技术领域
本发明涉及一种仿制人体器官的气管模型。
背景技术
在教学、科研等领域,经常进行临床实习、临床检查等工作,但直接在真人实体上进行实习或检查显然越来越难以做到。因此需要制造出仿真的人体模型或器官模型以便教学或科研时使用,仿制品越逼真,其使用效果也越好,而目前所使用的仿真气管模型其使用效果与实体的使用效果相差甚远,因而临床实习和临床检查的效果也很不理想。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:将提供一种使用效果接近实体的用于气管镜检查的气管模型。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:所述的用于气管镜检查的气管模型包括如下组份,各组份的重量份数为:聚氯乙烯糊树脂4~6份,二硫化二苯骈噻唑1.1~1.3份,丁苯胶92~97份,硫醇基苯骈噻唑1.5~1.8份,2-硫醇基苯并咪唑1~3份,对苯二酚二苄醚0.8~1.2份,N-环己基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺1.5~2.3份,N-异丙基-N′-苯基对苯二胺1.2~1.7份,二丁酯8~12份,硅酸8~12份,古马隆3~7份,天然橡胶40~50份。
本发明的优点是:得到的仿真气管模型用于气管镜检查时,镜感及使用效果均接近实体,能达到较佳的教学或科研目的。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
用于气管镜检查的气管模型包括如下组份,各组份的重量份数为:聚氯乙烯糊树脂5份,二硫化二苯骈噻唑1.2份,丁苯胶95份,硫醇基苯骈噻唑1.7份,2-硫醇基苯并咪唑2份,对苯二酚二苄醚1份,N-环己基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺2份,N-异丙基-N′-苯基对苯二胺1.5份,二丁酯10份,硅酸10份,古马隆5份,天然橡胶45份。
其制备方法简述如下:
按照人体仿真器官的制备方法,将上述的材料制备成乳胶,将乳胶喷涂到根据人体气管内径制成的蜡状气管树模具上,再蒸熟硫化,最后脱模得到所需的气管模型。

1.用于气管镜检查的气管模型,其特征在于:包括如下组份,各组份的重量份数为:聚氯乙烯糊树脂4~6份,二硫化二苯骈噻唑1. 1~1. 3份,丁苯胶92~97份,硫醇基苯骈噻唑1. 5~1. 8份,2-硫醇基苯并咪唑1~3份,对苯二酚二苄醚0. 8~1. 2份,N-环己基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺1. 5~2. 3份,N-异丙基-N′-苯基对苯二胺1. 2~1. 7份,二丁酯8~12份,硅酸8~12份,古马隆3~7份,天然橡胶40~50份。
