Claims (8)
- 半热回收型GHP燃气发动机驱动空调/热泵机组,包括发动机系统、冷媒系统、热水系统和控制系统,其特征在于:冷媒系统中设置有冷媒热回收换热器,发动机系统中设置有冷却水热回收换热器,生活热水回路串联连接冷媒热回收换热器和冷却水热回收换热器。
- 2.根据权利要求1所述半热回收型GHP燃气发动机驱动空调/热泵机组,其特征在于: 生活热水的外部入口接通冷媒热回收换热器的水侧入口,生活热水的外部出口与冷却水热 回收器的水侧出口接通,即低温的生活热水先经过冷媒热回收换热器后经过冷却水热回收 换热器的串联方式。
- 3.根据权利要求1所述半热回收型GHP燃气发动机驱动空调/热泵机组,其特征在于: 冷媒热回收换热器设置在冷媒系统中的四通阀与油分离器之间连接管路上。
- 4.根据权利要求3所述半热回收型GHP燃气发动机驱动空调/热泵机组,其特征在于: 冷媒系统中在冷媒热回收换热器冷媒侧出口与四通阀之间的连接管路的最低部设有排液 装置,排液装置采用U型管。
- 5.根据权利要求1-4所述半热回收型GHP燃气发动机驱动空调/热泵机组,其特征在 于:冷媒热回收换热器冷媒侧入口与压缩机之间的管路上安装压缩机出口温度传感器,冷 媒热回收换热器3的热水入口侧与热水出口侧之间设有电动式热水换向三通阀,热水换向 三通阀出口一是流向冷媒热回收换热器入口,出口二是流向发动机冷却水热回收换热器入 口,热水换向三通阀入口连通生活热水入口,在热水换向三通阀入口附近管路设有热水入 口温度传感器,在发动机冷却水热回换热器4出口附近管路设有热水出口温度传感器,当 热水入口温度高于压缩机出口冷媒温度时热水换向三通阀出口二打开,出口一关闭,热水 不进入冷媒热回收换热器从而防止逆放热,达到防止逆放热的目的,反之,出口一打开,出 口二关闭,加热生活热水。
- 6.根据权利要求5所述半热回收型GHP燃气发动机驱动空调/热泵机组,其特征在于: 热水换向用三通阀采用感温式三通阀,逆放热防止功能直接由感温三通阀的设定换向温度 与实际感测温度决定,与控制系统无关。
- 7.根据权利要求5任一所述半热回收型GHP燃气发动机驱动空调/热泵机组,其特征 在于:冷却水温控三通阀、热水取出用三通阀、散热用三通阀、热水换向用三通阀均为分流 式三通阀。
- 8.根据权利要求1-4任一所述半热回收型GHP燃气发动机驱动空调/热泵机组,其特 征在于:冷媒热回收换热器为板式换热器或套管式换热器,冷媒热回收换热器的冷媒侧配 管采用上进下出,水侧采用下进上出的连接方式。
