技术领域
本发明涉及浴盆填充器喷管,其适于控制流体流出喷管填充浴盆还是可替代地被分流到淋浴器出口。更具体地,本发明涉及紧凑结构的分流器(diverter)喷管,其具有制造、美学和操作上的优点。
背景技术
传统的浴室典型地具有将水供应到浴盆的填充器喷管。在大多数这种设备中,混合控制器远离填充器喷管定位,常常位于壁上。在一些情况下,分流器被直接安装到混合控制器上,以选择将水流到浴盆还是流到淋浴器。在其它情况下,分流器被安装到填充器喷管自身上。本申请涉及第二种形式的分流器。
对于该第二种类型的分流器而言,分流器控制器可与喷管出口相邻放置。这具有一些成本优势,因为分流器将不会影响喷管与房间管路之间的连接,而且出口将可便于组装。不过,对于这种定位存在一些美学上的问题。进一步,这种定位更易于使某些物件或某些人无意中卡在控制该分流器的锁钮上。
将分流器放置为更接近于入口可避免或减小这些问题。不过,这种方法也存在问题。
例如,在美国专利3,387,816中,公开一种接近于浴盆填充器喷管的入口端安装的分流阀。提升式锁钮提供在喷管上,喷管与穿过喷管后顶部的小孔的轴连接。分流器的其它部件通过喷管的后部入口被附接。
所述阀包括密封环,该密封环在被竖直移动为与入口导管对准时沿竖直表面密封。这种设计的问题在于,水压持续地作用在密封件上(而不是进行协助),这对密封件提出更高的要求,并可能导致密封泄漏(并由此导致淋浴水流减少和盆浴用水浪费)。这也可能导致分流器在经历可变流动状况时不时地、意外地向下离开分流位置(例如,某人冲洗卫生间导致入口管线的压力降低)。
在美国专利6,925,662中,公开了使用弹簧来帮助浴盆分流器移动的想法。不过,水压仍然沿侧向作用在提供密封的橡胶环上。
分流器被安装在喷管自身上的现有技术浴盆喷管的其它示例为美国专利3,656,503、6,070,280和6,449,784。
在非相关现有技术中,开发出了依靠球形结构来帮助关闭的各种其它阀。例如参见美国专利1,145,252、3,709,254、5,109,887和5,226,453。
无论如何,希望开发出进一步改进的分流器喷管。
发明内容
按照一个方面,本发明提供一种分流器喷管,用于在两条流动路径之间分配流体流动。所述喷管具有壳体,该壳体限定内部流动通道,在该内部流动通道中具有限制孔口,所述孔口具有入口侧和出口侧。还具有:载架,其能够跨过所述限制孔口地横向移动;联动装置,其在所述载架与一控制器之间,所述控制器用于在需要时使所述载架相对于所述联动装置移动;和可滚动闸门,其被安装在所述载架上。如果所述喷管被联接到流体供应源,且流体被供应到所述喷管,则所述闸门能够沿所述孔口的一侧滚动,以便控制流动在两条流动路径之间的分流。
在优选形式中,所述可滚动闸门能够被致使沿所述孔口的入口侧滚动;所述联动装置可为:杆(例如提升杆),其穿过喷管壳体的上壁;和锁钮,其被安装所述杆的在所述壳体之外的上端;弹性构件可将所述载架偏压向不完全封闭所述孔口的位置。这种结构在以下情况下是特别希望的:分流器喷管是适于在浴盆与淋浴器出口之间分配水流的填充器喷管,其中,当水穿过所述喷管时水流分配到浴盆,当所述可滚动闸门限制通过所述限制孔口的流动时水流分配到淋浴器出口。
在其它优选形式中,所述内部流动通道是轴向通道,在所述轴向通道的入口端处提供有适配环,适于将入口供应管线联接到所述喷管;一轴被安装在所述载架上,并且所述可滚动闸门被安装在所述轴上。所述轴被安装在所述载架的带缝毂结构中,以允许所述轴沿横向于所述载架的移动方向的方向移向或离开所述孔口。
其它改进包括:所述可滚动闸门可由弹性材料制成,例如橡胶;所述孔口的所述入口侧可包括倒角部,所述倒角部形成用于所述可滚动闸门的座;所述壳体可在其出口端包括加气装置(aerator);并且所述可滚动闸门可采用球的形式,所述球具有用于接纳轴的通路。
本发明是非常有利的。本发明提供的外观仅由于控制锁钮而具有最小的美学缺陷。进一步,控制锁钮被向后放置以避免任何物体卡在其上。
密封组件利用水的流动而帮助紧固密封件,并可主要通过喷管后部被容易地组装。总体设计容许低成本制造技术,从而降低了总成本。
又一优点包括:滚动作用与弹簧回位压力相结合,从而为设计减少了在进行分流时粘结的可能性。进一步,毂缝的设计和滚动机构的使用应有助于确保长期使用的可靠性。

具体实施方式
首先参见图1,其中显示出整体由10表示的浴室,浴室10包括:浴盆12,喷管14,以及适于控制到喷管14的流动的壁装混合阀16。淋浴器出口(未示出)可被安装在填充器喷管14上方几英尺处。
水供应管线从混合阀16延伸到在壁后面与喷管14相邻的弯管(未示出)。弯管的一个分支延续到喷管。弯管的另一分支导向淋浴器出口。当通过喷管的流动没被分流器阻断时,重力将水优先供应到喷管14,而没有水流到淋浴器。当喷管14的出口被分流器阻断时,水将沿该仅有的开通路径流动并由此供应到淋浴器。
现在更具体地参见图2-4,喷管14具有:分流阀(整体由17表示)和限定流动通道20的外壳体18。通过流动通道20并由此流出喷管14的流动需要通过限制孔口22,限制孔口22具有入口侧24和出口侧26。还可存在常规的加气装置50,加气装置50被拧入出口处的接纳螺纹(未示出)中。
适配环28通过紧固件32并利用O形环30栓接到孔33,其中O形环30有助于提供更好的密封。适配环然后接纳供应管。
存在与限制孔口22的入口侧24相关联的可竖直移动的载架34。轴36被安装到载架34上,可滚动球形闸门38在轴36上滚动,这有些类似于轮在地面上滚动。
可滚动球形闸门38可如图所示至少部分地为球形,或具有其它曲形。进一步,可滚动球形闸门38优选地包括弹性材料,例如橡胶。
载架34和可滚动球形闸门38能够在关闭位置(图4)与打开位置(图3)之间竖直移位,其中,在关闭位置,闸门38密封并覆盖限制孔口22,在打开位置,限制孔口22的至少一部分没有被闸门38阻断。在关闭位置,流体源(通常为水)提供水力,水力作用在闸门38上以驱动闸门38抵靠入口侧24上的周界倒角部40。
可滚动球形闸门38随着其在关闭位置与打开位置之间线性移位而在轴36上旋转。载架34包括带缝毂42,在带缝毂42中,轴36的相应端横向于载架34的线性上下(关闭和打开)运动而定位。当载架34移到关闭位置时,带缝毂42允许受水压作用的轴36和可滚动球形闸门38朝向入口侧24上的周界倒角部40横向移动,以使闸门38更好地抵靠和密封倒角部40。由于这些结构,使得在入口侧24与球形闸门38之间的摩擦减小,而且与该摩擦相关的磨损也减少。
可通过手动提升锁钮49而使载架移动。锁钮49被联接到杆44,杆44接着在其下端联接到载架上的接收器46。螺栓或其它紧固件47将杆44保持在载架接收器46中。提供有下O形环48以防止通过喷管孔51顶部的泄漏。上O形环主要作为缓冲器而存在。
应注意,载架优选地先于杆44安装。由此,可使各部件扣紧在一起。
对优选实施例的修改和变化对于本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的,这些修改和变化处于本发明的精神和范围内。例如,虽然显示出可手动激活的实施例,不过应认识到,也可使用电动、液压、气动或其它控制系统使杆44移动。在另一示例中,喷管不必须用于住宅浴室。而是,喷管可为用于需要分流能力的其它类型系统(例如,具有旁路选择的工业桶)的填充器。
因此,本发明不仅限于所述的最优选实施例。由此,为了确保本发明的全部保护范围,应参照所附权利要求书。
工业应用性
本发明提供分流器喷管,特别是适于控制浴盆与淋浴器之间的流动的分流器喷管。

Claims (11)

1.一种分流器喷管,用于在两条流动路径之间分配流体流动,所述喷管包括:
壳体,其限定内部流动通道,所述内部流动通道中具有限制孔口,所述孔口具有入口侧和出口侧;
载架,其能够跨过所述限制孔口地横向移动;
联动装置,其在所述载架与一控制器之间,所述控制器用于在需要时使所述载架相对于该联动装置移动;和
可滚动闸门,其被安装在所述载架上;
由此,如果所述喷管被联接到流体供应源且流体被供应到所述喷管,则所述可滚动闸门能够被致使沿所述孔口的一侧滚动,以便控制流动在所述两个流动路径之间的分流;
其中,一轴被安装在所述载架上,并且所述可滚动闸门被可滚动地安装在所述轴上;
其中,所述轴被安装在所述载架的带缝毂结构中,以允许所述轴沿横向于所述载架的移动方向的方向移向或离开所述孔口。
2.如权利要求1所述的分流器喷管,其中,所述可滚动闸门能够被致使沿所述孔口的所述入口侧滚动。
3.如权利要求1所述的分流器喷管,其中,所述联动装置包括:杆,其穿过所述壳体的上壁;和锁钮,其被安装在所述杆的在所述壳体之外的上端。
4.如权利要求3所述的分流器喷管,其中,弹性构件将所述载架偏压向不完全封闭所述孔口的位置。
5.如权利要求1所述的分流器喷管,其中,所述分流器喷管是适于在浴盆与淋浴器出口之间分配水流的填充器喷管,其中,当水穿过所述喷管时水流分配到浴盆,当所述可滚动闸门限制通过所述孔口的流动时水流分配到淋浴器出口。
6.如权利要求1所述的分流器喷管,其中,所述内部流动通道是轴向通道,在所述轴向通道的入口端处提供有适于将入口供应管线联接到所述喷管的适配环。
7.如权利要求1所述的分流器喷管,其中,所述可滚动闸门由弹性材料构成。
8.如权利要求7所述的分流器喷管,其中,所述可滚动闸门由橡胶形成。
9.如权利要求1所述的分流器喷管,其中,所述孔口的所述入口侧包括倒角部,所述倒角部形成用于所述可滚动闸门的座。
10.如权利要求1所述的分流器喷管,其中,所述可滚动闸门采用球的形式,所述球具有用于接纳轴的通路。
11.如权利要求1所述的分流器喷管,其中,所述壳体在其出口端包括加气装置。
