Abstract

本发明涉及一种光缆纵包钢带高频炉预热系统。一种光缆纵包钢带高频炉预热系统,设置有挤出机、钢带纵包模,所述挤出机的机头和钢带纵包模的包膜孔在同一轴平面内,所述挤出机的机头与钢带纵包模之间设有高频感应线圈,所述高频感应线圈与高频感应炉相连。本发明采用本装置预热光缆的钢带,不仅使钢带搭接处易于粘结,而且由于钢带四周都得到预热(温度达70℃),使钢带通过挤出机机头时,护套材料MDPE更易与钢带粘结,使护套和钢带粘为一个整体,粘结强度更大(这一点光缆标准中有要求),成为钢塑复合护套,挡潮能力更强,光缆质量更高。比起使用热熔胶的方法,更经济又环保。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种光缆纵包钢带高频炉预热系统。
背景技术:
GYTS型光缆在挤护套工序中,首先需要纵包涂塑钢带以加强光缆的机械强度和防水性能。传统的工艺是利用护套挤出机头的温度使钢带上涂塑层软化使钢带搭接处粘接,但这种方法不太可靠,粘结强度往往不牢,造成光缆此性能不合格。也有一些厂家在钢带搭接处预先涂上热熔胶,但这种方法是热熔绞流量很难精确控制,而且也增加了光缆的制造成本。
发明内容:
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种光缆纵包钢带高频炉预热系统。
本发明解决其技术所采用的技术方案是:一种光缆纵包钢带高频炉预热系统,设置有挤出机、钢带纵包模,所述挤出机的机头和钢带纵包模的包膜孔在同一轴平面内,所述挤出机的机头与钢带纵包模之间设有高频感应线圈,所述高频感应线圈与高频感应炉相连。
本发明采用本装置预热光缆的钢带,不仅使钢带搭接处易于粘结,而且由于钢带四周都得到预热(温度达70℃),使钢带通过挤出机机头时,护套材料MDPE更易与钢带粘结,使护套和钢带粘为一个整体,粘结强度更大(这一点光缆标准中有要求),成为钢塑复合护套,挡潮能力更强,光缆质量更高。比起使用热熔胶的方法,更经济又环保。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如附图所示的一种光缆纵包钢带高频炉预热系统,设置有带有机头2的挤出机1和钢带纵包模3,所述挤出机1的机头2与钢带纵包模3之间设有高频感应线圈4,所述挤出机1的机头2、钢带纵包模3和高频感应线圈4在同一轴平面内,所述高频感应线圈4与高频感应炉5相连。
将用于制作光缆的钢带6和缆芯7依次穿过钢带纵包模3、高频感应线圈4和机头2,系统运行时,当钢带6和缆芯7运行到钢带纵包模3时,钢带6由于外力的作用包裹缆芯7并往前移动,当移动至高频感应线圈4时,由于高频感应炉5对高频感应线圈4电流驱动,在钢带6中产生高频涡流及热量,进行预热(温度达70℃),使钢带6通过挤出机1的机头2时,护套材料MDPE更易与钢带6粘结为一个整体(即成成品光缆),其粘结强度更大,成为钢塑复合护套,挡潮能力更强,光缆质量更高。

1.一种光缆纵包钢带高频炉预热系统,设置有带有机头(2)的挤出机(1)和钢带纵包模(3),其特征是:所述挤出机(1)的机头(2)与钢带纵包模(3)之间设有高频感应线圈(4),所述挤出机(1)的机头(2)、钢带纵包模(3)和高频感应线圈(4)在同一轴平面内,所述高频感应线圈(4)与高频感应炉(5)相连。
