一种药芯焊丝制造方法,涉及一种焊接材料。该制造方法是原材料配方中增加了氮化钼、氮化钛、氮化锆、氮化铌四种氮化物和重稀土元素碳化钇的组合。其原材料配方重量份配比为:低碳铬铁20-30份、硅锰合金3-5份、金属铬10-15份、还原铁粉30-40份、金红石5-10份、萤石8-15份、矾铁1-3份、钨铁2-3份、金属锰2-3份、钼铁5-7份、氮化钛0.02-0.05份、氮化锆0.05-0.08份、氮化铌0.1-0.15份、氮化钼0.1-0.15份、重稀土碳化钇0.5-0.9份。经配料→钢带→超声波清洗→烘干→接带→收带→放带→轧∪形槽→加粉→合缝→减径→粗拉→收线→放线→校直→层绕→包装→入库制造工艺,获得药芯焊丝。本发明焊丝药芯配方中增加了氮化钼、氮化钛、氮化锆、氮化铌四种氮化物和重稀土元素碳化钇的组合,使堆焊层金属晶粒更细小、质点分布更均匀,性能更好。

药芯焊丝制造方法
技术领域
本发明属于焊接技术领域,涉及一种焊接材料。
背景技术
目前国内药芯焊丝生产技术基本成熟,由于药芯配方的局限性,普通药芯焊丝只能焊接轮船、桥梁、汽车等产品,由于现有技术药芯焊丝产品配方中大多采用两种氮化物组合(氮化钼和氮化锆或氮化钼和氮化钛),还有配方中只加入氮化铬,所以其焊接性能无法满足钢管轧制用芯棒、磨辊、磨盘等金属表面焊接后在使用过程中的磨损、高温氧化、腐蚀、及由热疲劳和应力疲劳造成的表面龟状裂纹。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种药芯焊丝制造方法,以解决现有技术所无法解决的钢管轧制用芯棒、磨辊、磨盘等金属表面焊接后在使用过程中的磨损、高温氧化、腐蚀、及由热疲劳和应力疲劳造成的表面龟状裂纹。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案主要是原材料配方中增加氮化钼、氮化钛、氮化锆、氮化铌四种氮化物和重稀土元素碳化钇的组合;其原材料配方重量份配比为:低碳铬铁20-30份、硅锰合金3-5份、金属铬10-15份、还原铁粉30-40份、金红石5-10份、萤石8-15份、矾铁1-3份、钨铁2-3份、金属锰2-3份、钼铁5-7份、氮化钛0.02-0.05份、氮化锆0.05-0.08份、氮化铌0.1-0.15份、氮化钼0.1-0.15份、重稀土碳化钇0.5-0.9份;经配料→钢带→超声波清洗→烘干→接带→收带→放带→轧U形槽→加粉→合缝→减径→粗拉→收线→放线→校直→层绕→包装→入库制造工艺,获得药芯焊丝。
采用本发明的积极效果是从材料系列的选择上,增加了氮化钼、氮化钛、氮化锆、氮化铌四种氮化物和重稀土元素碳化钇的组合,使堆焊层金属晶粒更细小、质点分布更均匀,性能更好,回火弥散强化性能明显优于现有技术产品,寿命比其他焊丝堆焊的芯棒提高近20%。这样可以提高焊缝的韧性、强度和抗疲劳性能,细化焊缝晶粒。该项目焊丝添加重稀土碳化钇,起到了增强熔敷金属机械性能的作用,在结晶过程中形成以金属钇为核的结晶体,大大提高了熔敷金属的性能。
具体制造工艺:
以制造钢管轧制用芯棒表面堆焊药芯焊丝为例,其原料配方重量份配比为:低碳铬铁25份、硅锰合金3份、金属铬15份、还原铁粉40份、金红石5份、萤石15份、矾铁3份、钨铁3份、金属锰2份、钼铁5份、氮化钛0.05份、氮化锆0.05份、氮化铌0.1份、氮化钼0.1份、重稀土碳化钇0.9份;药粉填充系数为30%。
本发明制造工艺与现有技术相同,制造实施时首先根据技术要求采购符合成分要求的各种合金粉、重稀土,然后将这些合金粉按配方比例混合均匀、烘干后,再按一定的填充率加入到连续运行的SPCC半软钢带的U型槽中,再经轧制、闭合、拉拔生产出符合规格要求的堆焊用焊丝产品,经检验、包装即可入库待销。

1、一种药芯焊丝制造方法,其特征是原材料配方中增加氮化物和稀土元素,其原材料配方重量份配比为:低碳铬铁20-30份、硅锰合金3-5份、金属铬10-15份、还原铁粉30-40份、金红石5-10份、萤石8-15份、矾铁1-3份、钨铁2-3份、金属锰2-3份、钼铁5-7份、氮化钛0.02-0.05份、氮化锆0.05-0.08份、氮化铌0.1-0.15份、氮化钼0.1-0.15份、重稀土碳化钇0.5-0.9份;经配料→钢带→超声波清洗→烘干→接带→收带→放带→轧∪形槽→加粉→合缝→减径→粗拉→收线→放线→校直→层绕→包装→入库制造工艺,获得药芯焊丝。
