Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种在制造橡胶产品例如轮胎的模具中用于排气孔的阻隔元件。更具体地,本发明涉及一种配置有一个或多个这种阻隔元件的模具。
背景技术
通常有两种类型的模具用于橡胶制品例如轮胎的生产中。第一种类型的模具是无孔型的,在这种模具中气体通过模具表面的裂纹排出。第二种类型的模具是排气型的,这种模具包括多个排气孔,在其中插入销或其它装置以阻隔在模具排气时橡胶的流动。阻隔装置允许空气和模具气体排出,同时阻止橡胶的流动。在没有阻隔装置的情况下,微少流出物和橡胶芽(rubber shoots)形成在制品表面上,造成凹凸不平的外观。现有技术的阻隔装置可以阻止橡胶芽的形成,但是可能会在轮胎表面上留下标记。因而期望有一种改进的阻隔装置,所述阻隔装置允许在不形成橡胶芽且不在轮胎上形成标记的条件下排出气体。
发明内容
第一方面,本发明提供一种供在用于制造橡胶产品的模具排气孔中使用的模具阻隔元件,所述模具阻隔元件包括:具有第一端部和第二端部的管状中空体,其中第一端部具有盖,所述盖具有大于管状体直径的外部尺寸,其中所述盖具有至少一个形成开口的底切部,其中所述开口设置在邻近模具表面处。
第二方面,本发明提供一种供在用于制造橡胶产品的模具排气孔中使用的模具阻隔元件,所述模具阻隔元件包括:具有第一端部和第二端部的管状中空体,其中第一端部具有盖,所述盖具有大于管状体直径的外部尺寸,其中所述盖具有至少一个形成开口的底切部,其中所述开口设置在邻近模具表面处。
一种供在用于制造橡胶产品的模具排气孔中使用的模具阻隔元件,所述模具阻隔元件的特征在于:具有第一端部和第二端部的管状中空体,其中第一端部具有盖,所述盖具有大于管状体直径的外部尺寸,其中所述盖具有至少一个形成开口的底切部,其中所述开口设置在邻近模具表面处。所述模具阻隔件的特征在于,所述盖的外表面没有孔,为实心体,并且具有非圆形的横截面形状。

具体实施方式
图1示出了本发明的阻隔元件10。该阻隔元件10包括中空纵向体20,所述中空纵向体具有带盖30的第一端部12,所述盖借助于突出部14连接于第一端部上。中心体20优选为从第一端部12向第二端部16呈锥形。中心体20进一步包括可选择的倒钩9,倒钩自中空体呈翼状延伸,并起到在排气孔中紧固阻隔装置以防止其在脱模期间脱出的作用。
如图2和图3所示,中心体20可以由两个被纵向开口3,4分开的半体20a,20b形成。在装置插入排气孔中期间,这些开口在径向方向上为中心体提供自由活动性。当阻隔装置插入模具排气孔后,这些开口关闭。
阻隔元件10优选由薄的金属板材形成,且可以通过压印或者冲压金属形成,然后弯曲金属形成预期的外形。阻隔元件的外径可以是任何期望的尺寸,但一般范围为自约2mm至约5mm。
盖30优选由薄板形成,盖的外围轮廓为椭圆形或非圆形。板32的外表面优选为平面,而板32的内表面33具有多个开口,例如多条通道40,如图4所示。通道或者开口40在外形上可以为矩形,通道深度在约0.03mm至约0.07mm范围内,或为板厚度的25%至50%。板厚度优选为约0.07mm至约0.20mm厚,更优选为约0.15mm厚。板32的外表面没有狭缝开口。切口42允许突出部14弯曲90度。
图7示出了插入模具孔B中的阻隔装置10侧视图,其中盖30不与外部模具表面M齐平。盖30的外表面32略微伸出到模具内表面M之上从而使通道40开放以排出任何截留的模具气体。外盖的椭圆形或者非圆形形状防止了阻隔装置插入模具孔之内太深。如图8所示,截留的模具气体必须沿盖30的侧面37向下移行90度,然后再弯曲90度进入通道40之内。两次弯曲的流动路径相当于迷宫密封以便阻隔橡胶流过盖。
根据本文提供的说明书可知本发明的变型也是可以的。尽管为了说明本发明的目的,在此说明了某些代表性的实施方案和细节,但是对于本领域的技术人员而言,很显然可以对本发明进行多种改变和变型,这并不偏离本发明的范围。由此可以理解:对所述具体实施方案所进行的改变将落入由所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种供在用于制造橡胶产品的模具排气孔中使用的模具阻隔元件,所述模具阻隔元件的特征在于,具有第一端部和第二端部的管状中空体,其中第一端部具有盖,所述盖具有大于管状体直径的外部尺寸,其中所述盖的内表面具有至少一个形成通道的底切部,其中所述通道设置在邻近模具表面处,且所述盖的外表面没有孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的模具阻隔元件,其特征在于,所述通道具有在0.03mm至0.07mm范围内的最小尺寸。
3.如权利要求1所述的模具阻隔元件,其特征在于,外部盖表面不与所述模具表面齐平。
4.如权利要求1所述的模具阻隔元件,其特征在于,所述通道为具有矩形横截面的通道。
5.如权利要求1所述的模具阻隔元件,其特征在于,所述管状体的直径在2mm到5mm范围内。
6.如权利要求1所述的模具阻隔元件,其特征在于,所述盖的外表面为实心体。
7.如权利要求1所述的模具阻隔元件,其特征在于,所述盖具有非圆形的横截面形状。
