技术领域
本发明属于焊接技术领域,涉及一种焊接材料。
背景技术
目前国内药芯焊丝生产工艺基本成熟,但由于焊丝药芯配方的局限性,普通药芯焊丝在焊接过程中不能满足大电流、高效率焊接要求。由于配方的各种成分配比的不合理,使得焊接过程中在大电流焊接时飞溅大、烟雾大,焊接熔渣覆盖不良导致焊缝成型差,焊缝金属易出现夹杂、未熔合、咬边等焊接缺陷,焊缝抗拉强度及冲击吸收功达不到要求。为提高焊接效率提高,在酸性渣系配方的基础上加以改进,调整各种药粉的合理配比,以满足高速焊接的需要。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种高速药芯焊丝,以解决现有技术所无法解决的焊接效率低的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是药芯焊丝采用酸性渣系配方,在原材料配方中添加合适含量的高熔点物质如Al2O3、MgO、ZrO2,这些高熔点物质能保障焊接熔渣具有合适的粘度,在高速焊接的情况下能均匀地覆盖在焊缝表面上,从而获得成型美观的焊缝,此外,在配方中添加适量的Ti、Al、Mg等脱氧物质,保障大电流高速焊接的电弧燃烧的稳定性和对焊缝金属的脱氧,以减少焊接过程中的飞溅和提高焊缝金属的低温冲击韧性。按化学成分重量百分比计算,其原材料配方配比为:TiO2:20-40%;Mg+Al:1-5%;Al2O3+MgO:5-10%;ZrO2:1-5%;Si:4-8%;Mn:8-14%;NaF:1-4%;SiO2:2-8%;Ti:0.5-2%;Fe20-40%。药粉的填充率为15%。把以上药粉分别称重后经V型混粉机充分搅拌、混合,再经烘干炉烘干待用。该焊丝制造工艺:钢带→超声波清洗→烘干→接带→收带。放带→轧∪形槽→加粉→合缝→减径→粗拉→收线。放线→精拉→收线。放线→校直→层绕→包装→入库,获得药芯焊丝。
采用本发明的积极效果是优化各种药粉配比,这样可以提高焊接速度,同时提高了焊缝的韧性、强度和抗疲劳性能,细化焊缝晶粒。满足高速焊接熔敷金属性能和使用性能。焊接效率比普通型提高了30-40%。本技术焊接速度能达到1.5m/min,焊缝金属表面成型良好,无焊接缺陷。
具体实施方式:
本发明药芯焊丝采用酸性渣系配方,在原材料配方中添加合适含量的高熔点物质Al2O3、MgO、ZrO2,这些高熔点物质能保障焊接熔渣具有合适的粘度,在高速焊接的情况下能均匀地覆盖在焊缝表面上,从而获得成型美观的焊缝,此外,在配方中添加适量的Ti、Al、Mg等脱氧物质,保障大电流高速焊接的电弧燃烧的稳定性和对焊缝金属的脱氧,以减少焊接过程中的飞溅和提高焊缝金属的低温冲击韧性。
实施例1
按化学成分重量百分比计算,配方配比为:TiO2为28%、Mg+Al为3%、Al2O3为3%、MgO为4%、ZrO2为2%、Si为5%、Mn为10%、NaF为3%、SiO2为3%、Ti为1%、Fe为38%。药粉的填充率为15%。采用此配方,制成焊丝,焊丝具有非常优良的焊接工艺性能,特别适合钢板的角焊缝连接。采用以下规范:焊接速度1.2m/s、焊接电流450A、焊接电压36V时,熔渣覆盖良好,焊缝成型美观。
实施例2
按化学成分重量百分比计算,配方配比为:TiO2为40%、Mg+Al为4%、Al2O3为2%、MgO为2%、ZrO2为3%、Si为5%、Mn为10%、NaF为3%、SiO2为2%、Ti为1%、Fe为30%。药粉的填充率为15%。采用此配方,制成Φ1.6mm焊丝,焊丝焊接工艺性能优良,特别适合钢板的角焊缝连接。采用以下规范:焊接速度1.4m/min、焊接电流480A、焊接电压40V时,熔渣覆盖良好,焊缝成型美观,焊接飞溅小,焊缝金属无缺陷。
本发明制造工艺与现有技术相同,制造实施时首先根据技术要求采购符合成分要求的各种矿物粉及金属粉,然后将这些原料按配方比例混合均匀、烘干后,再按一定的填充率加入到连续运行的SPCC半软钢带的∪型槽中,再经轧制、闭合、拉拔生产出符合规格要求的药芯焊丝产品,经检验、包装即可入库待销。

1.一种高速药芯焊丝,其特征是药芯焊丝采用酸性渣系配方,在原材料配方中添加合适含量的高熔点物质Al2O3、MgO、ZrO2,及Ti、Al、Mg脱氧物质,按化学成分重量百分比计算,其原材料配方配比为:TiO2:20-40%;Mg+Al:1-5%;Al2O3+MgO:5-10%;ZrO2:1-5%;Si:4-8%;Mn:8-14%;NaF:1-4%;SiO2:2-8%;Ti:0.5-2%;Fe:20-40%;药粉的填充率为15%。
