本发明提供聚合物改性水泥基无机保温砂浆,包括胶结料和玻化微珠,所述胶结料的质量与玻化微珠的体积之间的质量体积比为1∶3.5~1∶7,所述胶结料包含50~80%的水泥、15~45%的粉煤灰、1~4%的可再分散乳胶粉、0.3~0.9%的纤维素醚、1~2%的防水剂。强度好,导热系数低,粘结拉伸性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于涂抹外墙用的聚合物改性水泥基无机保温砂浆。
背景技术
人类的现代文明依赖于能源、信息和材料三大支柱。能源被当前世界各国普遍重视,是人类面临的四大生存问题之一。而随着工业文明的快速发展,地球上可被人类利用的石油、煤炭等资源币在日渐枯蝎,对于人类而言能源危机总的趋势不可避免。由于受科学技术发展水平的制约,人类开发能够从根本上解决能源危机的新能源尚需时日,所以如何高效的节能、降低能耗就成为了当前解决问题的关键。70年代发生的世界性能源危机,引起了各国政府对本国的能源利用情况的高度重视,通过较为全面的分析调查,发现建筑能耗在社会总能耗中所占比例较大,因此,各国在建筑设计和施工、新型建筑保温材料的开发和应用、建筑节能法规的制定和实施等方面做了大量的工作,在取得可观的经济效益的同时还改善了人类赖以生存的自然环境。
我国是能源相对缺乏的国家,人均能源占有量仅为世界平均水平的40%,但能耗消费总量却占世界第二。而建筑业更是国民经济中的耗能大户,随着经济建设的高速发展,人民生活水平的提高,建筑能耗逐步上升,进一步加大我国能源压力,制约了国民经济的持续发展。按照目前的建筑能耗状况,到2020年我国建筑能耗将比2004年增加2.5亿吨/年,标煤和新增耗电5800-6300亿度/年,总计折合电力约1.3万亿度,新增量相当于目前建筑总耗能的1.3倍。据有关报道显示,在我国建造和使用建筑直接、间接耗能的能源已经占到全社会总能耗的46.7%,我国现有建筑中95%达不到节能标准,新增建筑中节能不达标的超过八成,单位建筑面积能耗是发达国家的2-3倍,已给社会造成了沉重的能源负担和严重的环境污染。因此,降低建筑能耗已是刻不容缓,建筑节能也已成为缓解我国能源紧缺状况、改善人民生活工作条件、减轻污染保护环境,促使经济可持续发展的最为经济、快捷的办法。
我国住宅建设的节能工作已从北方采暖地区向南方夏热冬冷和夏热冬暖地区推进,由居住建筑向公共建筑发展,并引进外发了许多新型的节能技术和材料。在建筑中,外围护结构的热耗能较大,所以建筑墙体改革与墙体节能技术的发展是建筑节能技术的一个重要环节,发展外墙外保温技术及相应的保温材料是则实现建筑节能的主要技术手段之一,特别是针对既有建筑的节能改造。目前,浙江省对于外围护结构的墙体保温节能特别是既有建筑的节能改造,外墙外保温技术是主要采用的节能手段之一。由于这一地区的夏季温度较高,最热时墙体外立面的温度可高达70℃;且许多城市处于沿海地区,风力较大。因此,相比于北方地区的外墙外保温节能系统,浙江省对外墙体保温系统技术及相应的保温材料性能有不同的要求。近年来,在北方地区广泛采用的聚苯颗粒外墙外保温系统、聚苯板外墙外保温系统,在浙江省也得到了一定的推广应用,但也发现了一些不足之处。因此,有必要根据浙江省的实际气候条件,开发适合冬冷夏热地区、可有效地解决外墙外保温面砖饰面安全性和保温体系耐久性问题的外墙外保温系统。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供聚合物改性水泥基无机保温砂浆,强度好,导热系数低,粘结拉伸性能好。
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本发明采用如下方案:聚合物改性水泥基无机保温砂浆,包括胶结料和玻化微珠,所述胶结料的质量与玻化微珠的体积之间的质量体积比为1∶3.5~1∶7,所述胶结料包含以下成分且各成分的质量百分比为:
水泥              50~80%
粉煤灰            15~45%
可再分散乳胶粉    1~4%
纤维素醚          0.3~0.9%
防水剂            1~2%。
作为优选,所述胶结料的质量与玻化微珠的体积之间的质量体积比为1∶3.5,所述胶结料包含以下成分且各成分的质量百分比为:
水泥              50%
粉煤灰            45%
可再分散乳胶粉    3%
纤维素醚          0.3%
防水剂            1.7%。
作为优选,所述胶结料的质量与玻化微珠的体积之间的质量体积比为1∶5,所述胶结料包含以下成分且各成分的质量百分比为:

粉煤灰            30%
可再分散乳胶粉    2.4%
纤维素醚          0.6%
防水剂            2%。
作为优选,所述胶结料的质量与玻化微珠的体积之间的质量体积比为1∶7,所述胶结料包含以下成分且各成分的质量百分比为:
水泥              80%
粉煤灰            15%
可再分散乳胶粉    3.1%
纤维素醚          0.9%
防水剂            1%。
作为优选,所述水泥为42.5级普通硅酸盐水泥。
作为优选,所述粉煤灰为II级粉煤灰。
作为优选,所述可再分散乳胶粉为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚型高分子聚合物,最低成膜的温度为0℃。
作为优选,所述纤维素醚采用羟丙基甲基纤维素醚。
作为优选,所述防水剂是由粘土矿物为载体,添加液体有机硅制成。
有益效果:
本发明采用上述技术方案提供聚合物改性水泥基无机保温砂浆,强度好,导热系数低,粘结拉伸性能好。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
聚合物改性水泥基无机保温砂浆,包括胶结料和玻化微珠,所述胶结料的质量与玻化微珠的体积之间的质量体积比为1∶3.5,所述胶结料包含以下成分且各成分的质量百分比为:
水泥              50%
粉煤灰            45%
可再分散乳胶粉    3%
纤维素醚          0.3%
防水剂            1.7%。
所述水泥为42.5级普通硅酸盐水泥。所述粉煤灰为II级粉煤灰。所述可再分散乳胶粉为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚型高分子聚合物,最低成膜的温度为0℃。所述纤维素醚采用羟丙基甲基纤维素醚。所述防水剂是由粘土矿物为载体,添加液体有机硅制成。玻化微珠为纳硅玻璃体,表面的电性及表面积大,表面易吸附水分,因此砂浆在潮湿环境中较易吸水。聚合物改性水泥基无机保温砂浆,强度好,导热系数低,粘结拉伸性能好。
实施例二:
聚合物改性水泥基无机保温砂浆,包括胶结料和玻化微珠,所述胶结料的质量与玻化微珠的体积之间的质量体积比为1∶5,所述胶结料包含以下成分且各成分的质量百分比为:
水泥              65%
粉煤灰            30%
可再分散乳胶粉    2.4%
纤维素醚          0.6%
防水剂            2%。
与实施例一相比较,纤维素醚用量增加,成本增加,但是强度更好,导热系数更低,粘结拉伸性能更好。
实施例三:
聚合物改性水泥基无机保温砂浆,包括胶结料和玻化微珠,所述胶结料的质量与玻化微珠的体积之间的质量体积比为1∶7,所述胶结料包含以下成分且各成分的质量百分比为:
水泥              80%
粉煤灰            15%
可再分散乳胶粉    3.1%
纤维素醚          0.9%
防水剂            1%。
与实施例二相比较,纤维素醚用量继续增加,成本增加,但是黏性过大,对施工性能有一定的影响。

1.聚合物改性水泥基无机保温砂浆,其特征在于:包括胶结料和玻化微珠,所述胶结料的质量与玻化微珠的体积之间的质量体积比为1∶3.5~1∶7,所述胶结料包含以下成分且各成分的质量百分比为:
水泥              50~80%
粉煤灰            15~45%
可再分散乳胶粉    1~4%
纤维素醚          0.3~0.9%
防水剂            1~2%。

6.根据权利要求1所述的聚合物改性水泥基无机保温砂浆,其特征在于:所述粉煤灰为II级粉煤灰。
7.根据权利要求1所述的聚合物改性水泥基无机保温砂浆,其特征在于:所述可再分散乳胶粉为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚型高分子聚合物,最低成膜的温度为0℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的聚合物改性水泥基无机保温砂浆,其特征在于:所述纤维素醚采用羟丙基甲基纤维素醚。
9.根据权利要求1所述的聚合物改性水泥基无机保温砂浆,其特征在于:所述防水剂是由粘土矿物为载体,添加液体有机硅制成。
