Abstract
本发明涉及一种钢化玻璃面铝蜂窝复合板,具有铝蜂窝芯(1)和钢化玻璃(2),铝蜂窝芯(1)的一面与钢化玻璃(2)粘结,另一面与钢化玻璃(2)或其他板材粘结,所述铝蜂窝芯(2)的间壁上设置有微孔(3)。本发明采用钢化玻璃作为装饰面,并采用蜂窝中空复合层,可直观显示出钢化玻璃后部的中空蜂窝状网格结构,使外观更显别致,同时,蜂窝中空复合层有效减轻了装饰面板的重量,还可增加复合板自身的强度。
Description
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢化玻璃面铝蜂窝复合板。
(二)背景技术
为了达到美化建筑墙面或地面的目的,通常可采用多种美化方式,如油漆、在墙面或地面安装各类装饰面板等。一般的装饰面板有木板、铝板、钢板、塑料板或复合板等多种形式可供选择,采用这类装饰面板装在墙面或地面上具有耐磨、抗腐蚀性好、易清洁等优点。但这类装饰面板的装饰面均为不透明材质,缺乏新意,且装饰面板有采用单层结构的,也有采用多层的复合结构,但复合层结构均为实心结构,比较笨重。
(三)发明内容
为了克服现有的装饰面板的外观缺乏新意,且比较笨重的不足,本实用新型提供一种钢化玻璃面铝蜂窝复合板,使装饰面板呈透明化,且比较轻巧。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种钢化玻璃面铝蜂窝复合板,具有铝蜂窝芯和钢化玻璃,铝蜂窝芯的一面与钢化玻璃粘结,另一面与钢化玻璃或其他板材粘结,在铝蜂窝芯的间壁上设置有微孔。
具体地:所述其他板材为金属薄板、蜂窝板、石材板、瓷板或压克力板。
本发明采用钢化玻璃作为装饰面,并采用蜂窝中空复合层,可直观显示出钢化玻璃后部的中空蜂窝状网格结构,使外观更显别致,同时,蜂窝中空复合层有效减轻了装饰面板的重量,还可增加复合板自身的强度。

(五)具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的一种钢化玻璃面铝蜂窝复合板,具有铝蜂窝芯1和钢化玻璃2,铝蜂窝芯1的一面与钢化玻璃2粘结,另一面与钢化玻璃2或其他板材粘结。在蜂窝芯2的间壁上设置有微孔3。将其他板材为金属薄板、蜂窝板、石材板、瓷板或压克力板,其中,蜂窝板为铝蜂窝芯两侧粘结板材的复合板。
加工时,先将胶粘剂涂覆在板板的粘结面,然后分别与铝蜂窝芯1的两个面粘结,将胶粘剂尚未凝固的半成品放入特制的密封仓中,常温下抽真空,使密封仓内为负压,由于在铝蜂窝芯1的间壁上设置有微孔3,在铝蜂窝芯1与板材粘结后,每个蜂窝室的空气可以通过微孔3排出到密封仓外,使板材与铝蜂窝芯1紧密贴合,待胶粘剂完全凝固后,从密封仓内取出成品。
安装时,将具有钢化玻璃的面置于墙面或地面的装饰框架外侧,另一面与装饰框架固定连接。
本发明通过采用钢化玻璃为装饰面板并与铝蜂窝作为复合层,不仅有效减轻了重量,而且能直观到显示内部蜂窝状的六边形结构,给人以美的享受。
Claims (2)
1.一种钢化玻璃面铝蜂窝复合板,其特征是:具有铝蜂窝芯(1)和钢化玻璃(2),铝蜂窝芯(1)的一面与钢化玻璃(2)粘结,另一面与钢化玻璃(2)或其他板材粘结,所述铝蜂窝芯(2)的间壁上设置有微孔(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢化玻璃面铝蜂窝复合板,其特征是:所述其他板材为金属薄板、蜂窝板、石材板、瓷板或压克力板。
