本发明涉及墙体材料。尤其适用于墙体保温材料的配方。墙体保温材料的配方,含以下材料:90kg/m3容重的球形闭孔玻化中空微珠10%-30%;130kg/m3容重的球形闭孔玻化中空微珠8%-18%;重质碳酸钙15%-35%;42.5R水泥30%-50%;木质纤维0.5%-3%;可分散乳胶粉0.5%-3%。本发明墙体保温材料的配方,在使用后的自然养护过程中,克服了一般普通墙体保温材料不能自行养护的缺陷,其水分吸收和排放会自动达到一定的平衡,从而解决了施工后出现的开裂、空鼓、脱落等问题,也无需使用网格布等繁杂的工序,从而大大降低了使用成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及墙体材料。尤其适用于墙体保温材料的配方。
技术背景
目前建筑节能材料主要采用胶粉、水泥作为凝结材料,骨料主要采用的是聚苯颗粒类的有机类材料或传统的无机材料,缺点有:不耐老化、变形系数大、稳定性差、安全稳固性差、生态环保性差、施工难度大、成本较高,有毒且会产生有害气体,应用到节能工程中,常会出现严重的脱落、空鼓、开裂等问题,使用寿命仅在三年左右。目前市场上所出现的墙体保温材料在施工后因季节气候的变化会出现严重吸水或失水的现象。从而导致施工后出现开裂、空鼓、脱落等问题,为解决这一质量问题,在施工过程中需加网格布、固定螺栓、抗裂砂浆层。这样不仅使得施工工序过于繁杂,同时也使其成本增加。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种新的墙体保温材料的配方。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的;一种墙体保温材料的配方,包含以下材料:90kg/m3容重的球形闭孔玻化中空微珠10%-30%;130kg/m3容重的球形闭孔玻化中空微珠8%-18%;重质碳酸钙15%-35%;42.5R水泥30%-50%;木质纤维0.5%-3%;可分散乳胶粉0.5%-3%。
本发明的一种墙体保温材料的配方,含以下材料:90kg/m3容重的球形闭孔玻化中空微珠15%-25%;130kg/m3容重的球形闭孔玻化中空微珠10%-15%;重质碳酸钙20%-30%;42.5R水泥35%-45%;木质纤维0.8%-2%;进口可分散乳胶粉0.8%-2%;聚丙短纤维0.1%-0.4%。
本发明的一种墙体保温材料的配方,含以下材料:90kg/m3容重的球形闭孔玻化中空微珠15%-25%;130kg/m3容重的球形闭孔玻化中空微珠10%-15%;重质碳酸钙20%-30%;42.5R水泥35%-45%;木质纤维0.8%-2%;进口可分散乳胶粉0.8%-2%;聚丙短纤维0.1%-0.4%;甲基纤维素0.1%-0.3%;甲酸钙0.1%-0.3%。
本发明的一种墙体保温材料的配方,含以下材料:90kg/m3容重的球形闭孔玻化中空微珠19.8%;130kg/m3容重的球形闭孔玻化中空微珠13.2%;重质碳酸钙25%;42.5R水泥39%;木质纤维1.2%;进口可分散乳胶粉1.15%;甲基纤维素0.22%;聚丙短纤维0.23%;甲酸钙0.2%。
本发明墙体保温材料的配方,在使用后的自然养护过程中,克服了一般普通墙体保温材料不能自行养护的缺陷,其水分吸收和排放会自动达到一定的平衡,从而解决了施工后出现的开裂、空鼓、脱落等问题,也无需使用网格布等繁杂的工序,从而大大降低了使用成本。
本发明墙体保温材料的配方通过把聚合物和无机改性固化材料相结合,在新材料系统中使用“闭孔轻质无机活性材料微细孔成型技术”,使无机改性固化材料水化、凝结,通过水化和凝结这个连续过程,使聚合物的有效成份帮助系统中无机改性固化材料在水化和凝结连续过程中形成微细孔。同时聚合物具有一定蓄集水份的能力,可以较长时间地向使用系统中的无机固化材料在水化和凝结连续过程中形成的微细孔提供自行养护所需的水份,从而帮助系统适应和有效地利用自然环境条件,控制和降低干缩,减少干缩引起的变形,达到材料自行养护、自行调节水份平衡的目的。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明:
实施例本发明生产墙体保温材料的配方,准确称取90kg/m3容重的球形闭孔玻化中空微珠19.8kg和130kg/m3容重的球形闭孔玻化中空微珠13.2kg放入搅拌机中搅拌2分钟,再加入重质碳酸钙25kg和42.5R水泥39kg搅拌3分钟,再加入木质纤维1.2kg、进口可分散乳胶粉1.15kg、甲基纤维素0.22kg、聚丙短纤维0.23kg和甲酸钙0.2kg搅拌10分钟,使产品混合均匀即可。
本发明墙体保温材料产品在施工过程中只需加自来水拌合后上墙,上墙后在其水化过程中形成微细孔,微细孔在以后的自然养护中达到“自湿呼吸平衡”和自养护功能。“自湿呼吸平衡”可根据所处的不同环境条件自动调节材料中的水分在5%-8%之间,以防止材料干缩而引起的形变。从而克服材料的开裂、空鼓和脱落现象。

Claims (1)

1.一种墙体保温材料的制备方法,准确称取90kg/m3容重的球形闭孔玻化中空微珠19.8 kg和130 kg/ m3容重的球形闭孔玻化中空微珠13.2 kg放入搅拌机中搅拌2分钟,再加入重质碳酸钙25 kg和42.5R水泥39 kg搅拌3分钟,再加入木质纤维1.2 kg、进口可分散乳胶粉1.15 kg、甲基纤维素0.22 kg、聚丙短纤维0.23 kg和甲酸钙0.2 kg搅拌10分钟,使产品混合均匀即可;
