Abstract
一种可更换式灯头,主要包括可拆分式连接的灯头座(2)与灯管座(3)。灯头座(2)上方设有灯口(1),底部设有配合滑槽(21)。灯管座(3)的顶部设有与配合滑槽(21)相配合的配合滑块(31)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,尤指一种可更换式灯头。
背景技术
目前,许多节能灯都设置成可拆换式结构,可拆卸的部位通常包括灯口与灯头座之间,及灯头座与灯管座之间两处。这样使用者即可根据需要配置不同规格或形状的灯口,或者不同造型的灯管,当整个灯具的某部件损坏时,还可仅更换该损坏的部件,从而节约成本。而此种结构对于厂家来说,可使产品各部件规格化,因此当开发新产品时,只需针对有造型变化的部件重新开模制造,这样可大大降低开发制造成本。
上述可拆换式节能灯的典型结构,正如本申请人于2007年2月27日申请的申请号为200720006448.X的发明申请案,该节能灯如图1所示,其在灯口与灯头座之间,及灯头座与灯管座之间均设置成可拆分式连接。但其具体连接结构却存在些许不足之处,主要表现在灯头座与灯管座之间的连接结构,该连接结构是在该灯头座2′与灯管座3′配合的底部设有一凹槽23′,相应的在该灯管座3′的上方设有一凸柱31′可插于该凹槽23′内,该凸柱31′与凹槽23′之间还设有卡合结构。上述连接结构为达到可靠连接,该凸柱31′的尺寸不宜过小,此外,凸柱31′与凹槽23′之间还需要设置卡合结构,这更要求凸柱31′要有较大的尺寸,而凸柱31′的尺寸决定了凹槽23′的尺寸,凹槽23′的尺寸过大,又将占据灯头座2′较大的内部空间,然而,灯头座2′内还需放置电路板、镇流器等电器元件,因此上述结构导致灯头座2′的尺寸不能太小,也就是说,无法达到令灯头小型化的目的,使灯具的造型及款式受到一定限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可更换式灯头,其灯头座与灯管座之间的可拆分式连接结构更精简、可靠,可令灯头小型化。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种可更换式灯头,其主要包 括可拆分式连接的灯头座与灯管座,该灯头座上方设有灯口,其底部设有横向的配合滑槽,所述灯管座的顶部设有与该配合滑槽相配合的横向的配合滑块。
所述的配合滑槽与配合滑块可为T形槽及T形滑块,也可为燕尾槽及燕尾滑块。
所述配合滑槽的底面固定有两导电片,所述配合滑块顶面固定有可分别与两导电片接触的导电件。
所述导电片上设有凹点,所述导电件上设有可与该凹点卡合的凸点。
所述配合滑槽与配合滑块的配合面处设有卡合结构。
所述灯口与灯头座之间为拆分式连接,即该灯头座的顶部设有凸台,该凸台与所述灯口螺接或卡接,而该凸台顶面中央设有导电体,其侧壁则设有弹性导电片,另所述灯口为导电材质制成。
采用上述方案后,由于本发明灯头座与灯管座之间通过横向的配合滑槽与配合滑块连接,该配合滑槽与配合滑块可为T形槽及T形滑块,也可为燕尾槽及燕尾滑块,此配合构造由于为横向,因此为扁平结构,不会占据灯头座较大的空间,可令灯头座内有充足的空间容纳电路板及镇流器等电器元件,而不需额外增加灯头座的体积,从而可使产品小型化,令其造型变化多样。此外,该配合连接结构,相较现有产品来说,结构更精简,连接也更可靠。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,本发明所揭示的是一种可更换式灯头,该灯头在灯头座2与灯管座3之间为可拆分式连接。其中:
所述灯头座2上方设有灯口1,该灯口1与灯头座2之间可为固定连接,也可为拆分式连接,其不是本案重点,不赘述。该灯头座2的底部设有横向的配合滑槽21,该配合滑槽21底面固定有两导电片22,该导电片22上设有凹点23。
所述灯管座3底部固定有灯管4,其顶部设有与上述配合滑槽21相配合的横向的配合滑块31,该配合滑块31顶面固定有可与上述导电片22接触的导电件32,该导电件32上设有凸点33。
如图3所示,本发明在组装时,以所述灯头座2的配合滑槽21滑套于灯管座3的配合滑块31上,当滑套到位时,所述导电片22与导电件32接触,同时导电件32上的凸点33卡入于导电片22的凹点23内,该凸点33与凹点23卡合后,不但可令电连接更确实,还可对配合滑槽21及配合滑块31起到定位作用,以防止两者脱出。
需要说明的是,所述的配合滑槽21与配合滑块31可为T形槽及T形滑块,如图4所示,也可为燕尾槽及燕尾滑块,当然还可为其它类似结构。此外,上述相互卡合的凹点23与凸点33是为了使相互滑合的灯头座2与灯管座3定位,防止两者滑合后易脱出的现象,因此该凹点23与凸点33也可不设置于导电片22与导电件32上,而是直接设置于配合滑槽21与配合滑块31的配合面上,且所述的凹点与凸点也可为其它卡合结构,其为常见结构,不一一例举。
再如图5所示,所述灯口1与灯头座2之间也可为拆分式连接结构,即该灯头座2的顶部设有凸台24,该凸台24与所述灯口1螺接或卡接,而该凸台24顶面中央设有导电体25,其侧壁则设有弹性导电片26,另所述灯口1为导电材质制成。这样,当将灯口1螺接或卡接于灯头座2的凸台24上后,所述灯头座2顶部的导电体25恰与灯口1中央的导电柱(图中未示出)接触,而灯头座2的凸台24的侧壁上的弹性导电片26则自然与灯口1的内壁接触,从而实现电连接。
Claims (7)
1.可更换式灯头,主要包括可拆分式连接的灯头座与灯管座,该灯头座上方设有灯口,其特征在于:所述灯头座的底部设有横向的配合滑槽,所述灯管座的顶部设有与该配合滑槽相配合的横向的配合滑块。
2.如权利要求1所述的可更换式灯头,其特征在于:所述的配合滑槽与配合滑块为T形槽及T形滑块。
3.如权利要求1所述的可更换式灯头,其特征在于:所述的配合滑槽与配合滑块为燕尾槽及燕尾滑块。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的可更换式灯头,其特征在于:所述配合滑槽的底面固定有两导电片,所述配合滑块顶面固定有可分别与两导电片接触的导电件。
5.如权利要求4所述的可更换式灯头,其特征在于:所述导电片上设有凹点,所述导电件上设有可与该凹点卡合的凸点。
6.如权利要求1所述的可更换式灯头,其特征在于:所述配合滑槽与配合滑块的配合面处设有卡合结构。
7.如权利要求1所述的可更换式灯头,其特征在于:所述灯口与灯头座之间为拆分式连接,即该灯头座的顶部设有凸台,该凸台与所述灯口螺接或卡接,而该凸台顶面中央设有导电体,其侧壁则设有弹性导电片,另所述灯口为导电材质制成。
