Abstract

一种安全高效的液氨制备氨水的设备,本发明公开了一种安全高效的将液氨与水配置成氨水的设备。液氨从设备液氨进口进入后,进入到液氨分布器中,通过液氨分布器将液氨均匀的分配到各个列管中,在每根列管中液氨与列管中水均匀混合;液氨溶解于水的过程中将产生大量的热量,设备设置循环冷却系统,用循环冷却水将液氨溶解过程中产生的热量移走,能得到浓度30%以下的任何浓度的氨水。本装置的优点在于混合的过程与移热的过程同时进行,设备紧凑,体系温度稳定,氨水浓度控制灵活,不会出现超温超压现象,设备运行安全;用分布器多点注氨,形成多界面的高效混合过程,大大加快了液氨溶解的速度,提高氨水制备效率。

技术领域:
本发明属于化工机械技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种安全高效的液氨制备氨水的设备。
背景技术:
目前工业上液氨与水混合制作氨水一般采用将液氨管连接到水管上,将大股的液氨注入水管中,液氨与水在管中混合,由于混合效果很不好,且操作不稳定,热量也无法及时移走,形成大量气氨,噪音很大,形成的氨水温度很高,需要用换热器将氨水的温度降下来,一旦液氨形成气氨后,该部分氨就很难再被水吸收,需要用喷淋等手段,工业上一般就将该部分气氨用稀酸吸收掉,这样原料就浪废了。且形成的氨水浓度不稳定,高浓度的氨水很难配置。传统的氨水配置工艺设备多流程长占地面积大,部分管道由于振动很大,管子容易振裂,存在安全隐患。
发明内容:
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提出了一种安全高效的将液氨与水配置成氨水的设备,以解决现有技术氨水配置效率低、配置所需设备多、噪音大、成品氨水浓度低、氨水浓度不均匀等缺陷。
本发明公开了一种安全高效的液氨制备氨水的设备,使用该设备配置氨水具有效率高,氨水浓度高,氨水浓度均匀等优点。液氨从a口液氨入口进入,软化水从b口进入设备,c口产出合格的氨水,循环水分别从d口进e口出。液氨从a口进入后,在液氨分布器中被均分到分配支管里,通过分配支管上的小孔扩散到列管中的水中,液氨分布器的分配支管上的小孔为1mm,这就保证了液氨与水充分接触,增强了吸收的效果。相比较于将液氨直接通入水管中来说,没有在一个界面上放出同样的热,而是在多点上放热,这样就避免热量的集中释放。液氨与水混合过程会产生大量的热,如果热量不能及时移走,会产生气氨影响混合效果,而且低温是有利于将液氨被水吸收的,本装置的另一个突出优点在于在混合的同时,换热的过程也在同时进行,确保氨水在设备出口是接近常温,如果温度很高,原本在氨水中的氨也会再次逸出。接近常温就可以使氨再次逸出量变的很小。相比较与传统的氨水配置装置,需要换热器、机泵、罐槽等设备,而本发明就显示出设备高度集成,取消了管路及机泵和中间槽,减少了设备投资,同时也减少了设备维护成本。将液氨用液氨分布器注入列管的水中,形成多界面的高效混合过程,大大加快了混合的速度。而多股氨水最终汇集到设备上封头上混合后排出,使氨水中浓度更均匀。在设备的设计上均采用制造技术成熟,且制造难度低,这样制造的成本就低,便于设备的推广和使用。
需要说明的是,以上所述仅为本发明的其中一个实施例。相信在本申请权利要求书所限定的范围内,本领域技术人员可以根据本发明的原理作出各种等同的变型。

Claims (2)

1.一种安全高效的液氨制备氨水的设备,用液氨分布器将液氨均匀的分配到各个列管中,形成多界面混合的工作状态,其特征在于液氨分布器的分配支管伸入到各个列管中,在液氨分布器的分配支管上开孔,孔的大小为1mm,开孔总面积为液氨进口截面积的1.1倍;液氨分布器的分配支管伸入各个列管的长度为500~800mm,这样能有效保证混合效果,同时避免液氨分布器分配支管的振动;列管中的水是流动的,通过在设备进水口设置软化水调节阀门来控制列管中水的流量,利用软化水流量调节配置不同浓度的氨水;液氨制备氨水的过程中产生的热量,利用循环冷却水及时取走,热量的取走采用管式冷凝器的方式,将液氨与水走冷凝器的管程,循环冷却水走冷凝器的壳程;多股氨水最终汇集到设备封头上混合后排出,使氨水中浓度更均匀。
2.根据权利1所述的安全高效的液氨制备氨水的设备,通过在进水口设置调节阀门来控制氨水的浓度,可配置30%以下的任何浓度的氨水。
