背景技术
胶粘尤其使用于不可焊接的材料制成的部件,诸如增强热固性聚合物材料,例如纤维增强聚合物材料的管道或管道部件,也称为FRP(纤维增强聚合物)。

然而,已经发现,依据NO311272的胶粘接头的一个实施例需要特别注意以确保实现预期质量。所述实施方式或者实施例例示于图2中(对应于NO311272中的图2),包括两个排气孔14,其中一个排气孔靠近腔体内侧,另一个排气孔靠近腔体外侧。这里的内侧指的是最靠近接头,即最靠近公部件9端部的腔体一侧。安装时喷胶枪通过馈送通孔13进入,将胶水注入腔体10中并完全填满腔体,之后进一步注入胶水直至从排气孔14中漏出。已经发现,在安装期间需要特别注意胶水从两个排气孔,特别是内部排气孔大程度地漏出。如果胶水没有很好地充满内部排气孔,在带有这种胶粘接头的管道系统中也有可能会出现流体的泄露。这是因为流体在管道系统的压力下,流体将沿着管道部件9和8之间的接触面流动;如果流体具有足够压力,它将渗透穿过密封件11并到达内部排气孔14或者再进一步前进。在图2中,泄露通道由箭头L示出。注入腔体10的胶水将流动至环状腔周围,两个胶水前锋将在馈送通孔13的沿直径地相对一侧相遇。在流动抵抗力最小的位置上胶水将最容易流动,因此胶水前沿首先将接触环形中心线,或者环状腔具有最大高度因而具有最小胶水抵抗力的位置。沿着腔体边缘在馈送通孔13的直径相对侧形成了没有充满胶水的凹穴。当喷胶枪的压力消失时,胶水将重新分布在所述凹穴周围,导致凹穴尺寸增大,因此可能形成泄露通道。图2的排气孔14因此与所述凹穴融合在一起,形成泄露通道,尤其是最靠近接头增压一侧的排气孔和凹穴。
因此需要一种相对于上述问题足够安全的接头,本发明的目的就是提供这样的一种接头。
发明内容
目前,已经提出了一种以上述提及类型的接头,以及连接接头的方法的新的实施方式或者实施例出现的令人惊讶和有效的解决方案,足以解决上述问题。
本发明提供了一种接头,该接头包括形式为公部件的第一部件和形式为母部件的第二部件,公部件可进入母部件,从而在公部件和母部件相对表面之间形成环状腔,其中沿着部件轴向方向的环状腔被内侧的内限制件和外侧的外限制件限定,从母部件的外表面延伸至腔体设置用于将胶水注入腔体的开口,以及从腔体衍生至母部件外表面设置至少一个馈送通孔,用于向腔体填充胶水时排气和漏出胶水,特征在于在腔体已经充满胶水且胶水已经漏出馈送通孔之后,但在胶水硬化之前在馈送通孔中密闭地设置密封件。
这种密封件优选是塞子。密封件有利地与胶水粘合连接。在一个优选的实施例中,密封件螺接且适配入馈送通孔中互补的螺纹中,通过检测可改善密封效果。开口和馈送通孔优选地沿着圆周在直径的相对两侧设置,以更好地用胶水填满腔体。在一个实施例中,设置了两个或更多个馈送通孔,每一个馈送通孔均有一个密封件,当完成胶粘后密封件还设置在开口中。密封件原则上可以是任意形状的,只要能密闭即可,可以是遮蔽胶带或塞子垫、瓶子、螺钉、销、钉子或其他。密封件优选是能与胶水好粘合的材料制成,例如ABS聚合物或不锈钢制成的螺钉或塞子。
本发明还提供了永久性连接接头的方法,包括通过喷胶枪或类似物经开口注入胶水,直至腔体被胶水填满并且胶水从至少一个馈送通孔中漏出,特征在于在胶水硬化之前向馈送通孔中密闭性地置入密封件。在胶水硬化前,有利地,密闭性地将密封件置入可能的另一个馈送通孔和开口中。更优选地,首先在最靠近接头外侧的馈送通孔中置入密封件,随后在穿过接头外侧的可能的另一个馈送通孔中置入密封件;最后在胶水硬化前在开口中置入密封件,这样将获得最大的密闭效果。
内侧指的是沿着公部件纵轴,最远到达母部件开口的一侧。限制件指的是密封垫或密封件,或者是遮蔽壁的腔体端部。公部件和母部件指的是设计成公部件可以进入母部件中互补形开口的两个部件,它们具有相应差异的尺寸,这样可容易地实现插入。公部件的外径或宽度与母部件的开口之间的尺寸差通常为0.15mm或更大,并且形式为密封垫的限制件可适应于具有较大差异的尺寸。连接到一起的公部件和母部件优选具有圆形横截面,但也不必如此,因为横截面可以为任意形状。
在优选实施例中形成的环状腔在其横截面上是不对称的,因而它对着内侧的高度将大于外侧的。在这里,高度指的是径向地距离公部件纵轴的尺寸,那么,较大的高度将提供较大的腔体和更大的横截面积,以便胶水流入腔体。

限制件优选是密封垫形式,优选O形圈,也可以是具有圆形横截面之外的横截面的加强弹簧垫和密封垫。
公部件优选是FRP管的端部,母部件优选是FRP管接头部件。

具体实施方式
首先参看图1,示出了本发明的接头。该接头包括公部件形式的第一部件1和母部件形式的第二部件2,其中公部件可进入母部件,并在公部件和母部件之间的接触面上形成环状腔3,该环状腔沿着部件的轴向受到位于内侧的内限制件4和位于外侧的外限制件5限位,在母部件外表面至腔体3之间设有开口6,以便胶水注入腔体,从腔体至母部件的外表面之间设有至少一个馈送通孔7,以便当胶水充满腔体时排气和胶水漏出。还示出了在胶水硬化之前馈送通孔7中密封性置入了密封件T,因此密封件可与胶水胶粘在一起。
图2如上所述对应于公开专利NO311272中的图2,除了加入的泄露通道L不存在之外,示出了现有技术和本发明所要解决得问题。
本发明适用于由可用适当胶水进行胶粘的任意材料制成的部件的连接。其中构成公部件和母部件的管道部件和接头部件均是可互换的。

Claims (9)

1.接头,包括形式为公部件的第一部件(1)和形式为母部件的第二部件(2),所述公部件可进入所述母部件并由此在所述公部件和母部件接触面处形成环状腔(3),位于所述部件轴向上的该环状腔受到位于内侧的内限制件(4)和位于外侧的外限制件(5)的限位,设有开口(6),该开口(6)从所述母部件的外表面延伸至所述腔体(3),以便使胶水注入腔体,设有至少一个馈送通孔(7),该至少一个馈送通孔(7)从所述腔体延伸至所述母部件的外表面,以便当用胶水填充腔体时排气和胶水漏出,其特征在于在所述腔体已经填满胶水以及胶水已经漏出所述馈送通孔(7)之后但在胶水硬化之前,向所述馈送通孔(7)中密闭性置入密封件(T)。
2.如权利要求1所述的接头,其特征在于所述密封件(T)是塞子。
3.如权利要求1所述的接头,其特征在于所述密封件(T)与胶水胶粘地固定。
4.如权利要求1所述的接头,其特征在于所述密封件(T)是带有螺纹的,与所述馈送通孔中的互补的螺纹相匹配。
5.如权利要求1所述的接头,其特征在于所述开口(6)和馈送通孔(7)沿着圆周呈直径相对地设置。
6.如权利要求1所述的接头,其特征在于设置了两个或若干个馈送通孔(7),每一个均设置有密闭性的密封件(T),以及在完成胶粘后但在胶水硬化前还将在所述开口(6)中设置密闭性密封件。
7.永久性连接如权利要求1-6任一所述的接头的方法,包括使用喷胶枪或类似物经开口注入胶水,直至腔体(3)充满胶水以及胶水从至少一个馈送通孔(7)漏出,其特征在于在胶水硬化前向所述馈送通孔(7)中密闭性置入密封件(T)。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于在胶水硬化前还在另外的馈送通孔(7)和开口(6)中密闭性置入密封件(T)。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于在胶水硬化前,首先在最接近接头外侧处的馈送通孔(7)中置入密封件(T),然后依次地从接头外侧开始在可能的其他馈送通孔(7)中设置密封件,最后在所述开口(6)中设置密封件。
