Abstract

本发明公开了一种锰酸钾生产工艺中制取锰酸钾的加热系统。目前生产锰酸钾大多为平炉焙烧法,其有热量利用率低,且烟道气也没有加以利用之不足,本发明的加热系统主要由主灶、副灶、碱料预热桶、锰粉预热桶和加热夹套组成,利用主灶的烟道气对主反应塔和副反应塔及参与反应的压缩空气加热,利用副灶的烟道气对碱料预热桶和锰粉预热桶中的物料进行预热,同时主灶和副灶对预热的物料进一步加热,使其达到反应所需的温度,采用本发明的加热系统,可以提高热量利用率和锰酸钾反应塔的效率,同时降低了煤的用量,达到节能减排和降低生产成本的效果。

一种锰酸钾生产工艺的加热系统
技术领域
本发明涉及锰酸钾的生产,更详细地说是关于锰酸钾生产工艺中的加热系统。
背景技术
目前锰酸钾生产工艺一般采用平炉焙烧法制取锰酸钾,也有采用转炉焙烧法制取锰酸钾的,在生产过程中其有锰粉灰尘大、噪音严重、操作环境恶劣、锰转化率低、生产成本高、工人劳动强度大等不足之处。由于它是利用煤燃烧直接焙烧,所以其加热系统有热量利用率低、煤耗高、烟尘危害大,不仅造成环境污染,而且还造成热量的浪费。
本发明者们针对以上不足,经长期锐意研究,发现利用除尘后温度约为500℃,流速约为9000m3/s的烟道气,可以对气动流化反应塔进行加热保温,并对原料进行预热,既利用了烟道气的热量,又提高了热量利用率,还降低了生产成本,至此完成了本发明。
发明目的
本发明的目的是解决锰酸钾生产工艺过程中热量利用率低、污染大、生产成本高等不足。
本发明的第二个目的是利用烟道气对原料和反应用的压缩空气进行预热,减少煤的用量,达到节能减排的效果。
本发明的第三个目的是利用烟道气对气动流化反应塔进行加热保温,进而提高气动流化反应塔的反应效率,达到增产降低生产成本的目的。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是这样实现的:
一种锰酸钾生产工艺的加热系统,由主灶、副灶、除尘装置、加热夹套、原料预热器、烟道气进口、烟道气出口等组成,其特征在于主灶产生的烟道气除尘后,通过管道连接主灶和主气动流化反应塔夹套,对气动流化塔进行加热和保温,并对副反应塔和参与反应的压缩空气进行加热和保温;副灶产生的烟道气除尘后,通过管道对碱料预热桶和锰粉预热桶的夹套进行预加热和保温。
本发明的锰酸钾生产工艺的加热系统,其中所述的主灶主要由往复炉和内部装有搅拌器的主锅及烟道气出口所组成;其中所述的副灶亦主要由往复炉和内部装搅拌器的副锅及烟道气出口所组成。
在本发明的锰酸钾生产工艺的加热系统,其中生产所使用的碱料预热桶和锰粉预热桶其外层加热夹套互相串联联结,其内部装有搅拌器。
本发明由于采用了烟道气对反应物料的碱料和锰粉预热,再加热,提高了反应物料的加热速度和热量的利用率,相应也提高了主气动流化反应塔的反应效率;由于用烟道气对反应物料的碱料和锰粉及反应压缩空气的预热,减少了反应物料在主锅和副锅中所需的热量,减少了煤的用量,达到了节能减排的目的,并且降低了生产成本,因此可广泛的使用于锰酸钾的生产工艺过程中。

下面结合附图1,通过实施例对本发明予以进一步的说明。
实施例1:
主灶(11)的往复炉(12)燃烧产生的烟道气,经除尘器(33)除尘后由烟道气出口(13)通过管道和主气动流化反应塔烟道气进口(3)相连,其主灶(11)产生的烟道气供给主气动流化反应塔中和副安全反应塔物料反应所需的热量并对反应压缩空气进行加热和保温;副灶(16)的往复炉(17)燃烧产生的烟道气,经除尘器(34)除尘后,由烟道气出口(20)通过管道和碱料预热桶(27)的烟道气进口(21)相连,其中两个碱料预热桶(27)和两个锰粉预热桶(28)的烟道气加热夹层互相串联,最后一个锰粉预热桶(28)的烟道气出气口(31)和引风机(32)相连,锰粉预热桶(28)中预热的锰粉由泵抽入到气动流化反应塔的锰粉进口(6)中;两个碱料预热桶(27)中预热的碱料由泵送入到副灶(16)中的副锅2(19)中预热,然后泵入到副锅1(18)中预热;在副锅1(18)中预热到一定温度的碱料由泵送入到主锅1(14)中加热,然后流入到主锅2(15)中加热,当碱料加热到气动流化反应塔中所需温度时,由反应物料碱液进口(5)进入到气动流化反应塔中和锰粉在一定的条件下进行反应,以制取锰酸钾。

Claims (3)

1.一种锰酸钾生产工艺的加热系统,由主灶、副灶、除尘装置、加热夹套、原料预热器、烟道气进口和出口等组成,其特征在于主灶产生的烟道气除尘后,通过管道连接主灶和主反应塔夹套,对主反应塔进行加热和保温,并对副反应塔和参与反应的压缩空气进行加热和保温;副灶产生的烟道气除尘后,通过管道对碱料预热桶和锰粉预热桶的夹套进行预加热和保温。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锰酸钾生产工艺的加热系统,其中所述的主灶和副灶主要由往复炉和内部装有搅拌器的主锅、副锅及烟道气出口所组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锰酸钾生产工艺的加热系统,其中所述的碱料预热桶和锰粉预热桶其外层加热夹套互相串联联接,其内部装有搅拌器。
