气凝胶水泥纤维复合保温板,所述复合板由以下重量的原材料制备而成:水泥150‑200份、粉煤灰20‑40份、可再分散乳胶粉2‑5份、中空纤维0.8‑1份、羟丙基甲基纤维素2‑3份、憎水粉2‑4份和水0.5‑0.7份;本发明提供一种气凝胶水泥纤维复合保温板,具有轻质高强、防水防火、保温隔热、耐候耐久性好,而且具有绿色环保、无毒无害、施工便捷等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及气凝胶水泥纤维复合保温板。
背景技术
建筑物是世界上最大的能源消耗之一,其消耗的能源和释放的温室气体量占世界能源总消耗量的四分之一到三分之一。近年来,由于能源价格上升、电力需求猛增以及对环境的日益关注等诸多因素,人们对建筑节能关注日益密切。水泥基复合材料可作为外墙外保温系统的保温隔热层材料或防火隔离带使用,也可用作建筑物屋面保温材料、复合墙体芯层材料、复合保温砌块填充材料等。该材料生产工艺成熟、质量易控、性能优良、使用方便,是一种理想的廉价保温材料,但其也有强度低、热导率偏高、容易吸潮等明显缺陷。因此对于这些缺陷进行改性尤为重要,此外,随着人们对于生活要求的提高,对兼具防火、抗菌、防水、吸声等多种功能于一体的新型保温材料需求日益明显;即本发明研究一种气凝胶水泥纤维复合保温板来满足需要。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
本发明提供一种气凝胶水泥纤维复合保温板,具有轻质高强、防水防火、保温隔热、耐候耐久性好,而且具有绿色环保、无毒无害、施工便捷等优点。
(二)采用的技术方案
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案予以实现:气凝胶水泥纤维复合保温板,所述复合板由以下重量的原材料制备而成:水泥150-200份、粉煤灰20-40份、可再分散乳胶粉2-5份、中空纤维0.8-1份、羟丙基甲基纤维素2-3份、憎水粉2-4份和水0.5-0.7份。
作为本方案的进一步优化,所述复合板由以下重量的原材料制备而成:水泥150份、粉煤灰20份、可再分散乳胶粉2份、中空纤维0.8份、羟丙基甲基纤维素2份、憎水粉2份和水0.5份。
作为本方案的进一步优化,所述复合板由以下重量的原材料制备而成:水泥200份、粉煤灰40份、可再分散乳胶粉5份、中空纤维1份、羟丙基甲基纤维素3份、憎水粉4份和水0.7份。
作为本方案的进一步优化,所述复合板由以下重量的原材料制备而成:水泥175份、粉煤灰30份、可再分散乳胶粉3份、中空纤维0.9份、羟丙基甲基纤维素2份、憎水粉3份和水0.6份。
复合保温板的制备工艺:将上述配比的水泥、粉煤灰、中空纤维和水进行混合搅拌得到纤维增强水泥浆料,以纤维增强水泥浆料作为基料,将上述配比的可再分散乳胶粉、羟丙基甲基纤维素和憎水粉与基料进行复合,搅拌、成型、养护,切割得到气凝胶水泥纤维复合板。

气凝胶水泥纤维复合保温板,所述复合板由以下重量的原材料制备而成:水泥200份、粉煤灰40份、可再分散乳胶粉5份、中空纤维1份、羟丙基甲基纤维素3份、憎水粉4份和水0.7份。
实施例3
气凝胶水泥纤维复合保温板,所述复合板由以下重量的原材料制备而成:水泥175份、粉煤灰30份、可再分散乳胶粉3份、中空纤维0.9份、羟丙基甲基纤维素2份、憎水粉3份和水0.6份。
所述实施例1至实施例3的制备工艺为:将上述配比的水泥、粉煤灰、中空纤维和水进行混合搅拌得到纤维增强水泥浆料,以纤维增强水泥浆料作为基料,将上述配比的可再分散乳胶粉、羟丙基甲基纤维素和憎水粉与基料进行复合,搅拌、成型、养护,切割得到气凝胶水泥纤维复合板。
所述实施例1至实施例3制备的复合保温板其材料的指标如下表1所示:

从表1中可以看出,本发明具有防水防火、保温隔热、耐磨耐久性好,强度高等优点。

1.气凝胶水泥纤维复合保温板,其特征在于,所述复合板由以下重量的原材料制备而成:水泥150-200份、粉煤灰20-40份、可再分散乳胶粉2-5份、中空纤维0.8-1份、羟丙基甲基纤维素2-3份、憎水粉2-4份和水0.5-0.7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气凝胶水泥纤维复合保温板,其特征在于,所述复合板由以下重量的原材料制备而成:水泥150份、粉煤灰20份、可再分散乳胶粉2份、中空纤维0.8份、羟丙基甲基纤维素2份、憎水粉2份和水0.5份。
