Abstract

一种硬盘架,用于装设一硬盘,所述硬盘架包括一本体以及两用于固定所述硬盘的固定体,所述本体包括一面板,所述本体还包括两用于夹设所述硬盘的由减震材料制成的减震臂,所述减震臂由所述面板的相对两端向同侧延伸出,所述固定体分别搭接于所述减震臂。本发明硬盘架利用其本身的减震臂帮助硬盘减震,无需另外增加减震构件,从而实现低成本减震。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种硬盘架。
背景技术
计算机中的硬盘通常安装在硬盘架内。一般计算机在开启后,硬盘在硬盘架内产生震动,会发出噪音,且震动会影响硬盘寿命。硬盘架通常由金属材料制成,很不利于减震。常见的减震做法是在硬盘架内另外安装若干以减震橡胶或减震弹簧为主要功能主体的防震构件。但另外增加零件会提高成本。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可有效减震且成本低廉的硬盘架。
一种硬盘架,用于装设一硬盘,所述硬盘架包括一本体以及两用于固定所述硬盘的固定体,所述本体包括一面板,所述本体还包括两用于夹设所述硬盘的由减震材料制成的减震臂,所述减震臂由所述面板的相对两端向同侧延伸出,所述固定体分别搭接于所述减震臂。
本发明硬盘架利用其本身的减震臂帮助硬盘减震,无需另外增加减震构件,从而实现低成本减震。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图4,本发明硬盘架10的较佳实施方式用于装设一硬盘90。硬盘90的相对两侧分别开设有若干锁固孔900。硬盘架10包括一本体30以及两固定体50。
本体30包括一面板32以及两分别由面板32的相对两端向同侧延伸出的减震臂34。每一减震臂34于其末端,即远离面板32的一端处的外侧表面削去部分材料,形成一第一凹陷342。每一减震臂34于第一凹陷342所在处的上缘削去部分材料,形成一缺口344。所述第一凹陷342及所述缺口344使得每一减震臂34的末端形成一第一搭接部。所述第一搭接部的第一凹陷342内开设一通孔340。其中,本体30的材料,至少其减震臂34的材料,为减震材料。在本实施方式中所述减震材料为塑胶。
固定体50用于固定所述硬盘90。每一固定体50的一端的内侧面削去呈“7”形的一部分材料,形成一第二凹陷52。第二凹陷52使得每一固定体50形成一与本体30的对应减震臂34的第一搭接部相应的第二搭接部。每一固定体50的第二搭接部的第二凹陷52内开设一第一通孔501。每一固定体50沿其长度方向还开设至少一第二通孔502。其中,固定体50的材料为金属。
组装时,将硬盘90夹设于本体30的两减震臂34之间。将两固定体50的第二搭接部分别搭接至相应减震臂34的第一搭接部。利用固定件71,如螺丝,依次穿过固定体50的第一通孔501及减震臂34的通孔340并锁入硬盘90相应位置的锁固孔900。利用固定件72,如螺丝,穿过固定体50的第二通孔501并锁入硬盘90相应位置的锁固孔900。从而,将硬盘90装设至硬盘架10。
本发明硬盘架10的减震臂34由减震材料(如塑胶)制成,可对硬盘90减震,而无需另外增加减震构件,从而实现低成本减震。
前述具体实施方式仅为本发明众多实施方式的有限列举,因此,由本发明的设计思想延伸出的其他实施方式,尤其是形状、尺寸以及元件排列布置方面的不脱离本发明设计思想的变化,均应认为是本发明权利要求所保护内容。

Claims (6)

1.一种硬盘架,用于装设一硬盘,所述硬盘架包括一本体以及两用于固定所述硬盘的固定体,所述本体包括一面板,其特征在于:所述本体还包括两用于夹设所述硬盘的由减震材料制成的减震臂,所述减震臂由所述面板的相对两端向同侧延伸出,所述固定体分别搭接于所述减震臂。
2.如权利要求1所述的硬盘架,其特征在于:所述减震材料为塑胶。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的硬盘架,其特征在于:每一减震臂于其末端处的外侧表面形成一第一凹陷,每一减震臂的末端于所述第一凹陷上形成一缺口,所述第一凹陷及所述缺口使得每一减震臂的末端形成一第一搭接部,每一固定体的一端的内侧面形成一“7”形第二凹陷,所述第二凹陷使得所述固定体的相应端形成一与所述减震臂的第一搭接部相应的第二搭接部以使所述固定体分别搭接于所述减震臂。
4.如权利要求3所述的硬盘架,其特征在于:每一第一搭接部的第一凹陷内开设一通孔,每一固定体的第二搭接部的第二凹陷内开设一与所述第一搭接部的通孔相应的第一通孔。
5.如权利要求4所述的硬盘架,其特征在于:每一固定体沿其长度方向还开设至少一第二通孔。
6.如权利要求3所述的硬盘架,其特征在于:所述固定体的材料为金属。
