一种马铃薯块茎蛾引诱剂
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种马铃薯块茎蛾(Phthor imaea operculellaZeller)引诱剂,属害虫防治领域。
背景技术
马铃薯块茎蛾原产于中美洲和南美洲的北部地区,现已广泛分布于我国的四川、云南、贵州、广东、广西、湖南、湖北、江西、安徽、甘肃、陕西及台湾等省(区),主要危害马铃薯、茄子、烟草等作物。在田间可使产量减少20%-30%,储藏4个月左右的马铃薯受害率可达100%,曾是马铃薯调运中的检疫害虫。
马铃薯块茎蛾繁殖能力很强,在田间及薯块的储藏期都能繁殖,据报到一对雌雄成虫到了第四代的时候可产生6×107个后代,具有分布广,食性杂,世代多,危害重的特点。马铃薯块茎蛾并无严格的滞育现象,只要温湿度适宜,又有适宜的食料,冬季仍能正常生长发育。
马铃薯块茎蛾幼虫主要为害马铃薯、烟草、番茄等寄主植物的叶片及马铃薯块茎。在烟草苗期,一般植株的顶芽受害较为严重,往往会引起全株枯死。幼虫蛀食自叶被近主脉处蛀入叶片,蛀食叶肉,叶肉被食尽而仅留上下表皮,呈半透明状。幼虫也可自叶片边缘处蛀入,使叶缘皱缩干枯,或为害顶芽,使顶芽枯萎,受害烟叶经调制后潜痕呈黑褐色,造成叶片杂色及破裂,降低商品质量。幼虫蛀食薯块时,多自芽眼或破伤处蛀入,随蛀随吐丝封闭蛀孔,并不断向蛀孔外排出粪便,受害薯块内,可形成许多弯曲隧道,受害严重的薯块外形皱缩,内部腐烂,失去食用或种用价值。
由于成虫习惯将卵产在块茎的芽眼处,孵化出的幼虫钻蛀到块茎内部进行危害,且成虫具有迁飞性,化学防治效果不理想,而且马铃薯块茎蛾对许多化学农药已经产生了较高抗性水平,因此控制马铃薯块茎蛾有效措施应该是调控其产卵行为。在众多取代化学防治方法中,随着人类对环保及非靶标生物安全的重视,发展高效低毒的植物源药剂也越来越受到关注,其中,植物源产品次生物质因其对害虫的有效性和独特的作用方式,以及补充自然天敌的作用效能而成为害虫防治策略中的重要措施之一。而且,通过植物次生代谢物质调控害虫的产卵行为在害虫防治中发挥着重要作用,符合有害生物综合防治的策略。
经文献检索,未见与本发明相同的公开报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服了现有技术之不足,而提供一种高效、安全、低成本、持效性好的马铃薯块茎蛾引诱剂。
本发明所述的马铃薯块茎蛾引诱剂是将庚醛、吐温和水按一定比例配制成,其组份及质量百分比为:庚醛0.0375%~0.149%、吐温0.0075%~0.0298%、水99.821%~99.955%。
本发明所述庚醛(99%)购自北京百灵威化学技术有限公司。乙醇(99.7%)购于天津市风船化学试剂科技有限公司。吐温-80购于云南生物工程公司。所述水为天然水或自来水。
本发明具有马铃薯块茎蛾防治效果显著,成本低,能延缓马铃薯块茎蛾抗性的产生,对环境及生物较安全的优点。
具体实施方式
马铃薯块茎蛾引诱剂是将庚醛、吐温和水按一定比例配制成,其组份及质量百分比分别为:庚醛0.0375%、0.0749%、0.149%、吐温0.0075%、0.0198%、0.0298%、水99.8212%、99.9053%、99.955%。分别以含等量溶剂的溶液作其对照。
将新鲜的干净马铃薯块浸入到配制好的引诱剂中作处理,将等量的大小及芽眼数近似的马铃薯块浸入含等量溶剂的水溶液中作对照。待马铃薯自然晾干后(0.5h,下同)置于圆形塑料盆中(Φ=45.0cm,h=15.0cm,下同),处理与对照以盆心为中轴对称放置,以40目尼龙纱布封口。往盆中接入当天羽化的成虫20头(雌∶雄=1∶1),以10%蜂蜜水为其提供营养,将盆置于养虫室内,3d后统计处理及对照上的落卵量。重复4次。
利用上述方法,分别测定不同浓度的庚醛溶液分别对马铃薯块茎蛾在块茎上产卵的影响(见表1)。
由表1可知,3个浓度庚醛处理块茎后,处理上的落卵量均高于对照上的落卵量,并达到显著差异水平,并在0.0375%的浓度时达极到显著差异,说明0.0375-0149%的庚醛溶液对马铃薯块茎蛾选择性产卵有显著的促进效果。
