Abstract
本发明涉及一种防冻保温消防液罐，在消防液罐罐体的外壁贴合一层骨架，骨架的内部填充有硬质泡沫聚氨酯保温层，骨架的外壁粘接有铝板或钢板保护层；在液罐罐体的内壁以串联或并联的形式铺设若干组蛇形金属散热管，所述金属散热管两端分别与设置在液罐罐体外部的燃油加热器的出水口和回水口相连通，所述燃油加热器内设有水泵；在液罐罐体内部装有一套搅拌器。本发明的有益效果为：保温层与罐体完全贴合，最大限度地隔绝了消防液罐同外界的热交换，对罐内消防液起到保温作用，而燃油加热器上的水泵驱动散热管内的热水循环流动，起到给液罐内消防液快速加热的目的，搅拌器工作使罐内的水一直处在流动状态，极大地减小罐内水结冰的可能性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防冻保温消防液罐。
背景技术
在寒冷地区，冬季室外温度很低时常在零下-10℃～-20℃，有时甚至到零下-30℃～-40℃，这样的气候环境给当地消防车辆，特别是水罐泡沫消防车完成长时间野外执勤任务或长时间野外灭火任务带来了相当大的困难。常常出现消防液罐内的消防液水结冰，或者在灭火中消防水泵冻裂、水泵系统阀门冻结无法开关，水带接口处结冰无法接水带等等情况，导致消防工作人员不能正常工作，给消防任务的顺利完成造成无法克服的困难，给国家和人民的生命财产安全造成巨大的损失，2007年我国“新疆12.1”火灾就是一个明显的例子。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防冻保温消防液罐，以克服现有的消防液罐内消防水结冰，消防水泵冻裂、水泵系统阀门冻结无法开关的不足。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种防冻保温消防液罐，在消防液罐罐体的外壁贴合一层骨架，骨架的内部填充有硬质泡沫聚氨酯保温层，骨架的外壁粘接有铝板或钢板保护层；在液罐罐体的内壁以串联或并联的形式铺设若干组蛇形金属散热管，金属散热管组两端分别与设置在液罐罐体外部的燃油加热器的出水口和回水口相连通，燃油加热器内设有水泵，当燃油加热器工作时，燃油加热器上的水泵驱动散热管内的热水循环流动；在液罐罐体内部装有一套搅拌器，搅拌器的工作可使罐内的水一直处在流动状态。

具体实施例
本发明实施例所述的一种防冻保温消防液罐，在消防液罐罐体的外壁贴合一层骨架，骨架的内部填充有硬质泡沫聚氨酯保温层1，骨架的外部粘接有铝板或钢板保护层2；液罐罐体的内壁以串联或并联的形式铺设若干组蛇形金属散热管3，金属散热管3组两端分别与设置在液罐罐体外部适当位置的燃油加热器4的出水口和回水口相连通，所述燃油加热器4可采用温控、遥控或线控方式工作，当燃油加热器4工作时，燃油加热器4上的水泵驱动散热管内的热水循环流动，从而起到给液罐内消防液快速加热的目的；在液罐罐体内装有一套搅拌器5，搅拌器的工作使罐内的水一直处在流动状态，极大地减小罐内水结冰的可能性。

1.一种防冻保温消防液罐，其特征在于：在消防液罐罐体的外壁贴合一层骨架，骨架的内部填充有硬质泡沫聚氨酯保温层，骨架的外壁粘接有铝板或钢板保护层；在液罐罐体的内壁以串联或并联的形式铺设若干组蛇形金属散热管，所述金属散热管两端分别与设置在液罐罐体外部的燃油加热器的出水口和回水口相连通，所述燃油加热器内设有水泵；在液罐罐体内部装有一套搅拌器。
