Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有保护功能的婴儿车关节结构，包括一铰接座，与铰接座相连接的固定杆及收折杆，在所述铰接座上还铰接有一与所述收折杆通过一联动机构相连接，且可在收折杆体上滑动，在所述收折杆转动时，可盖住所述铰接座外露缺口的保护盖；通过增设一随收折杆体移动的保护盖，在收折杆体转动，可带动保护盖同时转动，保护盖可将杆体与铰接槽之间的间隙盖住；小孩的手指伸不进去，从而防止了伤害问题的出现。

技术领域
本发明涉及婴儿车，具体涉及一种具有保护功能的婴儿车关节结构。 
背景技术
在现有技术中，有各种各样的婴儿车，通常都会用到一种关节结构，在一个铰接座上连接有一根固定杆，在座体上开有一条槽，槽中连接有一根可转动收折的收折杆，收折杆可置于槽中，当收折杆转动离开铰接座时，铰接座的槽与收折杆体之间会出现间隙，当小孩不小心将手指放在这个间隙中时，如果此时收折杆转动并向下移动时，则会将小孩的手指夹伤，给小孩造成伤害。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，针对现有技术的上述缺陷，提供一种具有保护功能的婴儿车关节结构，无论如何转动收折杆，都不会对小孩产生伤害。 
提供一种具有保护功能的婴儿车关节结构，包括一铰接座，与铰接座相连接的固定杆及收折杆，在所述铰接座上还铰接有一与所述收折杆通过一联动机构相连接，且可在收折杆体上滑动，在所述收折杆转动时，可盖住所述铰接座外露缺口的保护盖。 
本发明具有如下优点：通过增设一随收折杆体移动的保护盖，在收折杆体转动，可带动保护盖同时转动，保护盖可将杆体与铰接槽之间的间隙盖住；小孩的手指伸不进去，从而防止了伤害问题的出现。

具体实施方式
实施例一：参照图1、图2、图3、图4所示，提供一种具有保护功能的婴儿车关节结构，铰接座2可以圆形铰接座或半圆形铰接座，固定杆1安装在所述圆形铰接座2的下部的孔22中，所述收折杆3安装在所述圆形铰接座上部的槽21中，保护盖4是一种包覆在铰接座2外面，呈半圆弧形结构的保护盖4，联动机构是在收折杆3的纵向杆体上开有一滑槽32，在保护盖4的端部设有一可在滑槽32中滑动的滑动销41，在保护盖4的端部开有与收折杆3杆体相吻合的缺口42。收折杆3转动时，可带动保护盖4同时转动，保护盖4可将收折杆体与滑槽32之间的间隙盖住。 
实施例二，参照图1、图2、图3、图4所示，提供一种具有保护功能的婴儿车关节结构，铰接座2是一圆形铰接座，固定杆1安装在圆形铰接座2下部的孔22中，收折杆3安装在所述圆形铰接座2上部的槽21中，保护盖4是包覆在铰接座2外面，呈半圆弧形结构的保护盖4，联动机构是在所述保护盖4的端部设有一可在所述收折杆3杆体上滑动的滑套(图中未示出)，在保护盖4的端部开有与收折杆杆体相吻合的缺口42。在收折杆体转动时，保护盖4端部的滑 套可在杆体上滑动，从而带动保护盖4同时转动，保护盖4可将杆体与铰接槽之间的间隙盖住。 
在上述实施例中，收折杆3和保护盖4的旋转中心可以设计成不重合结构，也就是偏心设置，收折杆3和保护盖4的旋转中心还可以采用重合结构，其缺点是，保护盖4的直径和体积都会增大，当收折杆3转动时，两种结构都可带动保护盖4同时转动。 

Claims (3)

1.一种具有保护功能的婴儿车关节结构，包括一铰接座，与铰接座相连接的固定杆及收折杆，其特征在于，在所述铰接座上还铰接有一与所述收折杆通过一联动机构相连接，且可在收折杆体上滑动，在所述收折杆转动时，可盖住所述铰接座外露缺口的保护盖；
所述铰接座是一圆形铰接座，所述固定杆安装在所述圆形铰接座下部的孔中，所述收折杆安装在所述圆形铰接座上部的槽中，所述保护盖是一种包覆在所述铰接座外面，呈半圆弧形结构的保护盖，所述联动机构是在所述收折杆的纵向杆体上开有一滑槽，在所述保护盖的端部设有一可在所述滑槽中滑动的滑动销，在所述保护盖的端部开有与所述收折杆杆体相吻合的缺口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有保护功能的婴儿车关节结构，其特征在于，所述收折杆和保护盖的旋转中心偏心设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有保护功能的婴儿车关节结构，其特征在于，所述收折杆和保护盖的旋转中心相重合。
