[2] 目前, 许多节能灯都设置成可拆换式结构, 可拆卸的部位通常包括灯口与灯头 座之间, 及灯头座与灯管座之间两处。 这样使用者即可根据需要配置不同规格 或形状的灯口, 或者不同造型的灯管, 当整个灯具的某部件损坏吋, 还可仅更 换该损坏的部件, 从而节约成本。 而此种结构对于厂家来说, 可使产品各部件 规格化, 因此当开发新产品吋, 只需针对有造型变化的部件重新开模制造, 这 样可大大降低开发制造成本。
[3] 上述可拆换式节能灯的典型结构, 正如本申请人于 2007年 2月 27日申请的申请 号为 200720006448.X的发明申请案, 该节能灯如图 1所示, 其在灯口与灯头座之 间, 及灯头座与灯管座之间均设置成可拆分式连接。 但其具体连接结构却存在 些许不足之处, 主要表现在灯头座与灯管座之间的连接结构, 该连接结构是在 该灯头座 2 ' 与灯管座 3 配合的底部设有一凹槽 23 ' , 相应的在该灯管座 3 的 上方设有一凸柱 31 ' 可插于该凹槽 23 ' 内, 该凸柱 31 ' 与凹槽 23 ' 之间还设有 卡合结构。 上述连接结构为达到可靠连接, 该凸柱 31 ' 的尺寸不宜过小, 此外 , 凸柱 31 ' 与凹槽 23 ' 之间还需要设置卡合结构, 这更要求凸柱 31 ' 要有较大 的尺寸, 而凸柱 31 ' 的尺寸决定了凹槽 23 ' 的尺寸, 凹槽 23 ' 的尺寸过大, 又 将占据灯头座 2 ' 较大的内部空间, 然而, 灯头座 2 ' 内还需放置电路板、 镇流 器等电器元件, 因此上述结构导致灯头座 2 ' 的尺寸不能太小, 也就是说, 无法 达到令灯头小型化的目的, 使灯具的造型及款式受到一定限制。
[4] 本发明的目的在于提供一种可更换式灯头, 其灯头座与灯管座之间的可拆分式 连接结构更精简、 可靠, 可令灯头小型化。
[5] 为实现上述目的, 本发明的技术解决方案是: 一种可更换式灯头, 其主要包括 可拆分式连接的灯头座与灯管座, 该灯头座上方设有灯口, 其底部设有配合滑 槽, 所述灯管座的顶部设有与该配合滑槽相配合的配合滑块。
[6] 所述的配合滑槽与配合滑块可为 T形槽及 T形滑块, 也可为燕尾槽及燕尾滑块。
[7] 所述配合滑槽的底面固定有两导电片, 所述配合滑块顶面固定有可分别与两导 电片接触的导电件。
[8] 所述导电片上设有凹点, 所述导电件上设有可与该凹点卡合的凸点。
[9] 所述配合滑槽与配合滑块的配合面处设有卡合结构。
[10] 所述灯口与灯头座之间为拆分式连接, 即该灯头座的顶部设有凸台, 该凸台与 所述灯口螺接或卡接, 而该凸台顶面中央设有导电体, 其侧壁则设有弹性导电 片, 另所述灯口为导电材质制成。
[11] 釆用上述方案后, 由于本发明灯头座与灯管座之间通过配合滑槽与配合滑块连 接, 该配合滑槽与配合滑块可为 τ形槽及 T形滑块, 也可为燕尾槽及燕尾滑块, 此配合构造为扁平结构, 不会占据灯头座较大的空间, 因此可令灯头座内有充 足的空间容纳电路板及镇流器等电器元件, 而不需额外增加灯头座的体积, 从 而可使产品小型化, 令其造型变化多样。 此外, 该配合连接结构, 相较现有产 品来说, 结构更精简, 连接也更可靠。

[17] 如图 2所示, 本发明所揭示的是一种可更换式灯头, 该灯头在灯头座 2与灯管座 3之间为可拆分式连接。 其中:
[18] 所述灯头座 2上方设有灯口 1, 该灯口 1与灯头座 2之间可为固定连接, 也可为拆 分式连接, 其不是本案重点, 不赞述。 该灯头座 2的底部设有配合滑槽 21, 该配 合滑槽 21底面固定有两导电片 22, 该导电片 22上设有凹点 23。 [19] 所述灯管座 3底部固定有灯管 4, 其顶部设有与上述配合滑槽 21相配合的配合滑 块 31, 该配合滑块 31顶面固定有可与上述导电片 22接触的导电件 32, 该导电件 3 2上设有凸点 33。
[20] 如图 3所示, 本发明在组装吋, 以所述灯头座 2的配合滑槽 21滑套于灯管座 3的 配合滑块 31上, 当滑套到位吋, 所述导电片 22与导电件 32接触, 同吋导电件 32 上的凸点 33卡入于导电片 22的凹点 23内, 该凸点 33与凹点 23卡合后, 不但可令 电连接更确实, 还可对配合滑槽 21及配合滑块 31起到定位作用, 以防止两者脱 出。
[21] 需要说明的是, 所述的配合滑槽 21与配合滑块 31可为 T形槽及 T形滑块, 如图 4 所示, 也可为燕尾槽及燕尾滑块, 当然还可为其它类似结构。 此外, 上述相互 卡合的凹点 23与凸点 33是为了使相互滑合的灯头座 2与灯管座 3定位, 防止两者 滑合后易脱出的现象, 因此该凹点 23与凸点 33也可不设置于导电片 22与导电件 3 2上, 而是直接设置于配合滑槽 21与配合滑块 31的配合面上, 且所述的凹点与凸 点也可为其它卡合结构, 其为常见结构, 不一一例举。
[22] 再如图 5所示, 所述灯口 1与灯头座 2之间也可为拆分式连接结构, 即该灯头座 2 的顶部设有凸台 24, 该凸台 24与所述灯口 1螺接或卡接, 而该凸台 24顶面中央设 有导电体 25, 其侧壁则设有弹性导电片 26, 另所述灯口 1为导电材质制成。 这样 , 当将灯口 1螺接或卡接于灯头座 2的凸台 24上后, 所述灯头座 2顶部的导电体 25 恰与灯口 1中央的导电柱 (图中未示出) 接触, 而灯头座 2凸台 24侧壁上的弹性 导电片 26则自然与灯口 1的内壁接触, 从而实现电连接。

[1] 1、 一种可更换式灯头, 主要包括可拆分式连接的灯头座与灯管座, 该灯头 座上方设有灯口, 其特征在于: 所述灯头座的底部设有配合滑槽, 所述灯 管座的顶部设有与该配合滑槽相配合的配合滑块。
[2] 2、 如权利要求 1所述的可更换式灯头, 其特征在于: 所述的配合滑槽与配 合滑块为 T形槽及 T形滑块。
[3] 3、 如权利要求 1所述的可更换式灯头, 其特征在于: 所述的配合滑槽与配 合滑块为燕尾槽及燕尾滑块。
[4] 4、 如权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的可更换式灯头, 其特征在于: 所述配合滑槽 的底面固定有两导电片, 所述配合滑块顶面固定有可分别与两导电片接触 的导电件。
[5] 5、 如权利要求 4所述的可更换式灯头, 其特征在于: 所述导电片上设有凹 点, 所述导电件上设有可与该凹点卡合的凸点。
[6] 6、 如权利要求 1所述的可更换式灯头, 其特征在于: 所述配合滑槽与配合 滑块的配合面处设有卡合结构。
[7] 7、 如权利要求 1所述的可更换式灯头, 其特征在于: 所述灯口与灯头座之 间为拆分式连接, 即该灯头座的顶部设有凸台, 该凸台与所述灯口螺接或 卡接, 而该凸台顶面中央设有导电体, 其侧壁则设有弹性导电片, 另所述 灯口为导电材质制成。
