Abstract
本发明提供一种供料装置,包括料斗、料管、扫料针、固定环、马达、齿轮、齿轮环以及传感器,该料斗与料管相连通,料管具有内壁,扫料针设于料管内且与料管内壁接触配合,该固定环与料管固定连接,马达与齿轮固定以驱动齿轮转动,齿轮环具有固定连接的齿轮部与套合部,齿轮部具有环形齿条,齿轮与该环形齿条啮合以带动齿轮环转动,齿轮环通过套合部与固定环套合以使齿轮环相对固定环转动,齿轮环与扫料针连接以带动扫料针环绕料管内壁运动,传感器与扫料针对应的料管内壁相对设置以感测料管内的供料情况。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及射出成型技术,特别涉及用于射出成型机料斗的供料装置。
背景技术
应用于手机、MP3等便携式电子装置中的光学元件,如微型透镜、导光板等,通常是采用射出成型机来制得。射出成型机具有速度快、精度高等特点,可参见Yao-Be Wang等人在文献Proceedings of the 2005 IEEE International Conference on Mechatronics July10-12,2005,Taipei,Taiwan中的Design and Fabrication of an All-ElectricTiebarless Injection Molding Machine一文。
射出成型机的料斗在塑料落料的过程中,通常会在料斗下方的料管相对的侧壁位置安装传感器。该传感器用于感测料管内落料的情况,当料管内没有塑料时,传感器可发出信号,通知工作人员添加塑料或排除料斗堵塞等不能正常落料的故障。但是,在塑料落料的过程中,部分塑料可能会由于静电等原因附着于料斗下方的料管内壁,使得料斗停止落料时传感器仍会感测到料管内存在塑料。从而,传感器产生误判,不能通知工作人员添加塑料或排除故障,使射出成型机的自动化射出成型作业无法正常进行。因而,严重影响了射出成型机的正常工作,降低了生产效率。
因此,有必要提供一种可避免传感器产生误判,使得射出成型机的自动化射出成型作业能顺利进行的供料装置。
发明内容
下面将以具体实施例说明一种供料装置。
一种供料装置,包括料斗、料管、扫料针、固定环、马达、齿轮、齿轮环以及传感器,该料斗与料管相连通,料管具有内壁,扫料针设于料管内且与料管内壁接触配合,该固定环与料管固定连接,马达与齿轮固定以驱动齿轮转动,齿轮环具有固定连接的齿轮部与套合部,齿轮部具有环形齿条,齿轮与该环形齿条啮合以带动齿轮环转动,齿轮环通过套合部与固定环套合以使齿轮环相对固定环转动,齿轮环与扫料针连接以带动扫料针环绕料管内壁运动,传感器与扫料针对应的料管内壁相对设置以感测料管内的供料情况。
相对于现有技术,本技术方案的供料装置中,其利用马达驱动齿轮环以带动扫料针环绕管料内壁运动,且扫料针与料管内壁接触配合,从而该扫料针可扫除由于静电等原因粘附于管料内壁的塑料,使传感器能准确感测到该料管内是否具有塑料,可有效避免传感器产生误判,使得射出成型机的自动化射出成型作业能顺利进行。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图和实施例对本技术方案的供料装置作进一步详细说明。
请参阅图1至图3,本技术方案实施例提供的供料装置100,包括料斗10、料管20、扫料针30、驱动装置40以及传感器50。
料斗10与料管20相连通,以使用于注射成型的塑料可自料斗10流经料管20进入到注射成型的模穴(图未示)。料斗10具有内壁12。
料管20具有相对的内壁22与外壁24。料管20具有内腔体202。本实施例中,料管20的内壁22呈环形,从而该内腔体202为圆柱形腔体。
扫料针30设于料管20内。扫料针30具有弧形面32、第一侧面34以及第二侧面36。扫料针30沿平行于料管20的轴向延伸。该弧形面32与料管20的内壁22相对,且与该内壁22接触配合。该第一侧面34与第二侧面36的一端连接于弧形面32,另一端彼此连接。该弧形面32可与该环形内壁22紧密贴合,从而该扫料针30的横截面为扇形。另外,扫料针30设置的数量既可以为一个,也可以为多个。本实施例中,扫料针30的数量为一个。
驱动装置40与扫料针30连接以驱动扫料针30环绕料管20的内壁22运动。本实施例中,该驱动装置40采用齿轮齿条传动机构。具体地,驱动装置40包括马达42、齿轮44以及齿轮环46。该马达42为减速马达,其可提供以恒定功率输出较慢的转速。马达42具有转轴422。该转轴422与齿轮44固定连接,从而可带动齿轮44转动。马达42可通过固定件424固定于料管20的外壁24上。转轴422自料管20的外壁24穿设至内壁22。齿轮44位于料管20的内腔体202内。
齿轮环46具有固定连接的齿轮部462、套合部464与卡合部466。齿轮部462的外径大于套合部464的外径,卡合部466的外径也大于套合部464的外径。齿轮环46设有贯穿该齿轮部462、套合部464与卡合部466的通孔402。齿轮部462远离卡合部466的一端具有环形齿条404。该环形齿条404与齿轮44相啮合,从而齿轮44转动时可带动齿轮环46围绕料管20的中心轴线转动。套合部464连接于齿轮部462与卡合部466之间。卡合部466的外壁开设有凹槽406。扫料针30设于卡合部466远离齿轮部462的一端。本实施例中,扫料针30通过螺丝302固定于卡合部466。当然,扫料针30也可与卡合部466一体成形。从而,齿轮环46围绕料管20的中心轴线转动时,其可带动扫料针30环绕料管20的内壁22运动。
传感器50与扫料针30对应的料管20的内壁22相对设置。优选地,该料管20透明,该传感器50为非接触式传感器,其可透过料管20感测到料管20内对应位置处是否具有塑料。当料管20的内腔体202内具有塑料时,该传感器50可感测到该料管20内具有塑料,并产生信号使注射成型过程继续进行。当料管20的内腔体202内塑料供给中止时,即使由于静电等原因有部分塑料粘着于料管20的内壁22,其可通过环绕料管20的内壁22运动的扫料针30扫落粘着于料管20的内壁22的该部分塑料,从而,该传感器50可正确感测到该料管20内塑料供给中止,并产生信号以提醒工作人员补充塑料的供给或检查塑料供给的某个位置是否堵塞。因而,工作人员可及时根据传感器50的信号检测注射成型的生产过程,有效避免由于传感器的误判而导致注塑成型过程不能顺利进行。
进一步地,该供料装置100还包括落料环60、固定环70、加强件80以及固持件90。
落料环60设于料斗10与料管20连接位置的内部。落料环60具有相连接的锥形部62与圆形部64。锥形部62与料斗10的内壁12贴合,从而塑料可自料斗10流入到锥形部62。圆形部64可套合至齿轮环46的通孔402内。该圆形部64可通过螺丝固定于齿轮环46的卡合部466。从而,齿轮环46转动时,落料环60可随齿轮环46同步转动。该转动的落料环60可带动该处的塑料转动,从而可避免塑料在料斗10与料管20连接处堵塞,提高塑料的流动性,使塑料能顺利地从料斗10流入到料管20中。
固定环70设于料管20内。固定环70的内壁具有凸块72。该凸块72与卡合部466的凹槽406对应设置。固定环70还开设有螺纹孔74。优选地,该螺纹孔74开设于两相对凸块72对应位置,从而,固定环70可通过螺丝702穿过料管10与螺纹孔74更稳定地固定于料管10内。固定环70穿过卡合部466与套合部464套合,齿轮环46偏转一定角度后可套合于固定部70,从而,固定部70可支撑承载齿轮环46,并且,齿轮环46可相对固定部70转动。
加强件80包括支撑杆82与加强座84。本实施例中,加强座84的数量为两个,其中一个套设于料管20远离料斗10的一端,另一个套设于料管20靠近料斗10的一端。支撑杆82的数量为三个,支撑杆82与加强座84垂直,其两端分别固定于两个加强座84。该加强件80可更好地加强固定料管20。
固持件90具有定位部92与固定部94。定位部92开设有与支撑杆82对应的通孔902以可使固持件90固定于支撑杆82。固定部94开设有用于固持传感器50的通孔904以可使传感器50固定于固持件90,并且与扫料针30相对。
可以理解的是,供料装置100的料斗10与料管20连接处外围可设置密封套(图未示)以防止外部气体进入到料管10内污染料管10内的气体。
相对于现有技术,本技术方案的供料装置中,其利用马达驱动齿轮环以带动扫料针环绕管料内壁运动,且扫料针与料管内壁接触配合,从而该扫料针可扫除由于静电等原因粘附于管料内壁的塑料,使传感器能准确感测到该料管内是否具有塑料,可有效避免传感器产生误判,使得射出成型机的自动化射出成型作业能顺利进行。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本技术方案的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本技术方案权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种供料装置,包括料斗、料管、扫料针、固定环、马达、齿轮、齿轮环以及传感器,该料斗与料管相连通,料管具有内壁,扫料针设于料管内且与料管内壁接触配合,该固定环与料管固定连接,马达与齿轮固定以驱动齿轮转动,齿轮环具有固定连接的齿轮部与套合部,齿轮部具有环形齿条,齿轮与该环形齿条啮合以带动齿轮环转动,齿轮环通过套合部与固定环套合以使齿轮环相对固定环转动,齿轮环与扫料针连接以带动扫料针环绕料管内壁运动,传感器设置在料管外,并与扫料针接触配合的料管内壁相对设置以感测料管内的供料情况。
2.如权利要求1所述的供料装置,其特征在于,该齿轮环进一步具有与套合部固定连接的卡合部,卡合部的外径大于套合部的外径,卡合部的圆周开设有凹槽,该固定环具有内壁,该内壁设有与卡合部的凹槽对应的凸块,以使固定环可穿过卡合部并套合于齿轮部与卡合部之间的套合部。
3.如权利要求2所述的供料装置,其特征在于,扫料针固定于卡合部远离齿轮部的一端。
4.如权利要求2所述的供料装置,其特征在于,扫料针与卡合部一体形成。
5.如权利要求1所述的供料装置,进一步包括落料环,落料环设于料斗与料管连接处,落料环与齿轮环固定连接,使得齿轮环可带动落料环同步转动。
6.如权利要求5所述的供料装置,其特征在于,该落料环具有相连接的锥形部与圆形部,锥形部与料斗相贴合,齿轮环具有贯穿齿轮部、套合部与卡合部的通孔,圆形部收容于齿轮环的通孔内,且圆形部通过螺丝与齿轮环的卡合部固定。
7.如权利要求1所述的供料装置,其特征在于,该扫料针具有与料管的内壁贴合的弧形面。
8.如权利要求7所述的供料装置,其特征在于,该扫料针进一步具有第一侧面与第二侧面,第一侧面与第二侧面的一端连接于该弧形面,另一端彼此连接,从而该扫料针的横截面为扇形。
9.如权利要求1所述的供料装置,进一步包括加强件,加强件包括加强座与支撑杆,加强座设于料管的两端,支撑杆连接于加强座之间,传感器固设于支撑杆。
