技术背景
现有推进器普遍采用多片叶轮式推进器,由于此种推进器在转动时会使被推动的水流沿推进器转轴法向发散,大大减小了反作用力,使推进效率变低;也有加装固定导流罩的推进器机构,虽然效率提高了,但由于叶轮转动时出现摆动会使叶片和固定导流罩摩擦或相碰撞而造成损坏。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提出了一种将束流圈和推进叶片连结在一起的新型船用推进器,即达到了束流、导流、提高推进效率的效果,又避免了推进叶片和固定导流罩摩擦或碰撞的危害。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:将具有导流、束流作用的束流圈和推进叶片连接在一起。
本发明的有益效果是:束流圈和推进叶片连接在一起转动,即达到了束流、导流、提高推进效率的效果,又避免了推进叶片和固定导流罩摩擦或碰撞的危害。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
叶片蒂(3)上设置有键槽轴孔(4),以便与船舶动力轴相联接;叶片蒂(3)上连结有推进叶片(2),推进叶片(2)的另一端连结在束流圈(1)上,这样,当船舶动力轴推动叶片蒂(3)转动时,推进叶片(2)和束流圈(1)就会一起转动,即达到了束流、导流作用,提高了推进效率,又避免了现有推进器工作时叶片和固定导流罩摩擦或碰撞的危害。

1.带束流圈的船用推进器由束流圈(1)、推进叶片(2)、叶片蒂(3)、键槽轴孔(4)等构成,其特征是:推进叶片(2)的一端是和束流圈(1)连结在一起的。
