技术领域
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分所述喷枪的管线连接装置。
背景技术
这种类型的喷枪用于利用液态颜料或者液态漆喷涂物体。
这种类型的喷枪例如由EP 1 287 901 B1有所公开。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,对机器人手臂与至少一个由机器人手臂携带的喷枪之间的管线连接装置进行改进。
该目的依据本发明通过权利要求1的特征得以实现。
依据本发明,通过孔板可以取得以下优点:有效防止软管连接套受到机械损坏和污染;为从机器人手臂内成束的软管向由机器人手臂携带的至少一个喷枪输送液态颜料或者液态漆和一个或者多个气流,在孔板的正面和背面上最好借助O形圈进行价格便宜和有效的密封。
本发明的其他特征包含在从属权利要求内。
通过依据本发明将密封件安装在孔板的例如环形槽或者孔间隙这种凹陷处内,按照简单方式实现密封件的精确定位。
通过依据本发明将孔板固定在机器人法兰或者机器人手臂上,即使在机器人手臂上没有固定喷枪的情况下也防止其丢失。
喷枪或者可以将一个或者多个喷枪与机器人手臂连接的中间体可以根据本发明实际应用中的目的,固定在机器人手臂、机器人法兰或者孔板上。
依据本发明一种特殊的实施方式,软管连接套的套轮缘不是像现有技术中那样具有多边形例如六方的外圆周,而是具有圆形的外圆周。由此可以缩小法兰孔之间并因此还有软管之间的距离。套轮缘的圆形形状便于安装和拆卸软管,因为径向凸起的套轮缘可以在任意的旋转方向上定位,而不与相邻的套轮缘冲突。由此也可以使用更大的尺寸公差。

下面参照附图借助作为举例的优选实施方式对本发明进行说明。其中:

具体实施方式
图1示出用于利用液态颜料或者漆喷涂物体的自动喷枪2。喷枪2通过垫板4固定在具有转接法兰8的转接件6上。转接法兰8借助螺丝(未示出)固定在机器人法兰10上,后者可以是单体或者多体并借助螺丝12固定在机器人手臂14的管状端段上。为供给喷枪液态颜料或者液态漆和一个或者多个气流,例如用于喷射颜料或者漆的气流和/或者由于所喷射的液体射流成型的气流和/或者用于操作控制颜料或者漆的阀门的气流,需要大量的软管20,它们穿过机器人手臂14延伸。
依据本发明提供一种新型装置,用于将大量软管20连接在转接件6内具有孔26的管状机器人手臂14的末端上。转接件6为机械连接上的中间体,其在所示的实施方式中由转接件6和垫板4组成。依据另一种实施方式,取代转接件6和垫板4可以仅具有唯一的中间件,或者既取消垫板4也取消转接件6,并将喷枪2直接固定在机器人法兰10上,在后一种情况下喷枪2本身的外壳作为机器人手臂14的软管20与喷枪2的内部管线之间的中间体使用。
正如图2-5所示,机器人法兰10具有大量的法兰孔30,孔内各自插入一个软管连接套32,其各自与软管20之一的软管端共同插接并各自利用径向凸起的套轮缘34紧贴在前面的法兰面36上。特别是如图5所示,机器人法兰10可以多体构成并例如具有单体或者多体的法兰圈10-1和固定在法兰圈10-1上和与其同心设置的法兰盘10-2。法兰孔30在法兰盘10-2上构成和凸起的套轮缘34紧贴在上面的前法兰面36各自为法兰孔30的孔扩展处对着前面的孔间隙。软管连接套32的凸起套轮缘34各自完全埋头设置在法兰孔30的端面孔扩展处内。
法兰盘10在其对着前面的端面上具有对着前面的底面40最好圆柱体的凹陷处38。套轮缘34埋入底面40内,从而套轮缘不从底面向前凸出,而是与其最好对中心齐平。
依据本发明,凹陷处38内设置孔板42,其与法兰盘10-2对着前面的端面44径向上最好对中心。
孔板42径向通过所有软管连接套32的套轮缘34延伸。孔板42上形成大量的贯通孔46,这些孔与至少几个法兰孔30并因此也与软管20的软管通道以及也与转接件6内的孔26轴向对中心设置。
孔板42贯通孔46的两个孔末端上各自设置一个环形密封件48或50,其环绕相关的贯通孔46。
后板侧上的密封件48各自密封紧贴在软管连接套32的前端面52上或者在管线连接装置的拆卸状态下这样设置,使其可以紧贴。
前法兰侧上的密封件50各自密封紧贴向转接件6(图1)的后端壁54,其中,每个密封件50各自密封环绕在转接件6内形成的孔26的孔末端。
密封件48和50最好装入孔板42的环形凹陷处49或51内,它们从中至少在管线连接装置的未安装状态下从孔板42轴向略微凸起。
孔板42借助螺丝60固定在法兰盘10-2的螺孔62内。
法兰盘10-2例如借助螺丝66固定在法兰圈10上。
如图2所示,软管20可以通过法兰孔30向前拉出,然后在其末端上安装软管连接套32,并随后再回插到机器人手臂14内,其中,软管连接套32插入法兰孔30内。

Claims (4)

1.喷枪的管线连接装置,用于在管状机器人手臂(14)的末端上连接大量的软管(20),软管(20)通过该机器人手臂延伸,中间体(6、4)内具有孔(26),设置在机器人手臂(14)与至少一个自动喷枪(2)之间的机械连接中,其中,在机器人手臂(14)的末端上固定机器人法兰(10),其具有大量的法兰孔(30),里面插入各自一个软管连接套(32),它们各自与软管(20)之一的软管端连接并各自利用径向凸起的套轮缘(34)紧贴在前面的法兰面(36)上,其特征在于,机器人法兰(10)与中间体(6、4)之间设置孔板(42),其垂直通过软管连接套(32)延伸并具有大量的贯通孔(46),与至少几个法兰孔(30)对中心设置;贯通孔(46)的两个孔末端上设置各一个环形密封件(48、50),环绕相关的贯通孔(46);后板侧上的密封件(48)各自密封紧贴向或者可以贴向软管连接套(32)的端面;前法兰侧上的密封件(50)各自环绕由大量在中间体(6、4)内形成的中间体孔(26)各自紧贴向或者可以贴向中间体(6、4)的后端壁,后者与孔板(42)的至少几个贯通孔(46)对中心设置。
2.按权利要求1所述的喷枪管线连接装置,其特征在于,孔板(42)的环形密封件(48、50)各自在孔板(42)的凹陷处(49、51)内定位。
3.按前述权利要求之一所述的喷枪管线连接装置,其特征在于,孔板(42)固定在或者可以固定在机器人法兰(10)上,最好可再松开固定或者可再松开可固定。
4.按前述权利要求之一所述的喷枪管线连接装置,其特征在于,套轮缘(34)具有圆形的外圆周。
