Abstract

一种连续干式户用沼气池,包括有密封的沼气池,其特点是所述密封的沼气池由上罐体和下罐体构成,上罐体的顶部设有进料口,上罐体的侧部设有出气管道和观察口,上罐体顶部的进料口处设有双钟罩加料器,上罐体侧部的观察口处设有盖板,下罐体的底部设有电控或手控的螺旋推进器。本发明采用双钟罩加料器,做到连续加料生产,密封性不破坏;采用螺旋推进器除渣,做到不停产排渣;再辅之以发酵菌种和填充付料与秸秆主料拌合,在密封构件中进行干式(含水量在18%左右)厌氧发酵法产生沼气,彻底解决了干发酵沼气池不能连续操作的问题,具有产气高、操作方便、连续供气和克服北方沼气池半年闲的缺陷等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种沼气池,特别是涉及一种连续干式户用沼气池,是对现有沼气池结构的改进,属于沼气池建造技术。
背景技术
长期以来在农村大力推广的自然发酵生成沼气,因水份占比重大,发酵率低,发酵期长,添料得不到充分降解,产气率低而被逐步放弃。人们又开发出新的具有竞争力的沼气池,例如,公开号为CN101152967的中国发明专利申请给出的《一体化环形厌氧沼气池》,该沼气池体为一体化环形结构,自外而内由一级厌氧室、二级厌氧室、一级生物过滤室、二级生物过滤室四部分组成;在各室内均安装有进水口,用于连接管路及两个相邻的室;在各室内均安装有挡板;在二级生物过滤室内还安装有一个通向环形厌氧池外的出水口;池底采用倾斜的结构设计,有利于污泥的收集。公开号为CN1884472的中国发明专利申请给出的《多能常效沼气池》,它是由锥形太阳能吸热保温水箱底座中按装一组由油缸、正反扣螺旋轴、滑块活塞、单向阀、阻尼器、导热油管合成的风能油泵阻尼加热器总成。上部连结万向风叶轴和传动主轴支架套。下部将导热油管伸展到沼气池贮料发酵池的底部,当风能油泵阻尼加热器动作时,导热油管将锥形太阳能吸热保温水箱中余热和循环导热油的热量一并传递到沼气池底部贮料发酵池中使其连续升温发酵产气,达到常效功能。公开号为CN101265446的中国发明专利申请给出的《干湿两用模压玻璃钢沼气池及生产方法、设施》,其特征是:实现了同一个发酵罐可以进行干、湿两种发酵,冬季干发酵可提高产气,夏季湿发酵方便出料进料,生产方法采用正向或反向振动、真空、压力连续模压方法,生产设施是压制模具和振动式真空液压机。
现有的户用沼气池主要有干发酵和湿发酵两种,其中干发酵含水少、发酵产热高、有利于冬季产气,可缩小池体体积,但需一次性装料而且装、出料困难,每次操作至少影响三天停气,并且需要大开盖、全密封式的沼气池;湿发酵含水高、发酵产热低、不利于冬季产气,费力费时,不便操作。现有的户用沼气池一般不设搅拌装置,都需人工操作,沼气大量外排,易造成人员中毒,也不卫生。如不搅拌,发酵表面硬化结壳,影响产气。填充物还需定期掏排,脏臭费力,许多用户嫌费事失去积极性。市场需要一种连续干式户用沼气池,据目前掌握的情报资料看尚无报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于克服现有技术存在的上述不足,解决干发酵沼气池不能连续操作的问题,通过反复研究改进,给出一种连续干式户用沼气池。这种新型的沼气池采用双钟罩加料器,做到连续加料生产,密封性不破坏;采用螺旋推进器除渣,做到不停产排渣;再辅之以发酵菌种和填充付料与秸秆主料拌合,在密封构件中进行干式(含水量在18%左右)厌氧发酵法产生沼气。
本发明给出的技术解决方案是:这种连续干式户用沼气池,包括有密封的沼气池,其特点是所述密封的沼气池由上罐体和下罐体构成,上罐体的顶部设有进料口,上罐体的侧部设有出气管道和观察口,上罐体顶部的进料口处设有双钟罩加料器,上罐体侧部的观察口处设有盖板,下罐体的底部设有电控或手控的螺旋推进器。
为更好的完成本发明的目的,所述的双钟罩加料器包括有上封板和下封板,其中双钟罩加料器内设有拉杆,该拉杆上部通过锁紧螺母与上封板相连接,该拉杆下部通过锁紧螺母与下封板相连接,该拉杆的顶端设有一个横向手柄,该横向手柄的另一端与设置在上罐体上的定位支架。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:通过采用双钟罩加料器,做到连续加料生产,密封性不破坏;采用螺旋推进器除渣,做到不停产排渣;再辅之以发酵菌种和填充付料与秸秆主料拌合,在密封构件中进行干式(含水量在18%左右)厌氧发酵法产生沼气,彻底解决了干发酵沼气池不能连续操作的问题,具有产气高、操作方便、连续供气和克服北方沼气池半年闲的缺陷等特点,并且成本降低,让农民好用、省钱、省事,促进了社会主义新农村建设。

下面结合实施例对本发明的具体技术方案做进一步说明:
如图所示,这种连续干式户用沼气池,包括有密封的沼气池,所述密封的沼气池由上罐体10和下罐体11构成,上罐体10的顶部设有进料口,上罐体10的侧部设有出气管道14和观察口15,上罐体10顶部的进料口处设有双钟罩加料器17,上罐体10侧部的观察口15处设有盖板16,下罐体11的底部设有手控的螺旋推进器。双钟罩加料器17包括有上封板5和下封板9,其中双钟罩加料器内17设有拉杆2,该拉杆2上部通过锁紧螺母4和6把上封板5固定,该拉杆2下部通过锁紧螺母8与下封板9相连接,双钟罩壳7、锁紧螺母8把下封板9固定,该拉杆1的顶端设有一个横向手柄1,该横向手柄1的另一端与设置在上罐体10上的定位支架3相连接。
手控的螺旋推进器由螺旋推进器12和摇把13组成;上罐体10和下罐体11是装发酵原料的容器;出气管道14负责将产出沼气输出;观察口15用来观察原料发酵程度和搅拌原料用,平时用盖板16封住。
压下手柄1将下封板9封住B密封面,上封板5开启A密封面,将原料加入双钟罩壳7内,原料装到一定量后抬起手柄1,上封板5封住A密封面,下封板开启B密封面,原料装入缸内,完成加料工作。原料发酵好摇动摇把13,螺旋推进器12将发酵好的沼渣排出缸11外,完成卸渣工作。
在发酵过程中定期用观察口15观察发酵程度。不时搅拌原料,使原料充分发酵。

1.一种连续干式户用沼气池,包括有密封的沼气池,其特征在于所述密封的沼气池由上罐体和下罐体构成,上罐体的顶部设有进料口,上罐体的侧部设有出气管道和观察口,上罐体顶部的进料口处设有双钟罩加料器,上罐体侧部的观察口处设有盖板,下罐体的底部设有电控或手控的螺旋推进器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连续干式户用沼气池,其特征在于所述的双钟罩加料器包括有上封板和下封板,其中双钟罩加料器内设有拉杆,该拉杆上部通过锁紧螺母与上封板相连接,该拉杆下部通过锁紧螺母与下封板相连接,该拉杆的顶端设有一个横向手柄,该横向手柄的另一端与设置在上罐体上的定位支架。
