Abstract

本发明涉及一种多用式车内充电装置及其充电方法,其主要是在该充电装置一端对应汽车电源插座设有电源插头,且分别以导线连接设有电源端子及设有USB插槽,该电源端子与充电装置内之锂离子电池的充电监控电路相连接,而USB插槽则直接与电源插头连接,使得其不仅能利用导线上的电源端子插接于具插座之锂离子电池进行充电,且亦能利用该USB插槽选择相对应的连接导线与具USB适配功能且内部设有充电监控电路及锂离子电池的不同电器用品插接连结,以同样能对该电器用品进行供电动作;藉此,以达到可供插掣在汽车电源插座上,能分别对不同输出端提供不同的供电方式,能对具插座的锂离子电池或具有USB适配功能之电器用品等多样性不同的物品进行供电动作的功效目的,而在其整体施行使用上更增实用价值性。

Description

多用式车内充电装置及其充电方法
技术领域
本发明系有关于一种多用式车内充电装置及其充电方法,尤其是指一种可供插掣在汽车电源插座上,利用锂离子电池的充电监控电路转换,可供对具插座之锂离子电池充电使用,另亦能利用USB插槽供具有USB适配功能且内部设有充电监控电路及锂离子电池之不同电器用品进行供电动作,而在其整体施行使用上更增实用价值性之多用式车内充电装置及其充电方法创新设计者。
背景技术
随着经济突飞猛进,人们生活富足、消费能力提高,使得民众皆会开始追求生活上更为简易、便利的各项用具;其中,各式的汽车由于可大幅缩短人们及各种物品来往两地间所花费之时间,且具有遮风挡雨之作用,能增进人们日常生活中与各种货品运送上之极佳便利性,而为广大人们所热爱购置使用,并且有越来越多之趋势,也因此于各巷道马路上到处都可见到各式汽车的踪迹,到处显得车满为患,其可视为系日常生活必备的产品之一。
而也因为汽车的大量普及化,使得各种于汽车上使用之周边产品亦相对的大量问市,其中,就一般常见应用在汽车内之充电设备而言,其普遍皆系设有一充电接头,该充电接头于一端对应汽车电源插座设有电源插头,另端则与该充电设备之插掣端子插掣连接,以利用汽车电源插座提供电力经充电接头对该充电设备进行充电动作。
然而,上述充电接头虽可插接在汽车电源插座上达到用来对充电设备进行充电之预期功效,但于其实际操作施行使用上却发现,由于各种不同的充电设备皆具有其不同的插掣端子,使得该充电接头皆仅能单纯供与其相对应之充电设备相插掣连接进行充电,而无法供与其它充电设备连接进行充电,不仅在使用上显得极为不便,且各别充电设备皆需准备其相对应之充电接头亦对使用者造成一极大的成本负担,致令其整体在施行使用上仍存有改进之空间者。
缘是,发明人有鉴于此,秉持多年该相关行业之丰富设计开发及实际制作经验,针对现有之结构及缺失予以研究改良,提供一种多用式车内充电装置及其充电方法,以期达到更佳实用价值性之目的者。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种多用式车内充电装置,它可以有效地对具有不同插掣端子的充电设备进行充电。
本发明的另一目的是:提供一种充电方法,它可以对放电至不同电压的锂离子电池进行充电。
本发明之多用式车内充电装置及其充电方法,其主要系于该充电装置一端对应汽车电源插座设有电源插头,且于该充电装置上分别以导线连接设有电源端子及设有USB〔Universal Serial Bus〕插槽,该电源端子与充电装置内之锂离子电池的充电监控电路相连接,而USB插槽则直接与电源插头连接,使得其不仅能利用导线上之电源端子插接于具插座之锂离子电池进行充电,且亦能利用该USB插槽选择相对应之连接导线与具有USB适配功能且内部设有充电监控电路及锂离子电池之不同电器用品插接连结,以同样能对该电器用品进行供电动作。
本发明一种多用式车内充电装置及充电方法,可以达到可供插掣在汽车电源插座上,能分别对不同输出端提供不同的供电方式,能对具插座之锂离子电池或具有USB适配功能之电器用品等多样性不同之物品进行供电动作的功效目的,而在其整体施行使用上更增实用价值性者。

实施方式
下面结构附图对本发明作详细说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明充电装置1的一端对应汽车电源插座设有电源插头11,且在该充电装置1上以导线121连接有电源端子12,且对应该电源端子12设有具插座21的锂离子电池2,以利用该锂离子电池2上的插座21供电源插头11插掣连结,另在充电装置1上亦设有USB〔UniversalSerial Bus〕插槽13,而该充电装置1内则具有锂离子电池2的充电监控电路14,该充电监控电路14与该电源端子12之导线121相连接,该USB插槽13则直接与电源插头11相连接。
如此一来,即可令该充电装置1以电源插头11插掣在汽车内部电源插座上,以将汽车电源插座输出的电力经充电装置1内之锂离子电池2的充电监控电路14转换为适当之电压后,经导线121传输至所连接的电源端子12,以经电源端子12所插接之锂离子电池2的插座21,而对该锂离子电池2进行充电动作。
该充电监控电路14对锂离子电池2之充电过程主要是先检测该接入的锂离子电池2电压,对于过放电至无输出电压的锂离子电池2以小电流快速脉冲充电,当锂离子电池(2)电压小于所设定的电压时,利用0.1倍的锂离子电池2容量的小电流【如4000mAh的锂离子电池2,充电电流为4000mA×0.1=400mA】对锂离子电池2进行恒流浮充,当锂离子电池2电压上升至大于所设定的电压时,则以0.5倍的锂离子电池(2)容量的小电流【如4000mAh的锂离子电池(2),充电电流为4000mA×0.5=2000mA】对锂离子电池2进行恒流快速充电,当锂离子电池2电压上升至该锂离子电池2的额定电压时,则开始以该锂离子电池2的额定电压的定电压对电池进行恒压充电,此时充电电流慢慢减小,当充电电流小于0.1倍的锂离子电池2容量的小电流时,则停止充电,整个充电过程结束,若锂离子电池2电压再次低于其额定电压时,则再启动一次充电过程。
如图3所示,本发明之对具USB适配功能的电器用品插接状态示意图所示,本发明亦可将具USB适配功能且内部设有充电监控电路及锂离子电池之不同电器用品3,如:行动电话或其它数字化产品,以其相对应之USB连接线31相互连接在该电器用品3与充电装置1之USB插槽13间,且亦令充电装置1的电源插头11插掣在汽车内部电源插座上,同样将汽车电源插座输出的电力经充电装置1之电源插头11,由USB插槽13经USB连接线31对该具有USB适配功能之电器用品3进行供电动作,让该电器用品3利用USB插槽13的供电以其内部设置的充电监控电路对其本身的锂离子电池进行充电。
前述的实施例或图式并非限定本发明之产品结构或使用方式,任何所属技术领域中具有通常知识者之适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明之专利范畴。
藉由以上所述,本发明的组件组成与使用实施说明可知,本发明与现有结构相较之下,由于本发明系于该充电装置上分别以导线连接设有电源端子及设有USB〔Universal Serial Bus〕插槽,使得其不仅能利用导线上的电源端子插接于具插座的锂离子电池进行充电,且亦能利用该USB插槽选择相对应的连接导线与具有USB适配功能且内部设有充电监控电路及锂离子电池之不同电器用品插接连结,以同样能对该电器用品进行供电动作,以达到能分别对不同输出端提供不同的供电方式,能对锂离子电池或具有USB适配功能的电器用品等多样性不同的物品进行供电动作,让该电器用品利用USB插槽的供电以其内部设置的充电监控电路对其本身的锂离子电池进行充电的功效目的,而在其整体施行使用上更增实用价值性者。
综上所述,本发明实施例确能达到所预期的使用功效,又其所揭露的具体构造,不仅未曾见诸于同类产品中,亦未曾公开于申请前,诚已完全符合专利法之规定与要求,爰依法提出发明专利之申请,恳请惠予审查,并赐准专利,则实感德便。

Claims (2)

1.一种多用式车内充电装置,包括充电装置,其特征在于:该充电装置的一端对应汽车电源插座设有电源插头,并且该充电装置通过导线连接有电源端子,对应该电源端子设有锂离子电池,在该锂离子电池上具有插座以供电源插头插掣连结充电,充电装置上还设有USB〔Universal SerialBus〕插槽,能以相对应之USB连接线相互连接在具有USB适配功能且内部设有充电监控电路及锂离子电池之电器用品与供电装置之USB插槽间,而该充电装置内则具有充电监控电路,该充电监控电路与该电源端子之导线相连接,该USB插槽则直接与电源插头相连接。
2.一种多用式车内充电装置的充电方法,其特征在于:该充电装置内具有充电监控电路,该充电监控电路对锂离子电池的充电过程主要是先检测该接入的锂离子电池电压,对于过放电至无输出电压的锂离子电池以小电流快速脉冲充电,当锂离子电池电压小于所设定的电压时,利用0.1倍的锂离子电池容量的小电流对锂离子电池进行恒流浮充,当锂离子电池电压上升至大于所设定的电压时,则以0.5倍的锂离子电池容量的小电流对锂离子电池进行恒流快速充电,当锂离子电池电压上升至该锂离子电池的额定电压时,则开始以该锂离子电池的额定电压的定电压对电池进行恒压充电,此时充电电流慢慢减小,当充电电流小于0.1倍的锂离子电池容量的小电流时,则停止充电,整个充电过程结束,若锂离子电池电压再次低于其额定电压时,则再启动一次充电过程。
