发明内容
本发明目的是针对上述不足之处,提供一种一次性自动保险圆形吻合器,设置有自动保险装置、薄型抵钉座、钉仓套与铝弯管锁紧装置,薄型抵钉座可以使吻合器容易插入肠道,减少病人痛苦,由于设置有自动保险装置,不会造成误击发,手术成功率高;由于设置有钉仓套铝弯管锁紧装置,钉仓套与铝弯管使用锁紧装置连接锁紧,连接部位表面光滑、外形美观,手术中不会伤害组织;由于调节螺管装有蝶形手柄,手术过程中手术操作人员容易抓住,调节轻松不会打滑,操作方便。

一次性自动保险圆形吻合器包括抵钉座组件、钉仓组件、铝弯管、弯推杆组件、活动手柄组件、调节螺母组件、自动保险装置和固定手柄组件。
弯推杆组件包括弯推杆、导向轴、连接片、丝杆、调节块、调节螺钉和压片。连接片由上连接片与下连接片组合在一起构成,连接片前端装有导向轴,连接片后端装有丝杆,调节块通过调节螺钉安装在丝杆上,调节块上设有调节凸台,丝杆后部设置有不等距螺纹。所述导向轴前端设有黄色标记圈。弯推杆中孔、弯推杆套装在连接片外部,弯推杆前端设有推钉片卡槽,弯推杆中部一侧设置有半圆形压片卡槽,压片组装在弯推杆上的半圆形压片卡槽中;弯推杆后部为圆管状,在弯推杆后部的外圆周上设有2-4个弯推杆密封槽,装有“○”形密封圈,弯推杆后端设有活动手柄击发槽。

工作原理
首先逆时针旋转蝶形手柄带动调节螺母,传动丝杆、连接导向轴,推动抵钉座组件使抵钉座组件和钉仓组件分离,当看到导向轴上黄色标记,拨下抵钉座组件,将抵钉座插入手术需要的胃、肠道中一端,打好荷包,并将手术器械前端钉仓组件插入手术需要切除的胃、肠道另一端,打好荷包,再将抵钉座组件与导向轴连接,顺时针旋转蝶形手柄,带动调节螺管、传动丝杆,丝杆上的调节块带动保险定位板滑动,带动指示块传动板,指示块传动板传动指示块,当蝶形手柄旋转不动时,通过上、下固定手柄视窗上的连接片、导向轴拉动,看到指示块上出现绿色标记片时活动手柄上的保险台阶脱离保险定位板,这是自动保险打开,击发活动手柄,活动手柄推动弯推杆,弯推杆推动推钉片和环形刀,切除坏组织,同时吻合钉将组织缝、吻好。
再顺时针旋转蝶形手柄带动调节螺母,两至三圈,取下手术器械,手术完全结束。

固定手柄组件由上固定手柄和下固定手柄组合而成,上固定手柄和下固定手柄后部均设有调节孔槽,用于调节调节块,上固定手柄和下固定手柄均设有视窗孔,上固定手柄和下固定手柄前端均设有锁紧圈安装台阶,上固定手柄和下固定手柄内后部均设有调节螺母安装凸台,上固定手柄与下固定手柄后端均设有定位导向圈安装凸台,上固定手柄和下固定手柄中部内侧设有保险定位板滑槽、活动手柄销孔、活动手柄安装槽、保险定位板复位弹簧插销孔、指示块传动板定位销孔、指示块滑槽、指示块传动板滑槽、指示块传动板复位弹簧安装槽和指示块传动板复位弹簧定位孔,上固定手柄和下固定手柄前端内设置有铝弯管定位台阶和固定凸台,分别与铝弯管后端安装固定;
自动保险装置包括保险定位板、保险定位板复位弹簧、保险定位板复位弹簧销、指示块、指示块传动板、指示块传动板复位弹簧和指示块传动板定位销;保险定位板安装在上、下固定手柄中部内侧的保险定位板滑槽内,保险定位板上设有调节块滑槽、指示块传动板安装槽和保险定位板复位弹簧孔,在指示块传动板一端设有指示块传动板定位销孔,指示块传动板中部设有指示传动板复位弹簧孔,指示块传动板另一端设有指示块传动滑槽,指示块传动板安装在上、下固定手柄的传动板滑槽内,指示块传动板一端装插在保险定位板上的指示块传动板安装槽内,通过指示块传动板定位销定位,指示块传动板中部的指示块传动板复位弹簧孔上装有指示块传动板复位弹簧、指示块传动板复位弹簧另一端安装在手柄复位弹簧孔上,指示块安装在上、下固定手柄的指示块滑槽内,指示块上设置有指示块传动凸台,指示块传动凸台安装在指示块传动板另一端的指示块传动滑槽内;
钉仓组件通过卡槽安装在铝弯管前端,铝弯管后端与上下固定手柄前端相配合,弯推杆组件后端丝杆上装有调节螺母组件,调节螺母组件与丝杆连接,装在上固定手柄内,调节块上的调节凸台装插在保险定位板的调节块滑槽内,活动手柄前端装插在弯推杆的后端活动手柄击发槽内,并通过活动手柄销安装在上、下固定手柄上,盖上下固定手柄并通过锁紧圈将上、下固定手柄锁紧,抵钉座组件通过导向轴连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性自动保险圆形吻合器,其特征在于所述导向轴前端设有黄色标记圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一次性自动保险圆形吻合器,其特征在于所述弯推杆后部为圆管状,在弯推杆后部的外圆周上设有2-4个弯推杆密封槽,装有“○”形密封圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一次性自动保险圆形吻合器,其特征在于所述丝杆前端设有1-4个丝杆密封槽,装有密封圈。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一次性自动保险圆形吻合器,其特征在于所述钉仓套锁紧卡口至少设置2个。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一次性自动保险圆形吻合器,其特征在于所述所述的钉仓套锁紧卡至少设置有2个。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一次性自动保险圆形吻合器,其特征在于所述钉仓上设置有2-3圈吻合钉槽,安装若干个吻合钉,相邻二圈吻合钉槽交叉,钉仓外圈设有若干条凹槽与凸起。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一次性自动保险圆形吻合器,其特征在于所述所述抵钉座下端设有2-3圈抵钉槽。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一次性自动保险圆形吻合器,其特征在于所述蝶形手柄骨架外部包裹有软质塑料层。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一次性自动保险圆形吻合器,其特征在于所述指示块上设有绿标记片。
