混凝土防火空心隔墙板条,其特征是隔墙条板中添加耐火填料。它由下列成分组成,耐火水泥、防火填料、粉煤灰、膨胀珍珠岩与陶粒、聚丙烯纤维;它的具体配方为;(重量百分比),耐火水泥15-45%、耐火填料20-30%、粉煤灰12-20%、膨胀珍珠岩与陶粒16-25%、聚丙烯纤维0.05-0.09%。用本发明制作的混凝土防火空心隔墙板条,比重符合轻质墙板要求,密实度高、收缩值低、耐火系数大。

本发明涉及一种建筑装饰材料及其制造方法,特别是一种混凝土防火空心隔墙板条。
技术背景
隔墙板是一种常用的建筑装饰材料,常用的隔墙板一般分为复合式墙板和轻质条板,复合式墙板由两种以上不同材质的材料复合而成,轻质条板是由同一种材料构成,多制成空心状以降低重量,用途较广的GRc墙板即为该类型,目前的防火墙板一般采用复合结构,其生产工艺复杂,成本高,而轻质条板往往由于其组成材料多为普通水泥或其他胶状材料,防火性能相对较差。
发明内容
混凝土防火空心隔墙板条,其特征是具体配方为(重量百分比):耐火水泥15-45%、耐火填料20-30%、粉煤灰12-20%、膨胀珍珠岩与陶粒16-25%、聚炳烯纤维0.05-0.09%。所述的混凝土防火空心隔墙板条,其特征在于:所述耐火水泥采用矾土水泥或铝酸盐水泥;耐火填料采用蛙石、膨胀珍珠岩、高炉矿渣或烧结砖粉。
本发明与现有技术相比,隔墙板中采用耐火水泥和耐火填料,可提高隔墙板的防火性能,且具有更好的经济性,加入的聚丙烯纤维可提高隔墙板的抗折强度,起泡剂与空气混合时使泡沫均匀分布在料浆中,固化后形成的封闭小气孔不但降低隔墙板重量,还能起隔热作用,使隔墙板防火性能更好。

1.混凝土防火空心隔墙板条,其特征是具体配方为(重量百分比):耐火水泥15-45%、耐火填料20-30%、粉煤灰12-20%、膨胀珍珠岩与陶粒16-25%、聚炳烯纤维0.05-0.09%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混凝土防火空心隔墙板条,其特征在于:所述耐火水泥采用矾土水泥或铝酸盐水泥;耐火填料采用蛙石、膨胀珍珠岩、高炉矿渣或烧结砖粉。
