大进给波形刃铣刀片与刀体安装结构,现有的大进给铣削的刀片主切削刃为普通的圆弧刃,切削过程中由于主偏角小,即使在进给量很大的情况下,切屑依旧很薄,切削阻力较大,切削产生的热量不易散出,而且不易断屑,影响刀片的使用寿命。大进给波形刃铣刀片与刀体安装结构,其组成包括:大进给波形刃铣刀片(3),所述的大进给波形刃铣刀片(3)安装在刀体(1)上,所述的刀体(1)上还间隔安装有无波形刃刀片(2),所述的大进给波形刃铣刀片(3)与刀体(1)之间用螺钉(4)固定。本发明用于大进给铣削的新型刀片刃型结构。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种大进给铣削的新型刀片刃型结构的大进给波形刃铣刀片与刀体安装结构。
背景技术:
现有的大进给铣削的刀片主切削刃为普通的圆弧刃,切削过程中由于主偏角小,即使在进给量很大的情况下,切屑依旧很薄,切削阻力较大,切削产生的热量不易散出,而且不易断屑,影响刀片的使用寿命。
发明内容:
本发明的目是一种在大进给切削时,用波形刃口将切屑分成细小断裂的铁屑,便于排屑,以降低和分散切削阻力,加长刃口以增强切削时的散热能力,减少磨损提高刀具使用寿命的大进给波形刃铣刀片与刀体安装结构。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
大进给波形刃铣刀片与刀体安装结构,其组成包括:大进给波形刃铣刀片,所述的大进给波形刃铣刀片安装在刀体上,所述的刀体上还间隔安装有无波形刃刀片,所述的大进给波形刃铣刀片与刀体之间用螺钉固定。
所述的大进给波形刃铣刀片与刀体安装结构,所述的大进给波形刃铣刀片前刀面的正弦波形面与后刀面相交成波形切削刃。
本发明的有益效果:
1.根据大进给铣刀切深小但进给速度高的切削特点,大进给铣刀片主切削刃不仅被设计成较大的圆弧,还在在这样的圆弧刃上加上一段正弦波形状的前刃面,根据正弦函数图像的变换和性质计算出合理的波形,把切削刃分散成几段,保留原来的修光刃为直刃,不影响其修光作用,保证被加工表面质量。
2.在大进给铣刀上间隔了安装无波形刃的刀片和有波形刃的刀片,这样就能充分保证切出细碎的切屑,减小切削阻力,提高刀具寿命和加工效率。
3.波形刃的刀片的制造与无波形刃的刀片除压制刀片的上冲头不同之外,其它压模零件没有区别,两种刀片可共用一套模具,减化了制造难度。
