本发明的一种有效治疗前列腺疾患的药物,通过多年临床试验反复验证配置而成的,符合传统中医学的理论。配方是以中草药为原料,经过浸泡、粉碎和萃取等分离出所需成份,再经复配后制成药剂、片剂、胶囊剂。本发明从疏导经络入手,对肾进行虚实相调并调补结合,辅助特殊的消炎配伍,从而使前列腺疾患得以治愈。
本发明一种有效治疗前列腺疾患的药物是由下列重量比例的药物提取物组成:
蜂花粉4-36份、 黄连2-6份、 桑白皮0.1-6份、卵磷脂1-6份、
三七1-5份、 海金沙0.5-4份、猪苦胆0.1-4份、大青叶3-6份、
海狗肾0.4-4份、绿豆4-12份、 冬虫夏草1-4份、茺蔚子2-8份、
木瓜2-7份;
制备方法:
1)主要成份提取物的制备方法:
A、蜂花粉→除杂质→干燥→冷冻粉碎即得;
B、卵磷脂:大豆粉碎加入乙醇→回流提取→剩余物质干燥粉碎→加入15倍量乙醇,40小时浸泡→过滤2遍→水洗→低温真空干燥即得;
C、海狗肾洗去污物→干燥→加入乙醇24小时浸泡→干燥→粉碎→加入60%乙醇浸泡24小时→过滤→浓缩、干燥即得;
2)其它成份按常规提取、分离、干燥、粉碎即得;
3)各组份按比例复配,混合均匀、干燥后可制成片剂、胶囊剂、口服液。一种有效治疗前列腺疾患的药物,是由下列重量比例的药物提取物组成:

蜂花粉:抗前列腺增生、抗炎抗缺氧、增强免疫调节、抗衰老、降血脂及美容养颜等。①增强人体综合免疫功能:蜂花粉多糖能激活巨噬细胞的吞噬活动,提高人体抗病能力。②防衰老、美容作用:蜂花粉属营养性的美容化妆品,花粉中的VE、超氧化歧化酶(SOD)、硒等成分能滋润营养肌肤,恢复皮肤的弹性和光洁。花粉中的肌醇可使白发变黑,脱发渐生,保持头发乌黑亮丽。③防治脑心血管疾病:花粉中的黄酮类化合物能有效清除血管壁上脂肪的沉积,从而起软化血管和降血脂的作用。④防治前列腺疾病:花粉是前列腺炎的克星,以油菜花粉、荞麦花粉效果最佳。我国治前列腺疾病的有效药物-前列康就是以花粉为原料的。⑤减肥:服用蜂花粉可以吸收足够的营养,造成饱食感。同时,花粉中的卵磷脂可燃烧过剩的脂肪,达到减肥的目的。⑥调节肠胃功能:花粉有许多杀菌成分,能杀灭大肠杆菌等,并能防治便秘。⑦保肝护肝:花粉中的黄酮类化合物同样可防止脂肪在肝上的沉积。⑧调节神经系统,促进睡眠。⑨辅助治疗其他疾病:花粉对贫血、糖尿病、改善记忆力、更年期障碍等有较好效果。⑩辅助治疗前列腺疾病:可调节男性内分泌,恢复膀胱尿道平滑肌功能。
黄连:
【性味归经】苦,寒。归心、脾、胃、肝、胆、大肠经。
【功能主治】清热燥湿,泻火解毒。用于湿热痞满,呕吐吞酸,泻痢,黄疸,高热神昏,心火亢盛,心烦不寐,血热吐衄,目赤,牙痛,消渴,痈肿疔疮;外治湿疹,湿疮,耳道流脓。酒黄连善清上焦火热。用于目赤,口疮。姜黄连清胃和胃止呕。用于寒热互结,湿热中阻,痞满呕吐。萸黄连舒肝和胃止呕。用于肝胃不和,呕吐吞酸。
桑白皮:
【性味归经】甘寒,入肺经。
【功用】泻肺平喘,利水消肿。用于肺热咳喘,面目浮肿,小便不利等症。
三七:
【性味】性温,味甘、微苦。
【功能主治】散瘀止血,消肿定痛。用于各种内、外出血,胸腹刺痛,跌扑肿痛。
海金沙:
【性味】性寒,味甘。归膀胱,小肠经。
【功能主治】清利湿热,通淋止痛。用于热淋、砂淋、血淋、膏淋、尿道涩痛。
猪苦胆:有消肿止痛的作用。
大青叶:
【性味归经】苦,寒。归心、胃经。
【功能主治】1、对金黄色葡萄球菌、甲型链球菌、脑膜炎双球菌、肺炎链球菌、卡他球菌、伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌、流感杆菌、白喉杆菌以及痢疾杆菌均有一定的抑制作用,对乙型脑炎病毒、腮腺炎病毒、流感病毒等也有抑制作用。2、有杀灭钩端螺旋体的作用。3、经体内、体外实验发现有抗大肠杆菌O111B4内毒素作用。4、对传染性发热有明显的解热作用,且降温快,毒性小。5、对多种致炎剂所引起的炎症反应有明显的抑制作用。6.抗病毒作用:对上呼吸道感染有关的不同病毒株有抑制或延缓细胞病变作用。
海狗肾:
【功效】暖肾壮阳,益精补髓。
【主治】治虚损劳伤;阳痿精衰;早泄;腰膝痿弱;心腹疼痛。
【性味归经】《中华本草》:味咸;性热。归肝;肾经。①《药性论》:″大热。″②《海药本草》:″甘,大温,无毒。″③《开宝本草》:″味咸,无毒。″入肝、肾经。④《雷公炮制药性解》:″入脾、命门。″⑤《本草求真》:″入肝、胃。″
绿豆:药理作用为降血脂、降胆固醇、抗过敏、抗菌、抗肿瘤、增强食欲、保肝护肾。
冬虫夏草:味甘,性平。能补肾壮阳,补肺平喘,止血化痰。
茺蔚子:
【性味归经】辛、苦,微寒。归心包、肝经。
【功能主治】活血调经,清肝明目。用于月经不调,经闭,痛经,目赤翳障,头晕胀痛。
木瓜:
【性味归经】酸,温。归肝、脾经。
【功能主治】平肝舒筋,和胃化湿。用于湿痹拘挛,腰膝关节酸重疼痛,吐泻转筋,脚气水肿。
具体实施方式:
实施例1,配方:
蜂花粉4g、 黄连2g、 桑白皮0.1g、卵磷脂1g、
三七1g、 海金沙0.5g、猪苦胆0.1g、大青叶3g、
海狗肾0.4g、绿豆4g、 冬虫夏草1g、茺蔚子2g、
木瓜2g;
制备方法:
1)主要成份提取物的制备方法:
A、蜂花粉→除杂质→干燥→冷冻粉碎即得;
B、卵磷脂:大豆粉碎加入乙醇→回流提取→剩余物质干燥粉碎→加入15倍量乙醇,40小时浸泡→过滤2遍→水洗→低温真空干燥即得;
C、海狗肾洗去污物→干燥→加入乙醇24小时浸泡→干燥→粉碎→加入60%乙醇浸泡24小时→过滤→浓缩、干燥即得;
2)其它成份按常规提取、分离、干燥、粉碎即得;
3)各组份按比例复配,混合均匀、干燥后可制成片剂、胶囊剂、口服液。
实施例2,配方:
蜂花粉15g、黄连3g、 桑白皮1g、 卵磷脂2g、
三七2g、 海金沙1g、猪苦胆1g、 大青叶4g、
海狗肾1g、 绿豆6g、 冬虫夏草2g、茺蔚子3g、
木瓜3g。
制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3,配方:
蜂花粉20g、黄连4g、 桑白皮3g、 卵磷脂4g、
三七3g、 海金沙2g、猪苦胆2g、 大青叶4.5g、
海狗肾2g、 绿豆8g、 冬虫夏草2.5g、茺蔚子4g、
木瓜5g。
制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例4,配方:
蜂花粉25g、黄连5g、 桑白皮5g、卵磷脂5g、
三七4g、 海金沙3g、猪苦胆3g、大青叶5g、
海狗肾3g、绿豆10g、冬虫夏草3g、茺蔚子5g、
木瓜6g。
制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例5,配方:
蜂花粉36g、黄连6g、 桑白皮6g、 卵磷脂6g、
三七5g、 海金沙4g、猪苦胆4g、 大青叶6g、
海狗肾4g、 绿豆12g、 冬虫夏草4g、茺蔚子8g、木瓜7g;
制备方法与实施例1相同。
治疗观察:
我们于2005-2009年采用一种有效治疗前列腺疾患的药物,对100例患者治疗,取得良好效果。一般常见的尿急、尿频,1-5天即可改善,腰腿疼痛所关联症状10天左右即可改善。
典型病例:
病例1:
王xx男82岁,患病几十年,每夜经常起床6-7次,出门不超过15分钟就找厕所,回家不待门打开就尿裤是常有的事。服用本剂一瓶改善。
病例2:
马xx男78岁,患病十几年,症状同上,每天需洗5-6次内裤,腰痛严重期坐非常艰难。服用本剂三天后尿急、尿频消失。12天后腰痛基本消失。
病例3:
李xx男52岁患病5年左右,一般的尿急尿频每天换内裤1-2个,服用本剂5天后症状消失。
病例4:
向xx男42岁,患病3年多,平常尿感觉困难、尿细,偶有一段时间性生活时阴茎疼,连续服用3个月症状部全部消失。
病例5:
项xx,男76岁,患病10多年平日里排尿困难,尿时难尽,经常尿裤,服用本剂一周后转为正常。
病例6:
楼xx男34岁,患病两余年,司机,尿频且伴有轻度经常阴茎疼,服用本剂一个月,症状消失。
病例7:
张xx男54岁一般尿急、尿频月余。服用本药剂三天,症状消失至今已近两年未再患病。
以上病例都是服用其它药剂多年无效后,改服本剂。
Claims (3)
1.一种有效治疗前列腺疾患的药物,其特征是由下列重量份的药物提取物组成:
蜂花粉4-36份、 黄连2-6份、 桑白皮0.1-6份、卵磷脂1-6份、
三七1-5份、 海金沙0.5-4份、猪苦胆0.1-4份、大青叶3-6份、
海狗肾0.4-4份、绿豆4-12份、 冬虫夏草1-4份、茺蔚子2-8份、
木瓜2-7份;
制备方法:
1)主要成份提取物的制备方法:
A、蜂花粉→除杂质→干燥→冷冻粉碎即得;
B、卵磷脂:大豆粉碎加入乙醇→回流提取→剩余物质干燥粉碎→加入15倍量乙醇,40小时浸泡→过滤2遍→水洗→低温真空干燥即得;
C、海狗肾洗去污物→干燥→加入乙醇24小时浸泡→干燥→粉碎→加入60%乙醇浸泡24小时→过滤→浓缩、干燥即得;
2)其它成份按常规提取、分离、干燥、粉碎即得;
3)各组份按比例复配,混合均匀、干燥后,制成片剂、胶囊剂、口服液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有效治疗前列腺疾患的药物,其特征在于,是由下列重量份的药物提取物组成:
蜂花粉15-25份、黄连3-5份、 桑白皮1-5份、 卵磷脂2-5份、
三七2-4份、 海金沙1-3份、猪苦胆1-3份、 大青叶4-5份、
海狗肾1-3份、 绿豆6-10份、 冬虫夏草2-3份、茺蔚子3-5份、
木瓜3-6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的有效治疗前列腺疾患的药物,其特征还在于,是由下列重量份的药物提取物组成:
蜂花粉20份、黄连4份、 桑白皮3份、 卵磷脂4份、
三七3份、 海金沙2份、猪苦胆2份、 大青叶4.5份、
海狗肾2份、 绿豆8份、 冬虫夏草2.5份、茺蔚子4份、
木瓜5份。
