Abstract

一种机箱,其包括第一机体、第二机体及开启组件,第一机体上设有卡钩,第二机体上开设有与卡钩相扣合的卡槽,所述开启组件包括设置于卡槽内的滑块,所述滑块上交替设有若干凸部和若干避让槽,所述凸部、所述避让槽、及所述卡钩的数量相对应,所述凸部设有所述倾斜抵持面,所述避让槽用于避让所述卡钩,所述开启组件还包括开启按钮,且所述开启按钮与所述滑块相连,该滑块沿着卡槽滑动可使卡钩的卡扣部沿着倾斜抵持面滑动,以将卡钩撑离卡槽。上述机箱具有易于开启的优点。

Description

机箱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机箱,尤其涉及一种电子装置的机箱。
背景技术
电子装置通常包括机箱及设于该机箱内的电子元件,机箱包括盖板及主壳体。该主壳体用于安装电子器件,如主板、硬盘、电源等。业界通常采用螺丝锁固的方式将盖板固定在主壳体上。然而,采用螺丝将盖板锁固于主壳体上的方式在安装或拆卸时需要用螺丝起子将螺丝逐个拧上或拧下,操作较繁琐。
针对上述问题,有些电子装置的机箱采用卡扣的方式来固定盖板,其在主壳体上开设有卡槽,再在盖板上设有与主壳体上的卡槽相对应的卡钩,通过盖板上的卡钩与主壳体上的卡槽相配合将盖板固定在主壳体上。但是,开启上述采用卡扣方式连接的机箱时,需要用较大的力抵推盖体,以使卡钩从卡槽中脱出,所以该种机箱开启较为不便,且盖体上的卡钩容易在脱出的过程中发生断裂。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种易于开启的机箱。
一种机箱,其包括第一机体、第二机体及开启组件,第一机体上设有卡钩,第二机体上开设有与卡钩相扣合的卡槽,所述开启组件包括设置于卡槽内的滑块,所述滑块上交替设有若干凸部和若干避让槽,所述凸部、所述避让槽、及所述卡钩的数量相对应,所述凸部设有所述倾斜抵持面,所述避让槽用于避让所述卡钩,所述开启组件还包括开启按钮,且所述开启按钮与所述滑块相连,该滑块沿着卡槽滑动可使卡钩沿着倾斜抵持面滑动,以将卡钩撑离卡槽。
上述机箱在开启时,可先通过滑块上的倾斜抵持面将卡钩的卡扣部从卡槽内挤出,然后只需施加较小的作用力于第一机体上,就可开启机箱,所以该机箱易于开启。

具体实施方式
本发明的机箱可以用于电脑、DVD(Digital Video Disc,数字视频光盘)播放器等电子装置上。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例的机箱100包括第一机体10、开启组件20和第二机体30,开启组件20安装于第二机体30上。本实施例中,第一机体10为盖板,第二机体30为主壳体。
请同时参阅图2,第一机体10的底面上设有卡钩11和卡块13,卡钩11上设有卡扣部111。本实施例中,第一机体10为矩形板状,其三条侧边附近分别形成有若干卡钩11,另外一条侧边处向外延伸有卡块13。
请同时参阅图3,开启组件20包括两个第一滑块21、两个第二滑块22、一个第一限位块23、两个第二限位块24、两个导向块25、两个挂接件26、三根牵引线27、一个开启按钮28和两个弹性件29。第一滑块21包括基板211。基板211上交替设有若干凸部213和若干避让槽215。凸部213具有倾斜抵持面217,避让槽215用于避让第一机体10上的卡钩11。本实施例中,基板211的两端还设有锁合孔219。第二滑块22的结构与第一滑块21的结构相似,其不同处在于第二滑块22的一端设有用于挂接弹性件29的挂接圆柱221而非锁合孔。第一限位块23包括连接部231及分别连接于连接部231两端的两个基部233。连接部231与两个基部233共同形成有用于装入开启按钮28的容纳凹槽235。第二限位块24用于支撑第二滑块22,其包括基体241和分别连接于基体241两端的两个弯折部243,基体241和两个弯折部243间形成凹腔245。凹腔245用于避让第二滑块22,以防止第二滑块22在滑动的过程中受阻于第二限位块24。导向块25为“L”形块,其上设有导向槽251,导向槽251用于容纳并导向牵引线27,。挂接件26的形状与第二限位块24的形状相似,其不同在于挂接件26的基体261上凸设有挂接圆柱262。牵引线27的两端设有定位柱271,为使牵引线27在导向块25上的导向槽251内可顺畅地滑动,牵引线27的径向宽度应小于导向槽251的深度。定位柱271用于与两个第一滑块21上的锁合孔219及两个第二滑块22上的锁合孔223相配合。为保证牵引线27具有较好的强度且体积较小,本实施例中,牵引线27为钢丝。开启按钮28两端分别设有导向槽281和挂肩283。弹性件29为弹簧,其两端分别挂接于第二滑块22上的挂接圆柱221和挂接件36上的挂接圆柱262。
请同时参阅图4,第二机体30大致为中空长方体状,其包括第一侧壁31、两个与第一侧壁31相邻的第二侧壁33及一个与第一侧壁31相对的第三侧壁35。第一侧壁31上开设有第一安装槽311。第一安装槽311内形成有两两相对的四个导向部313,相对的导向部313间形成有第一卡槽3131。第一安装槽311用于装入第一限位块23,两个第一卡槽3131分别用于装入两个第一滑块21。两个第二侧壁33上分别开设有用于装入第二滑块22的第二卡槽331。第一侧壁31上与第二侧壁33上靠近两者相连处开设有相通且用于装入导向块25的第二安装槽37。第三侧壁35上靠近顶端处开设有收容槽351(如图6所示)。第一卡槽3131及第二卡槽331用于与第一机体10上的卡钩10的卡扣部11相配合,收容槽351用于与第一机体10上的卡块13相扣合。第二机体30的底壁上邻近第一侧壁31处开设有安装孔(图未示)。安装孔的边缘延伸形成有阻挡件39。
请同时参阅图5及图6,组装机箱100时,先安装开启组件20,分别将两个第一滑块21的一端通过一根牵引线27相连,再分别将两个第一滑块21的另一端通过另两根牵引线27分别与两个第二滑块22相连,接着将两个第一滑块21分别设于第一侧壁31的两个第一卡槽3131内,将两个第二滑块22分别设于两个第二侧壁33的第二卡槽331内,再将开启按钮28一端的导向槽281卡持两个第一滑块21间的牵引线27,另一端伸入安装孔并通过开启按钮28上的挂肩283挂接于第二机体30底壁上的阻挡件39。接着将第一限位块23装入第一安装槽311内,以用来支撑两个第一滑块21及开启按钮28,从而防止第一滑块21从第一卡槽3131中脱出。将两个第二支撑件24分别固设于两个第二侧壁33,以用来支撑第二滑块22,将两个导向块25分别固设于第二安装槽37内,且使其上的导向槽251支撑并导向牵引线27。再将两挂接件26分别固设于两个第二侧壁33上,且靠近第二滑块22设有挂接圆柱221的一端。本实施例中,第一限位块23、第二限位块24、导向块25、挂接件26都通过双面胶固定在第二机体30的侧壁上。将弹性件29的两端分别挂接于第二滑块22上的挂接圆柱221和挂接件26上的挂接圆柱262。然后,将第一机体10装入第二机体30,挤压第一机体10,使其底面上的卡钩11受压装入第二机体30,当卡钩11的卡扣部111伸入第二机体30上的第一卡槽3131和第二卡槽331后,卡钩11回弹,使其上的卡扣部111扣合于第一卡槽3131和第二卡槽331,且第一机体10上的卡块13也装入第二机体30上的收容槽351内,进而完成机箱100的安装。
当需要开启机箱100时,只需按压第二机体30底壁上的开启按钮28,开启按钮28通过牵引线27带动两个第一滑块21和两个第二滑块22朝向开启按钮28运动,在第一滑块21和第二滑块22运动过程中,第一滑块21上的倾斜抵持面217和第二滑块22上的倾斜抵持面分别将卡钩11上的卡扣部111挤出第一卡槽3131和第二卡槽331,此时,只需稍稍倾斜第一机体10,即可将其上的卡块13从第二机体上的收容槽35内脱出,进而完成机箱100的开启。
上述机箱100在开启时,可先通过第一滑块21与第二滑块22上的倾斜抵持面217将卡钩11的卡扣部111从卡槽内挤出,然后只需施加较小的作用力于第一机体10上,就可开启机箱100,所以该机箱100易于开启。
可以理解,第一机体10和第二机体30还可以互换,即第一机体10为主壳体,第二机体30为盖板。
机箱100的第一机体10的底面上还可设置顶出弹片(图未示),当第一机体10上的卡钩11脱出第二机体30的第一卡槽3131和第二卡槽331后,通过顶出弹片顶出第一机体10。
开启组件中,滑块的数量也可根据第一机体10的卡钩11的数量及位置相应设置为一个、二个、三个及四个以上。
开启按钮28也可与其中的一个第二滑块22相连,此时,与开启按钮28相连的第二滑块22可不与弹性件29相连,不过,两个第一滑块21及两个第二滑块22上的倾斜抵持面的倾斜方向应一致。
开启按钮28也可不通过牵引线37而直接与滑块连接。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以实施例披露如上,然其并非仅限定本发明,任何业内人士,在不脱离本发明的实质的情况下,对本发明做各种更动与润饰,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种机箱,其包括第一机体及第二机体,所述第一机体上设有卡钩,所述第二机体上开设有与所述卡钩相扣合的卡槽,其特征在于:所述机箱还包括开启组件,所述开启组件包括设置于所述卡槽内的滑块,所述滑块上交替设有若干凸部和若干避让槽,所述凸部、所述避让槽、及所述卡钩的数量相对应,所述凸部设有所述倾斜抵持面,所述避让槽用于避让所述卡钩,所述开启组件还包括开启按钮,且所述开启按钮与所述滑块相连,所述滑块沿着所述卡槽滑动可使所述卡钩沿着所述倾斜抵持面滑动,以将所述卡钩撑离所述卡槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述滑块的数量为多个,所述开启组件还包括牵引线、挂接件和弹性件,所述多个滑块间通过牵引线顺次连接,所述挂接件固定于第二机体上,所述弹性件的一端与所述挂接件相连,另一端与顺次连接在一起的所述多个滑块中的一端滑块相连。
3.如权利要求2所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述第二机体底壁开设有安装孔,所述安装孔边缘延伸形成有阻挡件,所述开启按钮的两端分别设有导向槽和挂肩,所述开启按钮的一端装入所述安装孔并通过所述挂肩挂接于所述阻挡件,所述牵引线部分设于导向槽中。
4.如权利要求2所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述开启组件还包括导向块,所述导向块固定于第二机体,其上开设有导向槽,所述牵引线部分绕设于所述导向槽中。
5.如权利要求4所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述开启组件还包括限位块,所述限位块固定于所述第二机体上,以防止所述滑块从所述卡槽中脱出。
6.如权利要求5所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述第一机体上还设有顶出弹片,所述顶出弹片用于将第一机体与第二机体分离。
7.如权利要求1所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述第一机体上还设有卡块,所述第二机体上还设有与所述卡块相配合的收容槽。
