铝质发泡泡沫板材200可以用粘合剂300粘贴结合一对所述板材100、100a。
所述铝质发泡泡沫板材200是一种发泡铝材而制造成板状体的板材,其表面形成多个不规则性气孔,其技术特征已被本领域的技术人员广泛熟知。
所述板材100根据用途,可以采用石材、大理石、木材、金属材料、合成树脂材料、铝材、陶瓷材料、不燃性橡胶板材料等制造成板状体。
而且,如图5或者图6所示,将所述铝质发泡泡沫板材200和板材100分别粘贴到两面涂布粘合剂300的树脂板400的两面。
所述树脂板400具备热熔合或者自身粘附力时,不需要特别使用所述粘合剂300,直接粘贴到所述板材100或者铝质发泡泡沫板材200上。
这里,由于采用发泡泡沫方式的制造方法,所述铝质发泡泡沫板材200的表面会形成不规则的表面。为了平整该不规则表面,使用所述树脂板400。
而且,如图7所示,在所述板材100的表面形成多个穿孔110,吸收噪音等。
另外,如图8所示,为了提高所述粘合剂300的粘附力,在网状纤维板500浸渍所述粘合剂的状态下粘贴所述板材100和铝质发泡泡沫板材200。
而且,如图9所示,所述粘合剂粘附在高强度金属板600的两面的状态下,粘贴所述板材100和铝质发泡泡沫板材200。
另外,在板材100的最表层再次粘贴不燃性橡胶板材质板材,从而保证远离来自火灾的危险。
以下通过根据不同用途的实施例详细说明以上根据本发明的增强强度用板材。
第1实施例
使用于建筑内/外装饰材料时:
以大理石板材100+粘合剂300+树脂板400+铝质发泡泡沫板材200的形式组成。
如此,由于重量比现有大理石材质轻,不仅便于施工,还可以大幅降低其单价。
而且,所述增强强度用板材不仅可以用在所述建筑内/外装饰材料,还可以用在墙壁、天棚等各种装修。
所述树脂板400和铝合金发泡泡沫板材200可以通过由于所述树脂板400的熔合而产生的自身粘附力或者特别的粘合剂300及结合口进行结合。
第2实施例
使用于防弹材料时:
以陶瓷材质板材100+粘合剂300+金属板600+铝质发泡泡沫板材200的形式组成。
如此,所述陶瓷材质板材100的表面发生冲击力时,铝质发泡泡沫板材200可以吸收冲击力,金属板600还可以阻止产生冲击力的物体穿过。
可以通过粘合剂300或者特别的结合口结合所述金属板600和铝质发泡泡沫板材200。
第3实施例
使用于家具等时:
以木质材料板材100+粘合剂300+铝质发泡泡沫板材200+粘合剂300+木质材料板材100a的形式组成。
如此,可以使铝质发泡泡沫板材200支持木质材料板材100、100a,大幅提高耐久性和噪音吸收功能。
第4实施例
使用于铁路车辆、公共汽车等的地板材时:
以铝质板材100+粘合剂300+铝质发泡泡沫板材200+粘合剂300+铝质板材100a的形式组成。
如此,不仅可以远离来自火灾的危险,还可以提高防腐性能和噪音吸收功能。
Claims (4)
1.一种增强强度用板材,其特征在于:通过粘附力,将树脂板的一面粘贴到铝质发泡泡沫板材(200)的一面或者两面,且该树脂板的另一面通过粘合剂粘贴板材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增强强度用板材,其特征在于:所述板材是石材、大理石、木材、金属材料、合成树脂材料、铝质材料、陶瓷材料、不燃性橡胶材料组成的板材中任一一种板材。
3.根据权利要求2所述的增强强度用板材,其特征在于:所述板材上形成多个穿孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的增强强度用板材,其特征在于:网状纤维板浸渍所述粘合剂而起到粘合作用。
