井口防憋压及套管气回收整合装置
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种油井集油管线堵塞井口防憋压及套管气回收整合装置,解决抽油机井因集油管堵塞引起井口憋压喷油和放套管所放的气回收于集油管线的问题。
二、背景技术
随着油田对稠油区块不断地开采,稠油井数越来越多,由于稠油的粘度特高,必须高温加热输送。在加热输送过程中,一旦温度上不去就会引起管线堵塞,在未发现管线堵塞的情况下,抽油机还正常运转,油井正常出油,使管线的压力越憋越高,压力高到一定程度会引起抽油杆或光杆被拉断,或引起烧坏电机,或把井口盘根憋漏引起井口喷油,这是稠油区块生产经常出现的事故,一旦事故处理不及时,停井时间过长,稠油在井筒内凝固,会引起稠油井死井,为此油田每年要遭受极大的经济损失,再者正常生产的井如果套管压力过高影响动液面的高度,从而影响油井产量,要定期给套管放气,把套气放入大气层造成染环境及能源的浪费。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种井口防憋压及套管气回收整合装置,解决上述已有技术存在的井口憋压和入套管气存的影响生产和污染环境的问题。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:
本发明主要由回油连通管和收气连通管组成,其特征在于两连通管设为U型,回油连通管一端与油嘴堵头连接口丝扣连接或卡箍连接,另一端与套管闸门卡箍连接,回油连通管的U型底段中部设有密封座朝下的弹簧定压在单流阀,进口在上,出口在下,弹簧定压单流阀与回油连通管由壬或卡箍连接;收气连通管一端与回油连通管的弹簧定压单流阀的进口上部焊接,另一端与回油连通管的弹簧定压单流阀的出口下部焊接,在收气连通管上设有单流阀和气嘴,单流阀和气嘴分别与收气连通管之间由壬连接或卡箍连接,单流阀的的进口通过回油连通管与套管闸门连通,单流阀的出口通过气嘴和油嘴套与集油管线连通。
本发明构思巧妙、结构简单、常年运转,自动控制,无须管理,当集油管线堵塞时定压单流阀打开,抽油泵抽出的原油进入套管,防止井口憋压;当套管压力高于集油管线压力时,套管气回收到集油管线,保护了抽油设备不受损坏,防止了环境污染。

五、具体实施方式
为进一步公开本发明的技术方案,下面结合说明书附图通过实施例作详细说明:
本发明主要由回油连通管1和收气连通管2组成,其特征在于两连通管设为U型,回油连通管一端与油嘴套7的油嘴堵头连接口丝扣连接或卡箍连接,另一端与套管闸门9卡箍连接,回油连通管的U型底段中部设有密封座朝下的弹簧定压在单流阀4,进口在上,出口在下,弹簧定压单流阀与回油连通管由壬或卡箍连接;收气连通管一端与回油连通管的弹簧定压单流阀的进口上部焊接,另一端与回油连通管的弹簧定压单流阀的出口下部焊接,在收气连通管上设有单流阀和气嘴,单流阀和气嘴分别与收气连通管之间由壬连接或卡箍连接,单流阀的的进口通过回油连通管与套管闸门连通,单流阀的出口通过气嘴和油嘴套与集油管线连通。
在应用本发明时首先回油连通管1连接到采油树10上的与生产闸门8相连的油嘴套7和套管闸门9之间,在抽油机正常运转、油井正常出油集油管线6末端堵塞时,抽出的稠油通过油嘴套7进入集管线6,通过集油管线输到计量站和油气处理站。当集油管线堵塞时,井口压力定的安全压力2Mpa,超过2Mpa弹簧定压单流阀4打开,抽出的原油就进入套管,防止了井口憋压造成的抽油杆断脱,电机烧坏和井口喷油的问题。在正常生产的情况如果套管压力高于集油管线的压力造成油井动液面降低影响油井产量时,收气连通管2上的单流阀5打开,套管气在气嘴控制下通过回油连通和油嘴套7进入集油管线6,防止了对外放气对环境的污染,放置气嘴的目的是为控制往集油管线回收气稳定,防止对油层冲击,堵塞油层。

1.一种井口防憋压及套管气回收整合装置,主要由回油连通管和收气连通管组成,其特征在于两连通管设为U型,回油连通管一端与油嘴堵头连接口丝扣连接或卡箍连接,另一端与套管闸门卡箍连接,回油连通管的U型底段中部设有密封座朝下的弹簧定压在单流阀,进口在上,出口在下,弹簧定压单流阀与回油连通管由壬或卡箍连接;收气连通管一端与回油连通管的弹簧定压单流阀的进口上部焊接,另一端与回油连通管的弹簧定压单流阀的出口下部焊接,在收气连通管上设有单流阀和气嘴,单流阀和气嘴分别与收气连通管之间由壬连接或卡箍连接,单流阀的的进口通过回油连通管与套管闸门连通,单流阀的出口通过气嘴和油嘴套与集油管线连通。
