Description
Technical field
The present invention relates to a kind of refill device that is used for the multi-dosing detergent delivery device of ware washing machine (for example dish-washing machine or washing machine).
Background technology
PCT/GB2007/000177 has described and has been used for the chamber that the multi-dosing detergent delivery device in ware washing machine uses and the dosage element of cleansing composition, and wherein said chamber comprises the container that is used for described dosage element and comprises and be used to allow water/cleaning solution to advance/go out at least one top-portion apertures and the base apertures of this chamber.In the preferred disposition of foregoing invention, described chamber comprises having sleeve upper shed and under shed, plastic material, in some cases, also be provided with middle opening between described upper shed and the described under shed, and described middle opening is bigger and littler than described upper shed than described under shed.
PCT/GB2007/000177 has also described the product that comprises the spline-simulating thing that is made of above-mentioned chamber and dosage element, wherein said chamber remains on the back lining materials and described spline-simulating thing is the form of the parallel array of the elongate chamber that comprises the solid dosage element, and the spline-simulating thing can be configured as columniform substantially nested form.Fig. 1-7 illustrates the embodiment of the device of PCT/GB2007/000177 in more detail, in these figure:
Fig. 1 illustrates the product of nested form substantially from the top with stereogram;
Fig. 2 illustrates the product of Fig. 1 of nested form with side view;
Fig. 3 illustrates the product of Fig. 1 of open and flat form;
Fig. 4 illustrates the dosage element of the product of Fig. 3 with plan view;
Fig. 5 A illustrates the product of Fig. 1 of the retainer of introducing Fig. 5 B, is shown as the lid of having removed shown in Fig. 5 C that dosage element is selected equipment that comprises;
Fig. 6 illustrates the product of the Fig. 1 in the retainer that is positioned at Fig. 5 B; And
Equipment after Fig. 7 illustrates this and assembles fully, the lid of Fig. 5 C has been placed on the retainer and product component of Fig. 6 a.
The product of Fig. 1 is manufactured into the open and flat vinyl disc of elongated bubble chamber 2, as shown in Figure 3, comprises hot formed vinyl disc.The openend of each bubble chamber 2 all centers on its periphery and is formed with annular lip 4 (in Fig. 2 as seen).The dosage element 6 (being intended to be used for the cleaning of automatic dish-washing machine in this embodiment) that comprises the cleansing composition of solid rod or rod is introduced in the bubble chamber.This can realize in a different manner.For example in one embodiment, cleansing composition can be injected or bets chamber.Yet in this embodiment, comprise the bar of each dosage element 6 or rod by injection moulding or extruding and preform, then the section of being cut into shape and introducing in the chamber.Should be noted in the discussion above that they are introduced in the chamber in the first embodiment, and fill each chamber up to the bottom 8, but at top slot milling 10.Yet, in following other embodiment that is more preferably that will discuss, between the bottom of the lowermost extent of dosage element 6 and chamber, also leave free space.Leaving this space 10 makes water to enter chamber by the opening in the upper end wall of chamber 12.In this embodiment, each such opening 12 all is circular and diameter that have 8mm.In the lower end wall of product, form same opening (not shown), discharge from chamber to allow water and cleansing composition that carry or dissolving.
In case all chambers have been provided with the cleansing composition (passing through any way) of bar or rod, just are laid on backing sheet 14 on the openend and are fixed to flange 4.This backing can adhere to thereon by for example any mode easily of heating or adhesive.
Next, the open and flat product that is now by the form of the spline-simulating thing of bar or bar construction or linear array can be rolled into the nested form shown in Fig. 1.In the present embodiment, this nested form is the array of general cylindrical.It can be held in its nested form by a slice adhesive tape 16.
Can be on the outside side of backing the information of printing such as trade mark, product pattern and/or the information of use.
As shown in Figure 4, each bar or rod---and each steeps accordingly, all has the flat basal wall 18 in abutting connection with backing sheet 14.Every bar or rod, and each bubble from basal wall 18 to narrower end wall 20 convergent roughly.Sidewall initial as at 22,24 places convergent gradually, then through precipitous a little inside dislocation 26, sentence medium ratio convergent (ratio between sidewall sections 22 and 26 the convergent ratio of misplacing) 27 then, up to arriving end wall 20.
Can think that bar or rod have the shape (being that section is triangular in shape) of triangular prism substantially.More properly, as mentioned above sidewall with discrete mode convergent.
Should be noted in the discussion above that bar or rod are positioned on the backing sheet at its basal wall 18 places, and have interval 28 between them.
Should be noted in the discussion above that when being in its nested form to have at interval 30 between bar or the rod at their stub area place further.
As the result of hot forming during manufacture to mould, the backing sheet has preferred broken line 32.Broken line 32 is aimed at the interval 28 between bar or the rod.
The final result of these features is following and can clearly see in Fig. 1: when product forms its nested shape, the backing sheet in hinged mode around its broken line 22 displacements.By 28 and 30 having allowed this nested or folding at interval; If bar or rod be simply mutually near because this operation of obstacle of physics will can not be allowed to.As seen from Figure 1, Qu Yu interval 30 even can under nested form, keep (but having narrowed down significantly) endways.
In use, product of the present invention is the refill device that provides with its nested form shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 5 A.This refill device is with in the retainer of its nested form insertion shown in Fig. 5 B.Retainer is columniform bucket, and this barrel has and extend upward the axial protuberance 40 of hub shape of whole axial lengths of bucket basically from its bottom.From the protuberance 40 outwardly directed blades 42 that are four with 90 ° of interval settings.These blades approximately extend 4/10 of retainer radial distance.
Retainer has the handle 44 that suspends.
The diapire of retainer is big opening (not shown).
Retainer has the lid shown in Fig. 5 C.This lid has center transposition (indexing) equipment 46 that is centered on by filter screen 48, enters retainer to allow agranular water.The dial 54 that this center transposition equipment has button 50 and centers on this button, this dial have bar or the excellent suitable numeral of number with cleansing composition.In the time of will using dish-washing machine, the user presses the button the numeral so that dial advances, to use next channel washer or rod at every turn.This will so finish: rotate a position by making the dish with holes in the lid, make the water that enters retainer must pass the hole of aiming at next bar or rod this moment.Water enters suitable bubble by the opening of aiming at the opening in the lid 12.But the interval 10 of water filled pole or rod top.Bar or rod are immersed in water and dissolve and/or cracked, leave bubble by bottom opening.
A bit surprisingly, we find to have realized well by this method the dissolving of bar or rod.May think in the past always, by with water vertically or length direction be directed to cleansing composition dosage element one bring in the dissolving they may be inefficent method.In fact, dissolving or disperse be well and this be provided with and have very much space efficiency, do not take available too many " bottom area " (footprint area) in the dish-washing machine.
As seeing among Fig. 6, when product orientation was in the bucket of retainer, blade 42 was positioned within the interval 30 of nested product.The nargin of blade in interval 30 is little, and can guarantee that by this way bar or rod and upper shed 12 are in the correct orientation of aiming at the opening of lid.
Fig. 7 illustrates the equipment that assembles fully.
According to the above discussion can be clear, first embodiment of described PCT/GB2007/000177 utilizes the top-portion apertures and the base apertures of same size.Described different structures in other embodiments, wherein be provided with the hole of different size and extra hole can advantageously be set between top-portion apertures and base apertures.
In all said apparatus, loading box again for 12 washings needs about 80g polypropylene injection of plastic.Here, each cleaning agent dosage has the cost of 7g plastics.

Can further be appreciated that, plastic feet and lid itself can advantageously generate the main packing that is used for loading again packing, only utilized the extra packing of minimum during feasible leaving unused, extra packing so for example can be limited to the sealing of plastics or paper tinsel, to join lid to base and safety/humidity sealing is provided in showing or transporting.Base and/or lid are preferably made by thermoplastic.Itself can be printed on additional information base and/or lid, for example product information, bar code etc., and perhaps such information can be applied on paper, card or the plastic wrapper.
In said embodiment, the actual detail that should understand multi-dosing detergent delivery device itself is also unimportant for the understanding of loading system again described herein.Especially, should understand, when a complete cycles of washing (for example) is carried out ex-situ operations afterwards, multi-cavity chamber insertion parts itself can be rotated a compartment at every turn in static external container, perhaps this insertion parts can keep static, and the porose dish or the funnel annex that for example are positioned over above the insertion parts can rotate optionally cleaning solution is supplied to a compartment or another compartment.Should be further appreciated that such transposition can be undertaken by artificial (for example pushing button by the user), perhaps for example under the effect of wax motor (wax motor), carry out automatically.
The composition that it will also be appreciated that cleaning agent etc. is unessential for the understanding of loading system again, and can all to be calculated as for a cycles of washing with the synthetic of saying each dosage completely be enough.And, though cleaner composition is referred to form for cleaning agent rod or bar all the time at this paper, one of ordinary skill in the art would recognize that, it is bar-shaped that the actual form of cleaning agent not necessarily needs, and can be block, for example cuboid, spheroid or convenient and other form consistent with the chamber shape of multicompartmented insertion parts 400.
Though this supply arrangement preferably is applied to automatic bowl washing machine, it also can alternatively be applied in other situation, for example is applied to washing machine or other ware washing machine.
