Abstract

技术领域

背景技术
目前用于热塑性材料的模具由两个部件构成:凹部或下部,在所述凹部或下部上,转变为注入其中的熔化材料的形状被拉伸;盖部或上部,完成浇注后,手动或机械打开所述盖部或下部以允许移开所浇注的产品。
由于不得不进行用于装配有吸盘的鞋底的隔膜的浇注,其中所述吸盘具有打开的沙漏或风箱或圆柱体的特殊形状并具有极好的弹性和柔性,一旦完成了浇注,目前的模具不允许移开所述吸盘的浇注形状而不损坏或破坏所述吸盘,因此,对所述隔膜的功能性造成危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是获得一种用于浇注一系列极好弹性吸盘的弹性热塑性材料的模具,所述吸盘具有用于鞋底隔膜的打开的沙漏或风箱或圆柱体的形状。
此外,本发明的目的之一是使一系列具有所述打开的沙漏或风箱或圆柱体形状的所述隔膜的吸盘在浇注后可以容易地从所述模具移开。
此外,本发明的目的之一是确保具有打开的沙漏或风箱或圆柱体形状的所述隔膜吸盘的优异的功能性。
另外,本发明的目的之一是允许将具有其吸盘的所述隔膜直接浇注在由透气、防水或亲水材料制成的支撑上,所述吸盘优选具有打开的沙漏或风箱或圆柱体的形状,所述支撑彼此间隔以使鞋在其整个使用中更舒适且使脚的排汗更容易。
此外,本发明的目的之一是在所述模具的中间可移动部分上装配一系列格栅以防止所注入的热塑性材料完全覆盖由亲水或透气和防水材料制成的所述支撑。
另外,本发明的目的之一是确保在所述模具的所述中间部上获得的所述一系列格栅使具有沙漏或风箱或圆柱体形状的所述吸盘以彼此希望的距离定位于亲水透气和防水材料上,从而增加所述隔膜的透气性。

具体实施方式
作为本申请目的的本发明是一种模具,所述模具由三部分组成:上部1、中间可移动部2、下部3。所述中间可移动部2分离于所述模具的所述下部3并通过一系列螺栓4紧固于所述下部,所述螺栓装配于特殊的支座6内,围绕所述支座插入弹簧5,在横向进给注入槽9的热塑性材料的浇注阶段,由于机械压力,所述弹簧5能使所述中间可移动部2闭合于所述下部3,而一旦浇注完成,所述弹簧使所述中间可移动部返回到其原始位置。
所注入的所述热塑性材料流入所述中间可移动部2中的一系列格栅12内,以便将多个孔7以希望的距离连接到同等数量的相应的插脚8,所述插脚以沙漏或风箱或圆柱体的形状位于所述下部3内,围绕所述插脚,吸盘被直接浇注于亲水或透气材料11制成的支撑上,所述支撑预先定位于所述模具的所述中间可移动部2上部区域的边界线10上。
在静止位置,所述中间可移动部2距离本发明所述下部3的高度比所述插脚8的高度更高而不与插脚的高度相称,以便在返回运动中所述中间可移动部2可自动脱离所述吸盘而使留下吸盘的浇注形状完整无缺,其中围绕所述插脚,具有打开的沙漏或风箱或圆柱体形状的所述吸盘被浇注。
所述中间可移动部2返回到其原始位置的运动由完成浇注后机械压力的放松与随后的将所述中间可移动部上推的所述弹簧5的伸长的共同功能组合所决定。
在附图所示和后面的权利要求的上述发明的材料和尺寸可根据需要改变。此外,所有的细节可由其它等同的技术替代而因此不脱离本发明专利申请的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有中间可移动面的模具,所述模具用于直接将用作鞋底附件的隔膜浇注于支撑上,所述隔膜装配有一系列吸盘,所述吸盘优选彼此以一定距离间隔、具有打开的沙漏或风箱或圆柱体形状,所述支撑由透气和防水材料或亲水材料制成,其特征在于:所述模具被分为三部分,其上部用作所述模具的盖部,其中间可移动部具有将所述吸盘直接浇注在预先定位的亲水材料或透气和防水材料制成的支撑上的功能,其下部具有通过将所述中间可移动部按压浇注在位于该下部上的插脚上而定形所述吸盘的功能,由于所述中间可移动部的向上运动,所述吸盘被从所述下部自动移开,所述向上运动由完成浇注后所述模具的所述中间可移动部的机械压力的放松与由于随后的所述模具装配的弹簧的伸长而将所述中间可移动部上推的共同功能组合所决定。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有中间可移动面的模具,其特征在于:所述中间可移动部装配为朝向或远离所述模具的所述下部垂直运动。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的具有中间可移动面的模具,其特征在于:所述中间可移动部通过一系列螺栓固定在所述下部上,并且这些螺栓位于所述弹簧围绕安装的支座内。
4.如权利要求3所述的具有中间可移动面的模具,其特征在于:所述中间可移动部距离所述下部的高度比位于后者上的所述插脚的高度更高而不与所述插脚的高度相称,以便通过返回该中间可移动部初始位置的运动,确保所述中间可移动部的向上运动,所述中间可移动部自动脱离围绕所述插脚浇注的、具有打开的沙漏或风箱或圆柱体形状的所述吸盘。
5.如权利要求4所述的具有中间可移动面的模具,其特征在于:所述中间可移动部具有多个与相应的位于所述模具的所述下部内的插脚数量等同的孔,从而确保具有打开的沙漏或风箱或圆柱体形状的所述吸盘以希望的距离围绕所述插脚浇注。
6.如权利要求5所述的具有中间可移动面的模具,其特征在于:所述中间可移动部具有一系列格栅,所述格栅使浇注的材料到达所述吸盘的浇注孔,从而防止由所述亲水材料或透气和防水材料制成的整个所述支撑被所浇注的材料覆盖。
7.如权利要求6所述的具有中间可移动面的模具,其特征在于:所述中间可移动部上的一系列格栅,优选具有打开的沙漏或风箱或圆柱体形状的所述吸盘被以彼此一定距离浇注在由亲水材料或透气和防水材料制成的所述支撑上。
8.如权利要求7所述的具有中间可移动面的模具,其特征在于:在所 述中间可移动部的边界线上插入由所述亲水材料或透气和防水材料制成的所述支撑,具有打开的沙漏或风箱或圆柱体形状的所述吸盘然后以弹性热塑性材料浇注在所述支撑上。
9.如权利要求1所述的具有中间可移动面的模具,其特征在于:具有一系列螺栓,所述螺栓将所述中间可移动部以一定距离固定在所述下部上,所述距离比位于所述下部上的吸盘浇注形状的所述插脚的长度更长而不与所述插脚的长度相称。
10.如权利要求9所述的具有中间可移动面的模具,其特征在于:具有一系列位于所述模具所述下部的支座内的弹簧,在浇注过程中,所述弹簧通过机械压力使所述中间可移动部与所述下部接触,且一旦完成浇注,所述弹簧使所述中间可移动部返回到其原始位置,从而决定轻松而自动地将具有打开的沙漏或风箱或圆柱体形状的所述吸盘从位于围绕其浇注的所述下部上的所述插脚移开。
