图3A和3B为示出自动变速器10的两种可选离合策略的真值表。对于特定档位或传动比的行中的“X”表示,由列表头指示的与该档位相关联的致动器和中间轴离合器或致动器和同步器离合器被致动并接合。应当注意,由于图3B的换档和离合顺序,能够分别利用第一中间轴50和第二中间轴60上的单个同步器离合器操作器68A和78A,而不是因预分段或预选择需求,使用图3A的换档和离合顺序分开地操作成对同步器离合器66A和66B及76A和76B。

Claims (19)
1.一种双离合器自动变速器,组合地包括:
具有输入和输出的输入离合器,所述输入适于由发动机驱动;
电动机,其连接到所述输入离合器的所述输出;
一对离合器,其具有连接到所述电动机的输入,并且具有第一离合器输出和第二离合器输出;
第一中间轴和第二中间轴,所述第二中间轴与所述第一中间轴间隔开并且与所述第一中间轴平行;
第一齿轮,其连接至所述第一离合器输出,并且与布置在所述第一中间轴上的第一输入齿轮和布置在所述第二中间轴上的第二输入齿轮常啮合;
第二齿轮,其连接至所述第二离合器输出,并且与布置在所述第一中间轴上的第三输入齿轮和布置在所述第二中间轴上的第四输入齿轮常啮合;
第一同步器离合器组件,其在所述第一和所述第三输入齿轮之间布置在所述第一中间轴上,用以有选择地将所述第一和第三输入齿轮连接至所述第一中间轴;
第二同步器离合器组件,其在所述第二和所述第四输入齿轮之间布置在所述第二中间轴上,用以有选择地将所述第二和第四输入齿轮连接至所述第二中间轴;
第一输出齿轮,其布置在所述第一中间轴上,并与第一差速器输入齿轮常啮合;
第二输出齿轮,其布置在所述第二中间轴上,并与所述第一差速器输入齿轮常啮合;
第三输出齿轮,其布置在所述第一中间轴上,并与第二差速器输入齿轮常啮合;
第四输出齿轮,其布置在所述第二中间轴上,并与所述第二差速器输入齿轮常啮合;
第三同步器离合器组件,其在所述第一和所述第三输出齿轮之间布置在所述第一中间轴上,用以有选择地将所述第一和第三输出齿轮连接至所述第一中间轴;
第四同步器离合器组件,其在所述第二和所述第四输出齿轮之间布置在所述第二中间轴上,用以有选择地将所述第二和第四输出齿轮连接至所述第二中间轴;以及
差速器组件,其由所述第一和所述第二差速器输入齿轮驱动,并且具有一对同轴的输出。
2.如权利要求1所述的双离合器自动变速器,其中所述第一和第二同步器离合器组件各包括两个同步器离合器。
3.如权利要求1所述的双离合器自动变速器,其中所述第三和第四同步器离合器组件各包括单个同步器离合器。
4.如权利要求1所述的双离合器自动变速器,其中所述第一、第二、第三和第四输入齿轮和第一、第二、第三和第四输出齿轮中的每个都被使用于两个前进传动比。
5.如权利要求1所述的双离合器自动变速器,其中所述电动机为双向的,并提供反向。
6.如权利要求1所述的双离合器自动变速器,其中所述第一输入齿轮与第三和第七档相关联,所述第二输入齿轮与第一和第五档相关联,所述第三输入齿轮与第四和第八档相关联,所述第四输入齿轮与第二和第六档相关联。
7.如权利要求1所述的双离合器自动变速器,其中所述第一输出齿轮与第七和第八档相关联,所述第二输出齿轮与第五和第六档相关联,所述第三输出齿轮与第三和第四档相关联,所述第四输出齿轮与第一和第二档相关联。
8.一种双离合器自动变速器,组合地包括:
一对离合器,其具有连接到电动机的共同的输入及第一输出和第二输出;
第一中间轴和第二中间轴,所述第二中间轴与所述第一中间轴间隔开并且与所述第一中间轴平行;
第一齿轮,其连接至所述第一输出,并且与布置在所述第一中间轴上的第一输入齿轮和布置在所述第二中间轴上的第二输入齿轮常啮合:
第二齿轮,其连接至所述第二输出,并且与布置在所述第一中间轴上的第三输入齿轮和布置在所述第二中间轴上的第四输入齿轮常啮合;
第一同步器离合器组件,其在所述第一和所述第三输入齿轮之间布置在所述第一中间轴上,用以有选择地将所述第一和第三输入齿轮连接至所述第一中间轴;
第二同步器离合器组件,其在所述第二和所述第四输入齿轮之间布置在所述第二中间轴上,用以有选择地将所述第二和第四输入齿轮连接至所述第二中间轴;
第一输出齿轮,其布置在所述第一中间轴上,并与第一差速器输入齿轮常啮合;
第二输出齿轮,其布置在所述第二中间轴上,并与所述第一差速器输入齿轮常啮合;
第三输出齿轮,其布置在所述第一中间轴上,并与第二差速器输入齿轮常啮合;
第四输出齿轮,其布置在所述第二中间轴上,并与所述第二差速器输入齿轮常啮合;
第三同步器离合器组件,其在所述第一和所述第三输出齿轮之间布置在所述第一中间轴上,用以有选择地将所述第一和第三输出齿轮连接至所述第一中间轴;
第四同步器离合器组件,其在所述第二和所述第四输出齿轮之间布置在所述第二中间轴上,用以有选择地将所述第二和第四输出齿轮连接至所述第二中间轴;以及
差速器组件,其由所述第一和所述第二差速器输入齿轮驱动,并且具有一对同轴的输出。
9.如权利要求8所述的双离合器自动变速器,其中所述第一和第二同步器离合器组件各包括两个同步器离合器。
10.如权利要求8所述的双离合器自动变速器,其中所述第三和第四同步器离合器组件各包括单个同步器离合器。
11.如权利要求8所述的双离合器自动变速器,其中所述第一、第二、第三和第四输入齿轮和第一、第二、第三和第四输出齿轮中的每个都被使用于两个前进传动比。
12.如权利要求8所述的双离合器自动变速器,其中所述电动机为双向的,并提供反向。
13.如权利要求8所述的双离合器自动变速器,其中所述第一输入齿轮与第三和第七档相关联,所述第二输入齿轮与第一和第五档相关联,所述第三输入齿轮与第四和第八档相关联,所述第四输入齿轮与第二和第六档相关联。
14.如权利要求8所述的双离合器自动变速器,其中所述第一输出齿轮与第七和第八档相关联,所述第二输出齿轮与第五和第六档相关联,所述第三输出齿轮与第三和第四档相关联,所述第四输出齿轮与第一和第二档相关联。
15.一种双离合器自动变速器,组合地包括:
一对离合器,其具有连接到电动机的共同驱动的输入及独立的第一输出和第二输出;
第一中间轴和第二中间轴;
第一齿轮,其连接至所述第一输出,并且与布置在所述第一中间轴上的第一输入齿轮和布置在所述第二中间轴上的第二输入齿轮常啮合:
第二齿轮,其连接至所述第二输出,并且与布置在所述第一中间轴上的第三输入齿轮和布置在所述第二中间轴上的第四输入齿轮常啮合;
第一同步器离合器,其在所述第一和所述第三输入齿轮之间布置在所述第一中间轴上,用以有选择地将所述第一和第三输入齿轮连接至所述第一中间轴;
第二同步器离合器,其在所述第二和所述第四输入齿轮之间布置在所述第二中间轴上,用以有选择地将所述第二和第四输入齿轮连接至所述第二中间轴;
第一输出齿轮,该第一输出齿轮布置在所述第一中间轴上并与第一差速器输入齿轮常啮合,以及第二输出齿轮,该第二输出齿轮布置在所述第二中间轴上并与第一差速器输入齿轮常啮合;
第三输出齿轮,该第三输出齿轮布置在所述第一中间轴上并与第二差速器输入齿轮常啮合,以及第四输出齿轮,该第四输出齿轮布置在所述第二中间轴上并与第二差速器输入齿轮常啮合;
第三同步器离合器,其在所述第一和所述第三输出齿轮之间布置在所述第一中间轴上,用以有选择地将所述第一和第三输出齿轮连接至所述第一中间轴;
第四同步器离合器,其在所述第二和所述第四输出齿轮之间布置在所述第二中间轴上,用以有选择地将所述第二和第四输出齿轮连接至所述第二中间轴;以及
差速器组件,其由所述第一和所述第二差速器输入齿轮驱动,并且具有一对同轴的输出。
16.如权利要求15所述的双离合器自动变速器,其中所述第一、第二、第三和第四输入齿轮和第一、第二、第三和第四输出齿轮中的每个都被使用于两个前进传动比。
17.如权利要求15所述的双离合器自动变速器,其中所述电动机为双向的,并提供反向。
18.如权利要求15所述的双离合器自动变速器,其中所述第一输入齿轮与第三和第七档相关联,所述第二输入齿轮与第一和第五档相关联,所述第三输入齿轮与第四和第八档相关联,所述第四输入齿轮与第二和第六档相关联。
19.如权利要求15所述的双离合器自动变速器,其中所述第一输出齿轮与第七和第八档相关联,所述第二输出齿轮与第五和第六档相关联,所述第三输出齿轮与第三和第四档相关联,所述第四输出齿轮与第一和第二档相关联。
