Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于光电(PV)阵列的连接系统,更具体地说,涉及PV连接系统中的小型连接盒,其为空间限制区域提供解决方案。
背景技术
光电(PV)模块,或PV阵列,由太阳能产生电能。由PV模块产生的电能减小了非可再生能源例如化石燃料和核能所需要的能量的量。还可从太阳能发电认识到显著的环境效益,例如减小来自燃烧化石燃料的空气污染、减小来自发电厂的水和土地的使用以及减小废弃副产品的存储。太阳能不会产生噪声,并且具有很少的移动部件。因为它们的可靠性,因此PV模块还减小了消费者的住宅用电和商用电的成本。
PV电池实质上是大面积的半导体二极管。由于光电效应,当PV电池被比如太阳光的光源照射时,光子能量转化为PV电池内的电能。PV电池一般被互连到功率范围为达到100瓦或更大的太阳能模块中。对于较大的PV系统,专用的PV模块可产生有典型功率范围为达到几百瓦。光电模块是光电发电系统的基本元件。根据希望的电压和电流参数,PV模块具有许多串联或并联互连的太阳能电池。PV电池被连接并放置在底部上的聚乙烯板和顶部的钢化玻璃之间。PV电池在半导体材料的上侧被互连于薄片触头。典型的晶体模块功率范围为从每个模块几瓦达到200瓦。
在正面或屋顶系统的情况下,光电系统可在构造过程中进行安装,或者在其建立之后加入到建筑物。屋顶系统一般为低功率系统,例如10KW,以满足一般的住宅负载。屋顶集成光电系统可由不同的模块类型,例如晶体和微多孔的非晶体模块组成。屋顶集成光电系统被集成到屋顶中;以使整个的屋顶或其中的一部分覆盖有光电模块,或者它们在之后被加入到屋顶。PV电池可集成有屋顶瓦或木瓦。
PV模块/阵列需要特别设计的装置,以适合于将各种PV模块/阵列彼此互连,并将各种PV模块/阵列互连于配电系统。PV连接系统用来容纳串联和并联连接的PV阵列。除了连接盒之外,PV连接系统包括连接器,这些连接器允许快速地现场安装或高速制造定长的电缆组件。需要连接件或连接盒从PV模块/阵列接收专门的电缆终端,其内具有功率二极管用于控制载荷的电流。在要求PV模块的尺寸最小化的密集的空间限制和要求的区域中会需要PV阵列。
发明内容
因此,要解决的问题是需要一种允许将PV阵列放置在紧凑的区域中的小型PV(LPPV)盒。
通过一种小型PV接线盒来提供解决方案,其中所述小型PV接线盒用于分配由太阳能系统中的PV阵列获得的太阳能。接线盒具有盖部,该盖部具有开口用于从太阳能电池板接收至少一个薄片触头;多个二极管元件,每个具有连接为用于使由二极管元件产生的热散去的散热片元件和多个被配置为从太阳能电池板电连接到至少一个薄片触头的触头;以及多根电缆,这些电缆被配置为互连多个小型接线盒并被配置为从太阳能电池板传导电能。散热片元件接触于二极管元件,以使散热片将热散到接线盒外部,并且其中所述触头布置有平行于太阳能电池板的平面以当其安装到太阳能电池板时减小接线盒的垂直高度。

具体实施方式
本发明致力于一种用于互连太阳能电池阵列的小型PV接线盒。图1-3图示本发明的两位置的实施例。接线盒模块10被安装到太阳能电池板(未示出)的背侧并且被连接到太阳能电池板的薄片触头以分配由电池板获得的能量。两位置模块10具有盖部30、两个触头12和电缆组件16。模块10被安装到电池板的背侧并且电池板的导电薄片被焊接到或另外连接到模块10的触头12。这些触头被水平地布置在接线盒中以使当应用于太阳能电池板时,它们平行于电池板的导电薄片。水平触头的结构允许接线盒具有最小的垂直外形并且适合于较小的空间。防水环氧树脂或粘合剂,例如RTV硅,用来将所述模块固定到电池板。两位置模块10中的触头2之间的中心线间距大约为18.00毫米,然而,可采用任何合适的间距。
图4和图5图示本发明的三位置模块18。模块18被安装到太阳能电池板(未示出)的背侧以分配由电池板获得的能量。三位置模块18具有盖部30、三个触头20、二极管22以及电缆组件24。模块18被安装到电池板的背侧并且类似于两位置模块10,电池板的导电薄片被焊接或另外连接到三位置模块的触头20。防水环氧树脂或粘合剂,例如RTV硅,用来将模块固定到电池板。在所示的实施例中,三位置模块18中的触头之间的中心线间距大约为36.00毫米,然而,可采用任何合适的间距。
两位置和三位置模块10、18具有过模制的盖部30,该盖部保护并盖住电路(二极管、触头和电路端部)。盖部16可由大致刚性的、电绝缘材料,例如ABS塑料或其他合适的材料构成。接线盒/盖材料优选具有高的导热性。
用于本发明的的二极管电路可以是TO-220封装的二极管14、22。TO-220封装的二极管14、22包含散热片,其有助于散热和有助于满足IEC 61215(Ed.2)的温度标准或其他合适的工业标准。本发明还可采用ITO-220二极管,其具有覆有塑料的散热片并且有助于散去任何产生的热以满足温度标准。除了TO-220二极管和ITO-220之外,能满足温度标准的任何其他类似且合适的二极管可用于本发明。
本发明被设计为承受10安培到15安培范围的工作电流,以及大约45VDC最大值的二极管工作电压。模块能承受的周围环境的工作温度是零下40摄氏度到75摄氏度。另外,触头12、20优选为镀锡的磷青铜,然而,可采用任何合适的材料,例如黄铜,或其他类型的铜合金。触头12、20还可以是同样具有散热片的整体结构。
本发明的优点在于小型的PV接线盒允许PV太阳能阵列放置在空间受到限制的区域中。
Claims (13)
1.一种用于互连配电系统中的太阳能电池阵列的小型接线盒(10,18),该小型接线盒包括:
盖部(30),该盖部具有用于接收太阳能电池板的至少一个薄片触头的开口,
多个二极管元件(14,22),每个二极管元件具有连接到其上用于使由所述二极管元件产生的热散去的散热片元件以及多个被配置为电连接到太阳能电池板的至少一个薄片触头的触头(12,20);
多根电缆(16,24),这些电缆被配置为互连多个小型接线盒(10,18),并且被配置为传导太阳能电池板的电能;以及
其中所述散热片元件被保持为接触于二极管元件(14,22),以使所述散热片将热散到所述接线盒外部,其中所述触头(16,24)布置有平行于所述太阳能电池板的平面以当安装到所述太阳能电池板时减小所述接线盒(10,18)的垂直高度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接线盒(10,18),其中所述二极管元件(14,22)触头通过焊接连接被连接到所述太阳能电池板的薄片触头。
3.根据权利要求1所述的接线盒(10,18),其中盖部(30)由大致刚性的、电绝缘且导热的材料构成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的接线盒(10,18),其中所述盖部(30)是单个模制件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的接线盒(10,18)还包括两个二极管触头位置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的接线盒(10,18)还包括三个二极管触头位置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的接线盒(10,18),其中所述多个二极管元件的至少一个二极管元件(14,22)是TO-220的封装二极管,其中所述TO-220的封装二极管具有散热的散热凸片。
8.根据权利要求1所述的接线盒(10,18),其中所述多个二极管元件的至少一个二极管元件(14,22)是TO-220二极管,其中所述ITO-220二极管具有覆有塑料的散热片以便以足以满足IEC61215要求的速率散热。
9.根据权利要求1所述的接线盒(10,18),其中所述触头(12,20)是铜合金。
10.根据权利要求9所述的接线盒(10,18),其中所述触头(12,20)是镀锡的磷青铜或黄铜中的任何一个。
11.根据权利要求1所述的接线盒(10,18),还包括用于所述二极管元件的为45伏直流电压的最大工作电压以及为15安培的最大工作电流。
12.根据权利要求1所述的接线盒(10,18),其中所述接线盒(10,18)被安装到太阳能电池板的一侧上并用粘合剂进行固定。
13.根据权利要求12所述的接线盒(10,18),其中所述粘合剂是防水的硅。
