Abstract
采用液氧进行发割的液态射流割炬,它上面的切割射氧管,直到切割喷嘴出都由一个低温冷却剂管,一个真空绝热层和一个冷却水套包围,在冷却水套上固定有一个冷却端子。
Description
本发明是一种液态射流割炬。
在采用高压液氧切割时,正如在德国专利DE-OS3543657中所知,来自储氧罐处于沸腾状态的氧通过一个高压泵达到500巴的压力,割炬出口压力将通过一个溢流阀调定。
当液态氧经射流管输送时,在液态氧射流和射流管的内壁之间会产生摩擦,为了将由于摩擦所产生的热量带走,需要采用冷却剂,例如液氮,对氧进行冷却。由上述德国专利完全可知,是在供给管道中对氧进行必需的冷却的。
美国专利US-PS4216908公开了一种喷枪,它有一个冷却水套,射流通过中间的液态射流管输送,在该管的喷咀座上固定有一个喷咀。其中只是由冷却水套进行冷却的。在通过液态射流管输送高压液态氧时,这种结构会由于温度极低的液态氧使水套中的冷却水结冻成冰,不能达到足够的冷却效果。
本发明的任务是制造一种液态射流割炬,使得射流在尽可能靠近切割喷咀处也可得到冷却。
制造一种采用双重冷却(低沸点的液化冷却剂和冷却水),且在双重冷却之间有真空绝热层的割炬,在冷却水套上固定有一个冷却
端头,它包围着喷咀座并将冷却水引出,使得射流在靠近工件部位也可以得到充分冷却,并可防止过热和熔渣飞溅。
附图是本发明的两个实施例,下面做较为详细的说明。
图1所示是装有内置切割喷咀的割炬;
图2所示是装有外置切割喷咀的割炬。
图1和2所示的射流割炬,在中间装有高压液管12,其上焊有喷咀座13,用来固定不同的切割喷咀14。高压液管12和喷咀座13外面套有一个同心管15,构成了低沸点液化冷却剂(最好是液氮)的通道。环形间隙17形成了输送冷却剂的管路16。
管子15外面又同心地套有管子18,以形成真空绝热层(最好是超真空绝热层19),防止高压液体受热辐射。
为防止过热和熔渣飞溅,在管子18外面套有一个由特殊钢管20,21,22构成的冷却水套和一个铸铜冷却端头23。铸铜冷却端头23的作用是封闭住宽的喷咀座13和引出冷却水。
为了避免回溅的熔渣损坏铸铜冷却端头23,用一个由特殊钢25和耐火材料26构成的防护罩24将冷却端头23保护起来。
在图1所示的割炬上,切割喷咀14安装在割炬内部。
最好采用图2所示的割炬,切割喷咀14安装在割炬的外部。这种割炬上的耐火材料成锥形。喷出的氧气将防止回溅的熔渣损坏露在外面的切割喷咀14。喷咀26的冷却将通过液氧切割射流增强这种保护作用。
锥形耐火内衬的优点是:它的向外应力比图1所示结构要少得多,但仍保留对铜冷却端头的保护作用,从而获得一种具有极为良好
的稳定性的割炬端头结构。
Claims (3)
1、液态射流割炬,具有一个装在中间的射流管(12),其上的喷咀座(13)上固定有切割喷咀(14),外面套有冷却水套(20,21,22),其特征在于,在液态射流管(12)的外面同心地套有管子(15),用以引进和引出低沸点的液化冷却剂,由冷却水套(20,21,22)包围住的真空绝热层(19)位于管(15)和管(18)之间,同心地包围着管(15),冷却水套(20,21,22)上固定有一个冷却端头(23)。
2、根据权利要求1的液态射流割炬,其特征是,冷却端头(23)装有防护罩(24)具有最好是锥形的耐火材料(26)。
3、根据权利要求1或2的液态射流割炬,其特征是,切割喷咀(14)位于具有耐火材料(26)的防护罩(24)的外面。
