本发明是一种除虫菊叶的适时采收加工方法。当除虫菊有花蕾打苞时,进行除虫菊叶的采收;用手或剪刀把成熟的叶子采摘或剪下,选择叶子长5~25厘米的进行采摘;除虫菊叶子采收后,及时在清洁地面上晾晒或烘干,使其水分低于10%以下;除虫菊叶子干燥后粉碎至20-60目,采用二氧化碳超临界萃取,或溶剂萃取,或超声皮溶剂萃取,或亚临界萃取,可获得除虫菊素。本发明结束了除虫菊叶废弃的历史,使获得除虫菊素的原料更多更加丰富,把成熟的叶子采收后不但不会影响花的除虫菊素含量,还会增加除虫菊花朵数量。充分利用了自然资源,使除虫菊素的生产成本大大降低。

除虫菊叶的适时采收加工及应用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及除虫菊叶的适时采收加工及应用方法。
背景技术
除虫菊属菊科多年生草本植物,其花中含有较高的杀虫活性成分除虫菊素。以往的研究文献都认为,除虫菊素是分布在腺体里,认为除虫菊素只有花里才有。因此,一百多年以来,人们只是采花应用。除虫菊的叶子基本不用,造成一定的资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种除虫菊叶的适时采收加工及应用方法。
本发明经过多年的研究发现,除虫菊素是分布在其细胞里,整个植株都含有除虫菊素。其中,花和叶子的含量较高,有萃取应用的价值。叶中除虫菊素的生物合成发生在叶发育的早期,即在没有花蕾时的叶子除虫菊素的含量较高。而且,叶子的产量较花高,可在一年中多次采收。这样,可大大增加种植户的收入,还可降低除虫菊素的生产成本。这是最理想植物源农药的好原料。
本发明的技术方案是:
1、除虫菊叶子的采收时机:采摘除虫菊叶子的最佳时机是有花蕾打苞时,此时进行除虫菊叶的采收;
2、采收叶子的方法:用手或剪刀把成熟的叶子采摘或剪下,叶子长至5~25厘米时为最好。只收叶而不收花,把成熟的叶子采收后不但不会影响花的除虫菊素,还会增加除虫菊花朵的数量。
3、除虫菊叶的加工:除虫菊叶子采收后,及时在清洁地面上晾晒或烘干,使其水分低于10%以下;
4、粉碎萃取:除虫菊叶子干燥后粉碎至20-60目,采用与除虫菊干花同样的萃取分离方法,就可获得除虫菊素。如二氧化碳超临界萃取,溶剂萃取,超声皮溶剂萃取,亚临界萃取等方法。
5、萃取分离后的除虫菊素用来配制各种剂型的杀虫剂,如:乳油,微乳剂,水乳剂,气雾剂,诱杀剂。
除虫菊叶子干燥后,也可粉碎至80目以上,用于蚊香的生产。
本发明通过长期的研究实验确定除虫菊叶子中含有大量的除虫菊素,并且还确定了除虫菊叶子中除虫菊素含量的最佳时期是有花蕾打苞时,此时的除虫菊素含量较菊花开放70%时叶子里的含量高6~8倍,以此时是采收叶子是最佳时期(叶子长至5-25厘米时)。实验情况如下:

本发明结束了除虫菊叶废弃的历史,使获得除虫菊素的原料更多更加丰富,把成熟的叶子采收后不但不会影响花的除虫菊素含量,还会增加除虫菊花朵数量。充分利用了自然资源,使除虫菊素的生产成本大大降低,同时也将降低相关除虫菊素产品杀虫剂,如:乳油,微乳剂,水乳剂,气雾剂,诱杀剂等的生产成本。
具体实施方式
实施例:
1、除虫菊叶子的采收时机的选择:当除虫菊有花蕾打苞时,进行除虫菊叶子的采收;
2、采收叶子的方法:用手或剪刀把成熟的叶子采摘或剪下,最好选择除虫菊叶子长5-25厘米的叶子进行采摘。若大规模种植,还可用机械收割,只收叶不收花。
3、除虫菊叶的加工:除虫菊叶子采收后,及时在清洁地面上晾晒或烘干,使其水分低于10%以下;
4、粉碎萃取:除虫菊叶子干燥后粉碎至20-60目,采用与除虫菊干花同样的萃取分离方法,就可获得除虫菊素。如二氧化碳超临界萃取,溶剂萃取,超声皮溶剂萃取,亚临界萃取等方法。
5、将萃取分离后的除虫菊素用来配制各种剂型的杀虫剂,如:乳油,微乳剂,水乳剂,气雾剂,诱杀剂。

Claims (3)

1.一种除虫菊叶的适时采收加工方法,其特征在于按以下进行:
1)除虫菊叶子的采收时机:当除虫菊有花蕾打苞时,进行除虫菊叶的采收;
2)采收叶子的方法:用手或剪刀把成熟的叶子采摘或剪下,选择叶子长5~25厘米的进行采摘;
3)除虫菊叶的加工:除虫菊叶子采收后,及时在清洁地面上晾晒或烘干,使其水分低于10%以下;
4)粉碎萃取:除虫菊叶子干燥后粉碎至20-60目,采用二氧化碳超临界萃取,或溶剂萃取,或超声皮溶剂萃取,或亚临界萃取,可获得除虫菊素。
2.用权利要求1所述的除虫菊叶的适时采收加工方法获得的除虫菊素用来配制各种剂型的杀虫剂-乳油、微乳剂、水乳剂、气雾剂、诱杀剂。
3.权利要求1所述的除虫菊叶的适时采收加工方法,其特征在于步骤3)中除虫菊叶子干燥后,可粉碎至80目以上,用于蚊香的生产。
