本发明涉及到一种氢氧能源设备领域,尤其涉及到一种氢氧能源设备网状结构电极板。其设于氢氧发生器内部,其特征在于:所述的电极板(10)为网状结构。其有益效果是:1、电解水反应面积大大提高,电解液阻力大大下降。2、采用Ni-Mo-S材质作极板,大大降低析氢超电位。从实验证明,电解效率取决于电解时电能转变为氢能时的能量损耗。而能量损耗主要取决于极板的过电压,过电压低,说明极板的热能损耗低,从而能量损耗少。采用Ni-Mo-S网作极板,过电压比采用316L不锈钢低20%以上,将热能损耗降低到最少,即降低电能消耗。3、实现提高产气量和降低能耗双突破。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种氢氧能源设备领域,尤其涉及到一种氢氧能源设备网状结构电极板。
背景技术
电极板装载于发生器内,是水电解反应的主要载体。市场同类产品电极板采用板面钻孔的方式,来达到增进电解反应发生效果的目的。不过在使用的过程中,本发明人发现现有板面钻孔的电极板在能耗方面还存在很大的问题,还可以有很大的改进。
基于上述现有电极板的不足之处,本发明人研制了本发明“氢氧能源设备网状结构电极板”。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术的不足所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种氢氧能源设备网状结构电极板。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种氢氧能源设备网状结构电极板,所述的电极板为网状结构,网状电极板相比直面电极板接触面增多,反应面积增大,产气量更多;并且氢氧发生器内的气体阻力减小,含气量增大;从而大大降低了水电解时的能耗。
所述的电极板用Ni--Mo--S材质制成,其中S是硫,Ni为镍,Mo为钼。大大降低析氢超电位。从实验证明,电解效率取决于电解时电能转变为氢能时的能量损耗。而能量损耗主要取决于极板的过电压,过电压低,说明极板的热能损耗低,从而能量损耗少。采用镍网作极板,过电压比采用316L不锈钢要低20%以上,可以将热能损耗降低到最少,即降低电能消耗。
所述的电极板为20目镍网,镍网的网线直径为0.6mm。用直径为0.6mm的20目镍网可让效果最好。
所述的电极板外侧设有密封圈。
所述的电极板用Ni-Mo-S材料制成。
本发明氢氧能源设备网状结构电极板的有益效果是:
1、电解水反应面积大大提高,电解液阻力大大下降。
2、采用Ni--Mo--S材质作极板,大大降低析氢超电位。从实验证明,电解效率取决于电解时电能转变为氢能时的能量损耗。而能量损耗主要取决于极板的过电压,过电压低,说明极板的热能损耗低,从而能量损耗少。采用Ni--Mo--S网作极板,过电压比采用316L不锈钢低20%以上,将热能损耗降低到最少,即降低电能消耗。

具体实施方式
本发明是这样实施的:
在图1和图2中,一种氢氧能源设备网状结构电极板,设于氢氧发生器内部,电极板10为网状结构。网状电极板相比直面电极板接触面增多,反应面积增大,产气量更多;发生器内气体阻力减小,含气量增大;降低了水电解能耗。
在本实施例中,电极板10为镍网。电极板10为20目镍网,镍网的网线11直径为0.6mm。电极板10外侧设有密封圈20。
另外电极板10也可用Ni-Mo-S材料制成。
以上所述,仅是本发明氢氧能源设备网状结构电极板的一种较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明的技术范围作任何限制,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上的实施例所作的任何细微修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

1.一种氢氧能源设备网状结构电极板,设于氢氧发生器内部,其特征在于:所述的电极板(10)为网状结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氢氧能源设备网状结构电极板,其特征在于所述的电极板(10)为镍网。
3.根据权利要求2所述的氢氧能源设备网状结构电极板,其特征在于所述的电极板(10)为20目镍网,镍网的网线(11)直径为0.6mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的氢氧能源设备网状结构电极板,其特征在于所述的电极板(10)外侧设有密封圈。
5.根据权利要求1所述的氢氧能源设备网状结构电极板,其特征在于所述的电极板(10)用Ni-Mo-S材料制成。
