一种增压注水装置,小四通、上法兰、大四通、下法兰、套管依次连接,悬挂器安装在大四通内,小四通一侧安装进液阀,另一侧安装排液阀,泄压管安装在密封器下部,泄压管与密封器下内部相通,增压泵筒上部与悬挂器连接,从而使增压泵筒悬挂在大四通上,内泵筒上部与悬挂器下部连接,光杆穿过密封器,光杆下部与增压柱塞连接,增压柱塞处于增压泵筒,光杆与内泵筒配合密封,光杆上部与抽油机连接。用抽油机增压注水,增压水为低脉冲、大波动,可以对地层进行解堵和疏通,能提高地层的渗透性,增加注水量,利用抽油机增压注水,抽油机为常用设备,好管理,管理难度小,维修少,劳动强度低,注水时率高,周期长,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。

技术领域
本发明是油田注水用的设备,是一种增压注水装置。
背景技术
个别注水井需要高压水才能注入地层里,各油田都采用了多种增压设备,如地面柱塞泵、离心泵,用这些泵将现有注水管网上的压力增压后注入需要高压的注水井里,这些增压设备都存在不足之处,主要是输出压力平稳,压力波动小,没有疏通地层有功效,不能提高注水层的渗透性。用地面柱塞泵、离心泵增压注水,由于是高进高出,地面柱塞泵、离心泵的密封存在严重问题,使其管理工作困难,维修频繁,工人劳动强度大,增压注水经常停顿,造成注水井内压力波动,引起井内工具伸缩和地层吐砂,缩短注水周期,产生重大经济损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种增压注水装置,提高地层渗透性,增加注水量,减少管理难度,延长注水周期。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:有小四通、上法兰、悬挂器、大四通、下法兰、套管,小四通、上法兰、大四通、下法兰从上至下依次连接,套管上部与下法兰连接,悬挂器安装在大四通内,并与大四通配合密封,还有进液阀、光杆、泄压管、密封器、排液阀、内泵筒、增压泵筒、增压柱塞,小四通一侧安装进液阀,小四通另一侧安装排液阀,泄压管安装在密封器下部,泄压管与密封器内部相通,增压泵筒上部与悬挂器连接,从而使增压泵筒悬挂在大四通上,内泵筒上部与密封器下部连接,光杆穿过密封器、内泵筒,光杆与密封器、内泵筒配合密封,光杆下部与增压柱塞连接,增压柱塞处于增压泵筒内,增压柱塞与增压泵筒配合密封,光杆上部与抽油机连接。
本发明的有益效果是:用抽油机增压注水,增压水为低脉冲、大波动,可以对地层进行解堵和疏通,能提高地层的渗透性,增加注水量,利用抽油机增压注水,抽油机为常用设备,好管理,管理难度小,维修少,劳动强度低,注水时率高,周期长,因此,本发明具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行说明。如图所示,本发明的实施例由进液阀1、光杆2、泄压管3、密封器4、排液阀5、小四通6、上法兰7、悬挂器8、大四通9、下法兰10、内泵筒11、套管12、增压泵筒13、增压柱塞14组成,小四通6、上法兰7、大四通9、下法兰10从上至下依次连接,套管12上部与下法兰10连接,悬挂器8安装在大四通9内,并与大四通9配合密封,小四通6一侧安装进液阀1,小四通6另一侧安装排液阀5,泄压管3安装在密封器4下部,泄压管3与密封器4内部相通,增压泵筒13上部与悬挂器8连接,从而使增压泵筒13悬挂在大四通9上,内泵筒11上部与密封器4下部连接,光杆2穿过密封器4、内泵筒11,光杆2与密封器4、内泵筒11配合密封,光杆2下部与增压柱塞14连接,增压柱塞14处于增压泵筒13内,增压柱塞14与增压泵筒13配合密封,光杆2上部与抽油机连接。
工作时,与光杆2连接的抽油机运转,带动光杆2、增压柱塞14往复运动,光杆2、增压柱塞14下冲程时,增压柱塞14上部空间增大,排液阀5关闭,进液阀1打开,注水管网的水经进液阀1进入增压柱塞14上部空腔,光杆2、增压柱塞14上冲程时,增压柱塞14上部空间减小,排液阀5打开,进液阀1关闭,增压后的水经排液阀5、注水管线、注水井注入地层。抽油机的冲程一般为3-6m,冲程一般为3-9次,所以它的冲程长,冲次慢,增压水低脉冲,大波动,适合于地层有堵塞的注水井,有利于解堵和疏通地层,提高注水井渗透率,增加注水量。
内泵筒11之外是高压液体,光杆2与内泵筒11金属配合密封后,光杆2与内泵筒11之间的间隙漏失液至内泵筒11上部,经泄压管3排走,内泵筒11上部成为低压,所以密封器4与光杆2的密封成为可能,密封器4为抽油井上的现有密封器,泄压管3一般与井场的输油管线相连,输油管线的压力为低压,适合密封器4工作。

1.一种增压注水装置,有小四通(6)、上法兰(7)、悬挂器(8)、大四通(9)、下法兰(10)、套管(12),小四通(6)、上法兰(7)、大四通(9)、下法兰(10)从上至下依次连接,套管(12)上部与下法兰(10)连接,悬挂器(8)安装在大四通(9)内,并与大四通(9)配合密封,其特征是:还有进液阀(1)、光杆(2)、泄压管(3)、密封器(4)、排液阀(5)、内泵筒(11)、增压泵筒(13)、增压柱塞(14),小四通(6)一侧安装进液阀(1),小四通(6)另一侧安装排液阀(5),泄压管(3)安装在密封器(4)下部,泄压管(3)与密封器(4)内部相通,增压泵筒(13)上部与悬挂器(8)连接,从而使增压泵筒(13)悬挂在大四通(9)上,内泵筒(11)上部与密封器(4)下部连接,光杆(2)穿过密封器(4)、内泵筒(11),光杆(2)与密封器(4)、内泵筒(11)配合密封,光杆(2)下部与增压柱塞(14)连接,增压柱塞(14)处于增压泵筒(13)内,增压柱塞(14)与增压泵筒(13)配合密封,光杆(2)上部与抽油机连接。
