Abstract

本发明涉及一种无机发泡耐火门芯板填充材料的制备方法,使用无水氯化镁、硫酸镁、碳纤维、防火竹签加水混合制备成骨架混合液,将高岭土、煤灰、轻质氧化镁、闭孔珍珠岩加入骨架混合液中制备成料浆,用动物蛋白发泡剂、K12发泡剂加水制备成混合发泡剂,最后将混合发泡剂经空气发泡机注入料浆中搅拌发泡,放置定型成发泡填充材料。本发明工序简便,骨架材料均匀分布,发泡效果高,发泡结构稳定、孔密、隔音效果好,发泡材料的防火等级高,防火能力强,无毒、无副作用,使用安全,使用范围广。

Description

无机发泡耐火门芯板填充材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防火材料的制备方法,具体说是一种利用无机发泡制备耐火门芯板填充材料的方法。
背景技术
目前,国内外生产的金属防盗门一般在门芯板内填充发泡材料,以达到防火效果。现有相关技术为:将氧化镁、氢氧化镁、硫酸镁、珍珠岩等防火材料配料、搅拌后,经发泡剂发泡后填充发泡成型,不仅具有防火、防蛀、防腐、高强、质轻等优点,且生产周期短、成本低廉,已被普遍使用于各种防火领域。
如专利号为200710070830.1公开的发泡耐火填充材料,该材料制备方法是:将一定比例的氧化美、高铝酸盐耐火水泥、硫酸镁等混合加水稀释成稠状基料浆,将动物蛋白型高效泡沫发泡剂注入基料浆中,搅拌发泡成型,所有配料、发泡剂都为粉剂,一次性制备成料浆,发泡后缺少骨架支撑,导致发泡后结构稳定性差,变形损坏。
另有一种技术:将多种防火材料经松香等黏合剂混合或在高温下压制成类似防火材料。如专利号为200710191888.1公开的氧化镁生态防火板,采用松香黏合防火材料和玻璃纤维后浇注成型,其玻璃纤维起到一定稳定作用,但玻璃纤维遇火后,易产生有毒气体烟雾,对人体危害严重;采用防火材料混合后在高温下热压而成,其生产工艺复杂,成本高,质量重,不适合作为防火门芯的填充使用。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中防火等级低、隔音效果差,且无骨架支撑,发泡后结构稳定性差,易变形损坏的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种加工工艺简单,生产周期短,成本低,材料混合均匀,发泡效果好,发泡后孔密、结构稳定、防火等级高、隔音效果好的无机发泡耐火门芯板填充材料的制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种无机发泡耐火门芯板填充材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将无水氯化镁、硫酸镁、碳纤维、经防火油浸制的防火竹签、水混合制成骨架混合液,其中各成份质量配比为:无水氯化镁15-25份,硫酸镁5-15份,碳纤维0.5-0.8份,防火竹签0.2-0.3份,水25-35份;
(2)将高岭土、煤灰、轻质氧化镁、闭孔珍珠岩加入步骤(1)的骨架混合液制成料浆,其中各成份质量配比为:高岭土5-10份,煤灰3-6份,轻质氧化镁45-55份,闭孔珍珠岩1.5-2.5份;
(3)将动物蛋白发泡剂、K12发泡剂加水制备成混合发泡剂,其中各成份质量配比为:动物蛋白发泡剂1.5-2.5份,K12发泡剂1-2份,水25-30份;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合发泡剂经空气发泡机注入步骤(2)的料浆中搅拌发泡,放置2-4小时定型即得无机发泡耐火门芯板填充材料。
采用以上技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、制备料浆时,将无水氯化镁、硫酸镁、碳纤维、防火竹签先充分混合成骨架混合液,骨架在混合液中混合均匀,有利于后续发泡,避免传统一次性混合防火材料混合不均匀,再在混合液中加入比重较大的高岭土、煤灰、轻质氧化镁、闭孔珍珠岩等防火材料制备稠状料浆,提高了发泡材料强度;以碳纤维、防火竹签作为发泡材料骨架,能提高发泡材料结构的稳定性,不易变形,且无毒、无副作用,使用安全;
2、使用动物蛋白发泡剂、K12发泡剂组成混合发泡剂发泡,能较好地发泡,发泡后孔密、防火等级高、隔音效果显著,防火效果好;
3、采用无水氯化镁,含镁量高达99%,不返潮,稳定性高,避免腐蚀门板内芯;采用轻质氧化镁、闭孔珍珠岩作为防火材料,能进一步提高发泡效果,防火能力强,具有较高的防火等级。
本发明采用碳纤维、防火竹签作为发泡骨架,分级制备料浆,将动物蛋白发泡剂和植物发泡剂混合作为发泡剂对料浆进行发泡,骨架混合均匀,发泡效果高,发泡结构稳定、孔密、隔音效果好,配合无水氯化镁、轻质氧化镁、闭孔珍珠岩等材料,发泡材料的防火等级高,防火能力强,使用安全,无毒、副作用,值得推广使用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
该无机发泡耐火门芯板填充材料,由碳纤维、防火竹签、高岭土、煤灰、轻质氧化镁、闭孔珍珠岩、无水氯化镁、硫酸镁经动物蛋白发泡剂、K12发泡剂混合发泡剂发泡而成。
实施例一
称取10Kg高岭土、3Kg煤灰、轻质氯化镁55Kg、闭孔珍珠岩2.5Kg、无水氯化镁15Kg、硫酸镁5g、动物蛋白发泡剂2.5Kg、K12发泡剂2Kg、碳纤维0.5Kg、防火竹签0.2Kg、水55Kg制备无机发泡耐火门芯板填充材料,步骤如下:
(1)将15Kg无水氯化镁、5Kg硫酸镁、碳纤维0.5Kg、防火竹签0.2Kg加入25Kg水中,搅拌均匀成混合液,并使碳纤维、防火竹签在混合液中均匀;
(2)将10Kg高岭土、3Kg煤灰、55Kg轻质氧化镁、2.5Kg闭孔珍珠岩投入步骤(1)的混合液中,搅拌均匀成料浆;
(3)将2.5Kg动物蛋白发泡剂、2Kg的K12发泡剂混合投入30Kg水中,搅拌均匀成发泡剂;
(4)由空气发泡机将步骤(3)的发泡剂注入步骤(2)的料浆中发泡,发泡后可在特定模具中放置3小时定型成无机发泡耐火门芯板填充材。
实施例二
称取5Kg高岭土、6Kg煤灰、轻质氧化镁45Kg、闭孔珍珠岩1.5Kg、无水氯化镁25Kg、硫酸镁15Kg、动物蛋白发泡剂1.5Kg、K12发泡剂1Kg、碳纤维0.8Kg、防火竹签0.3Kg、水60Kg制备无机发泡耐火门芯板填充材料,步骤如下:
(1)将25Kg无水氯化镁、15Kg硫酸镁、碳纤维0.8Kg、防火竹签0.3Kg加入35Kg水中,搅拌均匀成混合液,并使碳纤维、防火竹签在混合液中均匀;
(2)将5Kg高岭土、6Kg煤灰、45Kg轻质氧化镁、1.5Kg闭孔珍珠岩投入步骤(1)的混合液中,搅拌均匀成料浆;
(3)将1.5Kg动物蛋白发泡剂、1Kg的K12发泡剂混合投入25Kg水中,搅拌均匀成发泡剂;
(4)由空气发泡机将步骤(3)的发泡剂注入步骤(2)的料浆中发泡,发泡后可在特定模具中放置4小时定型成无机发泡耐火门芯板填充材。
按上述制备方法,如采用等量蛭石代替本发明中闭孔珍珠岩作为防火材料,可达到更高的防火等级,防火性能更好。

Claims (1)

1.一种无机发泡耐火门芯板填充材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将无水氯化镁、硫酸镁、碳纤维、经防火油浸制的防火竹签加水混合成骨架混合液,其中各成份质量份数为:无水氯化镁15-25份,硫酸镁5-15份,碳纤维0.5-0.8份,防火竹签0.2-0.3份,水25-35份;
(2)将高岭土、煤灰、轻质氧化镁、闭孔珍珠岩加入步骤(1)的骨架混合液中制成料浆,其中各成份质量份数为:高岭土5-10份,煤灰3-6份,轻质氧化镁45-55份,闭孔珍珠岩1.5-2.5份;
(3)将动物蛋白发泡剂、K12发泡剂加水制备成混合发泡剂,其中各成份质量份数为:动物蛋白发泡剂1.5-2.5份,K12发泡剂1-2份,水25-30份;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合发泡剂经空气发泡机注入步骤(2)的料浆中搅拌发泡,放置2-4小时定型即可。
