本实用新型涉及一种浴缸出水口切换结构,包括横置的筒状壳体,所述壳体内腔后侧套设有进水室,所述进水室前端下侧设置有与壳体内腔前侧的出水室相连通的出水孔,所述壳体前端设置有与出水室相连的出水口,所述进水室内腔前端部设置有切换阀芯,所述切换阀芯前端设有穿过进水室前端壁上的连接孔并伸入出水室内的延伸部;所述壳体上侧竖直设置有穿过壳体上侧壁的通孔并伸入出水室内的导杆,所述导杆下端与所述延伸部配合连接以实现导杆向上提拉时切换阀芯下摆以封住出水孔,导杆下压时切换阀芯上摆以打开出水孔。该浴缸出水口切换结构新颖,空间小,密封性能好。

本实用新型涉及一种浴缸出水口切换结构。
背景技术
现有的浴缸出水口一般都是沿竖直方向向下出水,水柱直冲,使得产生的水花较大,造成水花四处飞溅。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构新颖的浴缸出水口切换结构。
本实用新型采用以下方案实现:一种浴缸出水口切换结构,包括横置的筒状壳体,所述壳体内腔后侧套设有进水室,所述进水室前端下侧设置有与壳体内腔前侧的出水室相连通的出水孔,所述壳体前端设置有与出水室相连的出水口,所述进水室内腔前端部设置有切换阀芯,所述切换阀芯前端设有穿过进水室前端壁上的连接孔并伸入出水室内的延伸部;所述壳体上侧竖直设置有穿过壳体上侧壁的通孔并伸入出水室内的导杆,所述导杆下端与所述延伸部配合连接以实现导杆向上提拉时切换阀芯下摆以封住出水孔,导杆下压时切换阀芯上摆以打开出水孔。
进一步的,所述导杆上套设有上端固定于壳体内壁下端固定于所述延伸部上的拉伸弹簧以使切换阀芯保持下摆状态。
进一步的,所述延伸部上开设有长孔,所述导杆下端部设置有卡入所述长孔内的缩颈,导杆的上端设置有拉杆头。
进一步的,所述切换阀芯的与所述出水孔相配合的下侧面设置有封水片。
进一步的,所述连接孔内嵌设有与切换阀芯前端部密封配合的第一密封圈。
进一步的,所述进水室外周壁与壳体内壁之间夹设有第二密封圈,进水室内腔后侧套设有尾套,所述尾套通过其外周壁的外螺纹与进水室内周壁的内螺纹旋接相配合,尾套外周壁与进水室内周壁之间夹设有第三密封圈,所述尾套进水端内周壁还设置有与供水管路相配合连接的内螺纹。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:该浴缸出水口切换结构结构新颖,从浴缸的侧面出水,水花不会直冲,水花效果容易调整;同时操控开关所需要的操作空间小,并且密封性能好不存在泄露问题。

具体实施方式
为使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下将通过具体实施例和相关附图,对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
如图1~3所示,一种浴缸出水口切换结构,包括横置的筒状壳体1,所述壳体1内腔后侧套设有进水室2,所述进水室2后端通过螺钉与壳体后端固定连接;所述进水室2前端下侧设置有与壳体1内腔前侧的出水室3相连通的出水孔4,所述壳体1前端设置有与出水室3相连的出水口5,所述进水室2内腔前端部设置有切换阀芯6,所述切换阀芯6前端设有穿过进水室2前端壁上的连接孔7并伸入出水室3内的延伸部8;所述壳体1上侧竖直设置有穿过壳体1上侧壁的通孔并伸入出水室3内的导杆9,所述导杆9下端与所述延伸部8配合连接以实现导杆9向上提拉时切换阀芯6下摆以封住出水孔4,导杆9下压时切换阀芯6上摆以打开出水孔4。通过导杆9利用杠杆原理带动切换阀芯6摆动,因此导杆9只需要进行小行程的运动即能实现出水孔4的开关,在小空间内也能进行操作,对操作空间的要求较小。
在本实施例中,所述导杆9上套设有上端固定于壳体1内壁下端固定于所述延伸部8上的拉伸弹簧10以使切换阀芯6保持下摆状态以封住出水孔4;需要打开出水孔4时,下压导杆9,克服拉绳弹簧10做功,使切换阀芯6上摆以打开出水孔4。
在本实施例中,所述延伸部8上开设有长孔11,所述导杆9下端部设置有卡入所述长孔11内的缩颈12以实现导杆9与延伸部8的连接,使得延伸部8能够随导杆9上下运动,导杆9的上端设置有拉杆头13,拉杆头13通过内螺纹旋接固定在导杆9上,以方便用手操控导杆9。
在本实施例中,所述切换阀芯6的与所述出水孔4相配合的下侧面设置有封水片14,所述封水片14为包胶封水片,以增加出水孔关闭时切换阀芯6与出水孔4之间的密封性,同时,所述切换阀芯6内部开设有型腔,该型腔后端与进水室相通,切换阀芯6下摆封住出水孔4时,进水室内的水由于存在压力能够对切换阀芯6产生下压的力以产生密封作用,排出泄露问题。
在本实施例中,所述连接孔7内嵌设有与切换阀芯6前端部密封配合的第一密封圈15。
在本实施例中,所述进水室2外周壁与壳体1内壁之间夹设有第二密封圈16,进水室2内腔后侧套设有尾套17,所述尾套17通过其外周壁的外螺纹与进水室2内周壁的内螺纹旋接相配合,尾套17外周壁与进水室2内周壁之间夹设有第三密封圈18,所述尾套17进水端内周壁还设置有与供水管路相配合连接的内螺纹,通过增加尾套17并通过尾套17与供水管路对接,可方便后期维护和更换,降低维护成本,同时也降低了该浴缸出水口切换结构的加工难度。

Claims (6)

1.一种浴缸出水口切换结构,其特征在于:包括横置的筒状壳体,所述壳体内腔后侧套设有进水室,所述进水室前端下侧设置有与壳体内腔前侧的出水室相连通的出水孔,所述壳体前端设置有与出水室相连的出水口,所述进水室内腔前端部设置有切换阀芯,所述切换阀芯前端设有穿过进水室前端壁上的连接孔并伸入出水室内的延伸部;所述壳体上侧竖直设置有穿过壳体上侧壁的通孔并伸入出水室内的导杆,所述导杆下端与所述延伸部配合连接以实现导杆向上提拉时切换阀芯下摆以封住出水孔,导杆下压时切换阀芯上摆以打开出水孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浴缸出水口切换结构,其特征在于: 所述导杆上套设有上端固定于壳体内壁下端固定于所述延伸部上的拉伸弹簧以使切换阀芯保持下摆状态。
3.根据权利要求2所述的浴缸出水口切换结构,其特征在于:所述延伸部上开设有长孔,所述导杆下端部设置有卡入所述长孔内的缩颈,导杆的上端设置有拉杆头。
4.根据权利要求1所述的浴缸出水口切换结构,其特征在于:所述切换阀芯的与所述出水孔相配合的下侧面设置有封水片。
5.根据权利要求1所述的浴缸出水口切换结构,其特征在于:所述连接孔内嵌设有与切换阀芯前端部密封配合的第一密封圈。
6.根据权利要求1所述的浴缸出水口切换结构,其特征在于:所述进水室外周壁与壳体内壁之间夹设有第二密封圈,进水室内腔后侧套设有尾套,所述尾套通过其外周壁的外螺纹与进水室内周壁的内螺纹旋接相配合,尾套外周壁与进水室内周壁之间夹设有第三密封圈,所述尾套进水端内周壁还设置有与供水管路相配合连接的内螺纹。
