技术领域
本发明涉及石油化工产品脱酸处理方法,特别是涉及一种酸渣油脱酸方法。
背景技术
来源于石油化工精炼柴油、润滑油以及炼焦厂排除的酸渣油,其数量庞大给自然环境带来严重威胁,我国对酸渣油的综合处理非常重视。目前,国内处理酸渣油的方法是在炼油过程中采用高温高压裂化酸渣油并加入催化剂和氢气,该方法工艺较复杂,处理成本很高,一般的小石油化工不具备这样高端设备。但是通过酸渣油处理获得沥青是国内小工厂所热衷采用的,低廉的酸渣油和高利润沥青,促使采用落后的生产工艺处理酸油渣,其生产过程中的酸性较强的废水对土壤和河流及海洋造成极大的污染,并且排除的气体含有大量的二氧化硫及其他有害气体,对空气自然环境构成严重威胁,如果这种无节制的排放会毁掉地球的文明,善待地球保护环境是我们每个公民应尽的义务,综合治理当务之急。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题,是提供一种能够对酸渣油进行脱酸处理从而生产出有用硫酸,大大降低了对环境污染,而且处理成本低的酸渣油脱酸方法。
采用的技术方案是:
一种酸渣油脱酸方法,将酸渣油加入反应罐中,再按占酸渣油重量的百分比加入0.5%的脂肪酸、0.15%的硫酸钾铝、0.1%的过氧化氢、0.1%的乙二胺和1.5%的氢化钠,加热至90度反应至少5个小时,将分离出70%浓度的硫酸及沥青再利用。
本发明利用工业废料酸渣油经脱酸处理转化成有用的硫酸,对环境不造成污染,设备简单,成本低,产生了很大经济效益和社会效益,可广泛推广应用。
实施例
将100公斤的酸渣油加入反应罐中,再按占100公斤酸渣油重量的百分比加入0.5公斤的脂肪酸、0.15公斤的硫酸钾铝、0.1公斤的过氧化氢、0.1公斤的乙二胺和1.5公斤的氢化钠,加热至90度反应5个小时,将分离出70%浓度的硫酸和沥青回收利用。

1.一种酸渣油脱酸方法,其特征在于将酸渣油加入反应罐中,再按占酸渣油重量的百分比加入0.5%的脂肪酸、0.15%的硫酸钾铝、0.1%的过氧化氢、0.1%的乙二胺和1.5%的氢化钠,加热至90度反应至少5个小时,将分离出70%浓度的硫酸及沥青再利用。
