技术领域
本发明涉及一种市政设施,特别是涉及一种环筋式井盖。
背景技术
公路上的窨井盖在车辆碾压时会承受很大的压力,为了使窨井盖具有足够的承压能力,现有的窨井盖都被制作得很厚,这样不仅不便于运输和安装,也非常浪费材料。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术的不足,提供一种在节省材料的同时具有较高的抗压性能的环筋式井盖。
解决本发明技术问题的方案是:环筋式井盖由盖体、外圈梁、连接筋、径向筋和内圈梁构成。外圈梁、连接筋、径向筋、内圈梁均处于盖体的底面且与盖体为一整体。盖体是圆周带有一圈向下的边沿的圆盘体。盖体的底部中央是环形的内圈梁,内圈梁与盖体同轴心且内圈梁的外直径为盖体外直径的1/4,内圈梁的内外直径之差为4-5cm,厚度为5-8cm。三条径向筋在平面上互成120°夹角并沿着盖体的直径方向将盖体的边沿和内圈梁的外周连接为一体。每一条径向筋的底面为斜面,每条径向筋与内圈梁相接处的厚度与内圈梁相同,每条径向筋与盖体相接处的高度为2-3cm。圆环形的外圈梁与盖体同轴心且外直径为内圈梁和盖体的直径之和的一半。外圈梁的内外直径之差为2-3cm,厚度为2-4cm。三条连接筋在平面上互相成120°夹角且与相邻的径向筋成60°夹角。每条连接筋沿着盖体的直径方向将外圈梁的内壁和内圈梁的外周连接。每条连接筋的宽度为1-2cm,厚度为2cm。
采用上述方案,能达到以下效果:
1.由于本发明在盖体的底部设置了内外两道圈梁,同时采用多根径向的连接筋将圈梁、盖体边沿连接为一体,这样的结构能够把盖体表面受到的压力传递到圈梁和连接筋上,对盖体的局部应力起到了分散作用,大大提高了盖体的抗压强度。
2.由于盖体中部所受压力的动力臂最大,破坏力最强,因此本发明的径向筋为中间厚、边缘薄的斜体,这样不仅节省了材料,也提高了承压能力。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
环筋式井盖由盖体1、外圈梁2、连接筋3、径向筋4和内圈梁5构成。外圈梁2、连接筋3、径向筋4、内圈梁5均处于盖体1的底面且与盖体1为一整体。盖体1是圆周带有一圈向下的边沿的圆盘体。盖体1的底部中央是环形的内圈梁5,内圈梁5与盖体1同轴心且内圈梁5的外直径为盖体1外直径的1/4,内圈梁5的内外直径之差为5cm,厚度为8cm。三条径向筋4在平面上互成120°夹角并沿着盖体1的直径方向将盖体1的边沿和内圈梁5的外周连接为一体。每一条径向筋4的底面为斜面,每条径向筋4与内圈梁5相接处的厚度与内圈梁5相同,每条径向筋4与盖体1相接处的高度为3cm。圆环形的外圈梁2与盖体1同轴心且外直径为内圈梁5和盖体1的直径之和的一半。外圈梁2的内外直径之差为3cm,厚度为4cm。三条连接筋3在平面上互相成120°夹角且与相邻的径向筋4成60°夹角。每条连接筋3沿着盖体1的直径方向将外圈梁2的内壁和内圈梁5的外周连接。每条连接筋3的宽度为2cm,厚度为2cm。
