Abstract

一种风力发电机安全自动制动装置,它包括定子、定子轴和转子,所述定子轴的一端上安装有电磁离合器,电磁离合器上设有与转子活动配接的离合连接盘,电磁离合器的线圈与逆变、继电控制器相连接,逆变、继电控制器与发电机的温度和/或速度传感器相连接。本发明通过电子传感器实时监测发电机线圈温度和转子转速,并将监测信号及时传送给逆变、继电控制器,当超温或超速信号送达逆变、继电控制器时,其继电控制器即断电使常开离合器闭合而制动风力发电机运转。本装置结构简单,动作自动、快捷,安全可靠。

Description

风力发电机安全自动制动装置
技术领域
本发明属于发电机技术领域,特别是涉及风力发电机的过热超速保护装置。
背景技术
风力发电装置处于自然环境中,风速变化频繁且变化范围大,环境温度变化大,因而,恶劣的工作环境常常会造成发电机超速、过热而引起故障,为保证风力发电机能长期正常运转,必须在风力发电机上设置超速、过热保护装置。但目前,现有的风力发电机超速保护,大多采用多次瞬间电短路刹车装置,然而在风力大、风轮转速高而转动力矩很大的状态下,突然瞬间电短路刹车,常常会损坏转动的风叶片及连接风叶片的幅条和整个风轮装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是提供一种结构简单、使用安全可靠的风力发电机安全自动制动装置。
本发明的技术解决方案为:它包括定子、定子轴和转子,所述定子轴的一端上安装有电磁离合器,电磁离合器上设有与转子活动配接的离合连接盘,电磁离合器的线圈与逆变、继电控制器相连接,逆变、继电控制器与发电机的温度和/或速度传感器相连接。
所述电磁离合器是由电磁线圈、圆环形衔铁、离合连接盘、夹持离合连接盘的外摩擦盘和内摩擦盘组成,电磁线圈安装于定子轴下端的定位法兰上,外摩擦盘和内摩擦盘的内圈分别套接在定子轴上径向均布的若干导接键外周面上,圆环形衔铁内圈套接于下摩擦盘内圈的下延圈上,圆环形衔铁与外摩擦盘的内圈侧通过轴向螺钉定位连接,内摩擦盘则通过内圈侧均布的若干螺钉孔活动套接在所述轴向螺钉中段上,离合连接盘内圈连接于外摩擦盘内圈下延圈外侧上固定的轴承上,离合连接盘的盘面被活动夹持于内、外摩擦盘的摩擦片之间,电磁线圈与圆环形衔铁之间均布安装有若干轴向第一弹簧,圆环形衔铁与内摩擦盘之间均布安装有若干轴向第二弹簧。
所述发电机的传感器包括安装于定子线圈中的温度传感器和/或安装于转子上的速度传感器。
本发明的有益效果是:通过电子传感器实时监测发电机线圈温度和转子转速,并将监测信号及时传送给逆变、继电控制器,当超温或超速信号送达逆变、继电控制器时,继电控制器即断电使常开的离合器闭合而制动风力发电机运转。本装置结构简单,动作自动、快捷,安全可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本实施例的风力发电机是风轮直驱动永磁发电机,包括定子2、定子轴3和转子1,定子轴3的一端上安装有电磁离合器9,电磁离合器9上设有与转子活动配接的离合连接盘902,电磁离合器的线圈906与逆变、继电控制器7相连接,逆变、继电控制器7与发电机的传感器相连接。逆变、继电控制器7安装于定子轴3下端定位法兰5的固定法兰6上,而发电机的传感器包括安装于定子线圈201中的温度传感器11和/或安装于转子端盖102上的速度传感器10。所述电磁离合器9是由电磁线圈906、圆环形衔铁905、离合连接盘902、夹持离合连接盘902的外摩擦盘901和内摩擦盘903组成,电磁线圈906通过螺钉907安装于定子轴3下端的定位法兰5上,外摩擦盘901和内摩擦盘903的内圈分别套接在定子轴3上径向均布的若干导接键4外周面上,圆环形衔铁905内圈套接于下摩擦盘903内圈的下延圈上,圆环形衔铁905与外摩擦盘901的内圈侧通过轴向螺钉909定位连接,内摩擦盘903则通过内圈侧均布的若干螺钉孔活动套接在所述轴向螺钉909中段上,离合连接盘902内圈连接于外摩擦盘901内圈下延圈外侧上固定的轴承910上,离合连接盘902的盘面被活动夹持于内、外摩擦盘的摩擦片911之间,离合连接盘902外周缘边均布有若干向上凸起的弧条9021,各弧条9021之间的槽腔9022即构成与转子端盖101外周面上均布的凸块1011相配合的卡接槽,电磁线圈906与圆环形衔铁905之间均布安装有若干轴向第一弹簧908,圆环形衔铁905与内摩擦盘903之间均布安装有若干轴向第二弹簧904。
正常工作状态下,电磁线圈906一直通电,而拖吸住圆环形衔铁905及与圆环形衔铁905连接在一起的夹持离合连接盘902的外摩擦盘901和内摩擦盘903,使离合连接盘902与发电机转子1分离。当发电机超温和/或超速传感信号送达逆变、继电控制器7时,其继电控制器即断电而使电磁线圈906失电,继而失去对圆环形衔铁905的拖吸作用,此时在第一弹簧908和第二弹簧904的推动下,离合连接盘902与发电机转子1接合而制动风力发电机运转。由于离合连接盘902是被内、外摩擦盘的摩擦片911弹性夹持的,而且能围绕定子轴3转动,因此制动过程是缓冲式的,不会冲击损害风轮。而当发电机温度和速度正常后的传感信号送达逆变、继电控制器7时,其继电控制器得电而恢复对电磁线圈906的供电,则使离合连接盘902又与发电机转子1分离,风力发电机又投入正常运转。制动及复位工作灵敏、快速而安全可靠。

Claims (3)

1.一种风力发电机安全自动制动装置,包括定子(2)、定子轴(3)和转子(1),其特征在于定子轴(2)的一端上安装有电磁离合器(9),电磁离合器(9)上设有与转子活动配接的离合连接盘(902),电磁离合器的线圈(906)与逆变、继电控制器7相连接,逆变、继电控制器7与发电机的温度和/或速度传感器相连接。
2.按权利要求1所述的风力发电机安全自动制动装置,其特征在于电磁离合器(9)是由电磁线圈(906)、圆环形衔铁(905)、离合连接盘(902)、夹持离合连接盘(902)的外摩擦盘(901)和内摩擦盘(903)组成,电磁线圈(906)安装于定子轴(3)下端的定位法兰(4)上,外摩擦盘(901)和内摩擦盘(903)的内圈分别套接在定子轴(3)上径向均布的若干导接键(4)外周面上,圆环形衔铁(905)内圈套接于下摩擦盘(903)内圈的下延圈上,圆环形衔铁(905)与外摩擦盘(901)的内圈侧通过轴向螺钉(909)定位连接,内摩擦盘(903)则通过内圈侧均布的若干螺钉孔套接在所述轴向螺钉(909)中段上,离合连接盘(902)内圈连接于外摩擦盘(901)内圈下延圈外侧上固定的轴承(910)上,离合连接盘(902)的盘面被活动夹持于内、外摩擦盘的摩擦片(911)之间,电磁线圈(906)与圆环形衔铁(905)之间均布安装有若干轴向第一弹簧(908),圆环形衔铁(905)与内摩擦盘(903)之间均布安装有若干轴向第二弹簧(904)。
3.按权利要求1所述的风力发电机安全自动制动装置,其特征在于发电机的传感器包括安装于定子(2)线圈中的温度传感器(11)和/或安装于转子(1)上的速度传感器(10)。
