本发明涉及一种兆瓦级风电叶片根端螺栓安装及定位的方法,是通过以下步骤实现的:将第一T型螺母置入叶根孔内;在螺栓头部均匀涂上凡士林后,再用扭矩扳手旋入第一T型螺母内,扭矩值为20~100NM,将O型橡皮圈嵌入孔口;将与螺栓相同数目的、具有相同长度的钢套管套入螺杆,再将定位法兰套入每个螺栓中;将定位套套入定位法兰孔和螺栓间;在定位套上放入垫片,旋紧第二螺母;用保护罩将螺栓套住,用和叶片灌注树脂有良好粘附力的胶黏剂将第一T型螺母外露部分与产品的阶梯区域批平,用树脂浸润2-4层玻纤布将第一T型螺母包住;所有玻璃钢结构成型结束后,在表面铺一层脱模布,在后续加工前撕去;等玻纤布固化后,将定位法兰卸下。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种兆瓦级风电叶片的零件装配,尤其涉及一种兆瓦级风电叶片根端螺栓安装及定位的方法。
背景技术
风力发电机作为一种精密设备,长期在自然条件较差的野外运行,要保证风机的长时间有效工作,就必须关注风机上的每一个细节,精心呵护每一个部件。风机的外观主要由四个部分组成:塔架、机舱、轮毂、叶片。而这四个部分都需要靠螺栓来进行连接。因此,在风机的安装过程中,螺栓紧固效果的好坏将直接影响到日后风机的正常运行和发电效率——尤其是塔架、机舱转向座轴承和叶片等关键部位的螺栓。如何方便、有效的对叶片根端螺栓进行安装及定位的方法,以适应叶片批量生产的需要是很重要的。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供了一种兆瓦级风电叶片根端螺栓安装及定位的方法,旨在解决上述的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下步骤实现的:
将第一T型螺母置入叶根孔内;
在螺栓头部均匀涂上凡士林后,再用扭矩扳手旋入第一T型螺母内,扭矩值为20~100NM,将O型橡皮圈嵌入叶根孔的孔口;
将与螺栓相同数目的、具有相同长度的钢套管套入叶根孔的螺杆,再将定位法兰套入每个螺栓中;
将定位套套入定位法兰孔和螺栓间;
在定位套上放入垫片,旋紧第二螺母;
用保护罩将螺栓套住,用和叶片灌注树脂有良好粘附力的胶黏剂将第一T型螺母外露部分与产品的阶梯区域批平,用树脂浸润2-4层玻纤布将第一T型螺母包住;所有玻璃钢结构成型结束后,在表面铺一层脱模布,在后续加工前撕去;
等玻纤布固化后,将定位法兰卸下。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:具有方便、定位准确、适合批量成产的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
由图1可见,本发明是通过以下步骤实现的:
1、将第一T型螺母1置入叶根孔内;
2、在螺栓2头部均匀涂上凡士林后,再用扭矩扳手旋入第一T型螺母内,扭矩值为20~100NM,将O型橡皮圈3嵌入叶根孔的孔口;
3、将与螺栓相同数目的、具有相同长度的钢套管4套入叶根孔的螺杆,再将定位法兰5套入每个螺栓中;
4、将定位套6套入定位法兰孔和螺栓间;
5、在定位套上放入垫片,旋紧第二螺母7;
6、用保护罩将螺栓套住,用和叶片灌注树脂有良好粘附力的胶黏剂将第一T型螺母外露部分与产品的阶梯区域批平,用树脂浸润2-4层玻纤布将第一T型螺母包住;所有玻璃钢结构成型结束后,在表面铺一层脱模布,在后续加工前撕去;
7、等玻纤布固化后,将定位法兰卸下;
第一T型螺母和螺栓的强度等级分别为10级和10.9级;
在步骤4中的法兰上的孔的直径为33~40mm。
实施例
将T型螺母置入叶根孔内,有较大孔的一端对着螺栓孔;
在螺栓头部(螺纹长度较短的一头)均匀涂上凡士林后,再用扭矩扳手旋入T型螺母内,扭矩值为50NM,将O型橡皮圈嵌入孔口,O型橡皮圈的内径比螺栓外径小2mm,外径为孔的内径;
将54个相同长度的钢套管套入螺杆,再将定位法兰套入54个螺栓中,注意保护螺纹,不能碰坏;
将尼龙定位套套入定位法兰孔和螺栓间;
放入垫片,旋紧螺母;
用保护罩将螺栓套住,用环氧树胶黏剂将T型螺母外露部分与产品的阶梯区域批平,用环氧树脂浸润3层220mm宽的双轴向玻纤布将T型螺母包住,纤维布中心线与T型螺母的圆心连线重合。所有玻璃钢结构成型结束后,在表面铺一层脱模布,在后续加工前撕去;
等玻纤布固化后,将定位法兰等工装卸下。

Claims (3)

1.一种兆瓦级风电叶片根端螺栓安装及定位的方法,是通过以下步骤实现的:
(1)、将第一T型螺母置入叶根孔内;
(2)、在螺栓头部均匀涂上凡士林后,再用扭矩扳手旋入第一T型螺母内,扭矩值为20~100NM,将O型橡皮圈嵌入叶根孔的孔口;
(3)、将与螺栓相同数目的、具有相同长度的钢套管套入叶根孔的螺杆,再将定位法兰套入每个螺栓中;
(4)、将定位套套入定位法兰孔和螺栓间;
(5)、在定位套上放入垫片,旋紧第二螺母;
(6)、用保护罩将螺栓套住,用和叶片灌注树脂有良好粘附力的胶黏剂将第一T型螺母外露部分与产品的阶梯区域批平,用树脂浸润2-4层玻纤布将第一T型螺母包住;所有玻璃钢结构成型结束后,在表面铺一层脱模布,在后续加工前撕去;
(7)、等玻纤布固化后,将定位法兰卸下。
2.根据权利要求1所述的兆瓦级风电叶片根端螺栓安装及定位的方法,其中:第一T型螺母和螺栓的强度等级分别为10级和10.9级。
3.根据权利要求1所述的兆瓦级风电叶片根端螺栓安装及定位的方法,其中:在步骤(4)中的法兰上的孔的直径为33~40mm。
