Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于西兰花茎叶粉的蛋品质改进饲料,全价饲料中西兰花茎叶粉所占重量百分比为3~10%,红辣椒粉所占重量百分比为0.01~0.3%,甜菜碱所占重量百分比为0.05~0.2%,以硒计的有机硒所占重量百分比为0.00002~0.0001%。西兰花茎叶粉和红辣椒粉协同作用,可促进蛋黄色素沉积,产生较好的蛋黄色感。甜菜碱和西兰花茎叶粉共存可以抑制叶绿素卟啉环脱镁反应,稳定叶绿素,能提高鸡蛋或鸭蛋的蛋白高度、蛋黄颜色、哈氏单位、蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度;降低蛋黄胆固醇含量。有机硒和西兰花茎叶粉可协同防止色素的氧化,加强色素的沉积作用,并稳定蛋黄颜色。本发明可显著提高鸡蛋或鸭蛋的蛋白高度、蛋黄颜色、哈氏单位、蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度;显著降低蛋黄胆固醇含量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及饲料,尤其涉及一种基于西兰花茎叶粉的蛋品质改进饲料。
背景技术
西兰花(Brassica oleracea L.var.italica Piench)又名绿菜花、茎椰菜、青花菜、木立花椰菜、意大利芥蓝等,为十字花科芸薹属甘蓝种中以绿色花球为产品的一个变种,营养丰富,含蛋白质、糖、脂肪、维生素和胡萝卜素,营养成份位居同类蔬菜之首,被誉为“蔬菜皇冠”。西兰花中含有丰富的维生素A、维生素C、胡萝卜素、维生素E和多种不饱和脂肪酸。在浙江省台州市2008年西兰花种植面积达到了15万亩,占全国总种植面积的三分之一。台州市地处浙江省东部沿海,属亚热带季风气候区,东部海洋性气候明显,冬季温暖湿润,光照充足。由于独特的地理、气候环境,该地区生产的西兰花独辟蹊径,能非常适宜地进行露地越冬栽培,并可在寒冬1-2月上市,冬季12月-次年3月没有病虫害,因而无须使用农药,产品具有显著的安全性和优质性。以临海市上盘镇为中心在中国蔬菜产业区域化分工中发展成为全国规模最大的冬、春西兰花生产中心和重要的国际西兰花生产基地。
由于西兰花食用部分仅有花球,占植株50~60%叶片都被作为废弃物。比如台州市每年至少有26万吨西兰花茎叶,鲜茎叶饲喂家畜只占极少部分,大部分茎叶(占80%,大约20多万吨)未合理利用,腐败后引起空气污染及水体富营养化等环境问题,同时也造成茎叶资源的浪费。然而,我国饲料资源短缺问题已成为制约饲料工业可持续发展的瓶颈,开发新型饲料资源可缓解人畜争粮矛盾和粮食供给压力,促进我国饲料工业的可持续发展。
目前对西兰花茎叶的产业化后续开发利用研究很少报道。西兰花茎叶营养丰富,若进行自然干燥,刈割一段时间后植物体由于得不到营养供应,只能依靠分解自身体内营养物质,加之活细胞的呼吸作用,使分解大于合成。由于植物的呼吸作用使有机物有一定的损失;植物体内贮存的部分无氮浸出物分解为单糖,作为能源而消耗掉;再加上微生物作用导致植物体内可溶性化合物发生较大的变化,能量下降;有少量蛋白质被分解成以氨基酸为主的氨化物。因此,开展西兰花茎叶干燥技术研究、最大限度减少茎叶营养价值的损失,生产优质茎叶粉产品是实现西兰花废弃物规模饲料化开发利用的重要举措。而且,在饲喂中要研究其添加量和日粮组合以发挥其最佳的作用效果。
另一方面,随着畜牧业的发展,我国养禽业发展迅速,从传统的开放式的自然放养生产发展到规模化、集约化的商品化大生产。由于蛋鸡生产集约化程度较高,生产效益是大大提高了,使近几年禽蛋丰富了消费市场。但出现蛋品质不佳,消费者对蛋风味抱怨等现象。蛋品质来佳主要表现在:黄色色泽发淡,味不鲜、香味不足。出现上述现象的根本原因在于:(1)品种的变化。随着养禽业的发展,我国饲养的蛋鸡品种逐步向外来品种或本地品种与外来品种杂交品种发展,外来品种由于其产蛋率和饲料转化效率高,经济效益好。(2)全价饲料的使用。全价饲料的使用使蛋禽的生产效率大大提高,使某些养分沉积偏低,导致色质和香味不足。消费者对优质禽蛋的不断追求,导致土鸡蛋在市场进一步走俏。目前我国土鸡是靠农民的零星饲养,土鸡蛋还处于自足自给状态,尤其是在大城市,优质土鸡蛋市民难以买到。如何寻找一条蛋禽养殖的出路,目前关键在于提高禽蛋的品质,采用优质优价的经营思路,提高蛋禽养殖的效益。达到上述目标有二条可取途径:(1)品种改良,通过优良的品种生产优质的禽蛋,我国一些优良的地方品种其产蛋的品质优良,但其产蛋率低,难于规模经营。(2)营养调控技术,在现有品种的基础上,通过营养调控技术改变禽蛋的品质,使商品化生产的禽蛋无论在营养和风味上均达到或超过本鸡蛋水平。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种基于西兰花茎叶粉的蛋品质改进饲料。
基于西兰花茎叶粉的蛋品质改进饲料是:全价饲料中西兰花茎叶粉所占重量百分比为3~10%,红辣椒粉所占重量百分比为0.01~0.3%,甜菜碱所占重量百分比为0.05~0.2%,以硒计的有机硒所占重量百分比为0.00002~0.0001%。
所述的西兰花茎叶粉是采摘花球后的西兰花茎叶干燥粉碎后制成的粉剂,粉碎粒度是40~80目。所述的西兰花茎叶粉含粗蛋白20~30%,粗纤维6~15%,粗脂肪3~8%,β-胡萝卜素150~500mg/kg。所述的有机硒是酵母硒或硒代蛋氨酸。
本发明的西兰花茎叶粉粗蛋白>20%,粗纤维<18%,按国际饲料分类法规定属于蛋白质饲料。西兰花茎叶粉富含β-胡萝卜素和叶绿素,能提高蛋黄颜色,降低蛋的胆固醇浓度,其对胆固醇代谢的影响与其发酵产生的短链脂肪酸有关。西兰花茎叶粉和红辣椒粉协同作用,可促进蛋黄色素沉积,产生较好的蛋黄色感。甜菜碱是甲基供体,通过甲基代谢促进肉碱、磷脂、RNA、DNA等重要物质的合成,促进肝脏中脂类的迁移和脂肪酸的β-氧化,显著降低肝脂率和腹脂率,有效防止蛋鸡脂肪肝的发生,提高蛋品质。西兰花叶片叶绿素含量在0.3%左右,比一般绿色植物叶片0.05~0.2%的叶绿素含量高出许多。但是叶绿素很不稳定,pH是决定叶绿素卟啉环脱镁反应速度的一个重要因素。在酸性环境中,叶绿素卟啉环中的镁可被H取代,发生脱镁反应生成脱镁叶绿素,并进一步生成焦脱镁叶绿素,颜色转变为橄榄绿、甚至褐色。在弱碱中,叶绿素呈较稳定的鲜绿色。甜菜碱是碱性化合物,和茎叶粉共存可以稳定叶绿素。甜菜碱还具有爽快的甜味,和茎叶粉协同对蛋鸡有诱食作用。
西兰花茎叶粉含有丰富的维生素E,维生素E可明显减减少有害自由基、过氧化物的生成,而维生素E和有机硒在抗氧化方面具有协同效应,因此本发明的有机硒和西兰花茎叶粉可协同防止色素的氧化,加强色素的沉积作用,并稳定蛋黄颜色。
本发明的蛋品质改进饲料,可显著提高鸡蛋或鸭蛋的蛋白高度、蛋黄颜色、哈氏单位、蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度;显著降低蛋黄胆固醇含量。
具体实施方式
基于西兰花茎叶粉的蛋品质改进饲料是:每吨蛋鸡或蛋鸭全价饲料中含30~100公斤西兰花茎叶粉,0.1~3公斤红辣椒粉,0.5~2公斤甜菜碱,0.2~1克以硒计的有机硒。
所述的西兰花茎叶粉是采摘花球后的西兰花茎叶干燥粉碎后制成的粉剂,粉碎粒度是40~80目。所述的西兰花茎叶粉含粗蛋白20~30%,粗纤维6~15%,粗脂肪3~8%,β-胡萝卜素150~500mg/kg。所述的有机硒是酵母硒或硒代蛋氨酸。
本发明结合以下实例作进一步的说明。
实施例1
采摘花球后的西兰花茎叶干燥粉碎后制成的西兰花茎叶粉,粉碎粒度是40目,含粗蛋白20%,粗纤维6%,粗脂肪3%,β-胡萝卜素150mg/kg。
选375日龄健康的商品代罗曼(Roman)蛋鸡,试验组蛋鸡全价饲料中含西兰花茎叶粉3%,红辣椒粉0.01%,甜菜碱0.05%,以硒计的酵母硒0.00002%,而对照组饲喂对照日粮(配方见表1)。

饲喂上述饲料60天,测定蛋鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质,用美国产罗氏蛋黄比色扇(roche yolk color fan)测定蛋黄指数。结果表明,与对照组相比,鸡蛋的蛋白高度、蛋黄颜色、哈氏单位、蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度分别提高20%(P<0.05)、25%(P<0.05)、20%(P<0.05)、25%(P<0.05)、和27%(P<0.05);蛋黄胆固醇含量降低了28%(P<0.01)。
实施例2
采摘花球后的西兰花茎叶干燥粉碎后制成的西兰花茎叶粉,粉碎粒度是80目,含粗蛋白30%,粗纤维15%,粗脂肪8%,β-胡萝卜素500mg/kg。
选350日龄的商品代依莎(ISA Brown)蛋鸡,试验组蛋鸡全价饲料中含西兰花茎叶粉7%,红辣椒粉0.15%,甜菜碱0.1%,以硒计的酵母硒0.00003%,而对照组饲喂对照日粮(配方见表1)。

实施例3
采摘花球后的西兰花茎叶干燥粉碎后制成的西兰花茎叶粉,粉碎粒度是60目,含粗蛋白25%,粗纤维10%,粗脂肪5%,β-胡萝卜素300mg/kg。
选绍兴麻鸭,试验组蛋鸭全价饲料中含西兰花茎叶粉10%,红辣椒粉0.3%,甜菜碱0.2%,以硒计的酵母硒0.0001%,而对照组饲喂对照日粮(配方见表1)。自由采食贝壳粉。

饲喂30天,测定蛋鸭产蛋产蛋性能和蛋品质,用美国产罗氏蛋黄比色扇(rocheyolk color fan)测定蛋黄指数。由于罗氏比色扇的最高值为15度,而饲喂本发明饲料的蛋鸭所产鸭蛋的色度高于罗氏比色扇值15度,我们按照罗氏比色扇的色差和色素,运用计算机处理推定出了罗氏比色扇的延续值至25度。结果表明,蛋鸭产蛋率提高4%以上,料蛋比降低5%以上,鸭蛋的蛋白高度、蛋黄颜色、哈氏单位、蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度分别提高24%(P<0.05)、35%(P<0.05)、28%(P<0.05)、25%(P<0.05)、和30%(P<0.05);蛋黄胆固醇含量降低了35%(P<0.01)。蛋黄着色指数(RYCF)达到13~21,平均值为15度(见下图:左图为试验组鸭蛋;右图为对照组鸭蛋)。将鸭蛋进行腌制加工,煮熟品尝发现,蛋黄色泽没有下降,而且蛋黄、蛋白色泽柔和,口感味道好。

1.一种基于西兰花茎叶粉的蛋品质改进饲料,其特征在于,全价饲料中西兰花茎叶粉所占重量百分比为3~10%,红辣椒粉所占重量百分比为0.01~0.3%,甜菜碱所占重量百分比为0.05~0.2%,以硒计的有机硒所占重量百分比为0.00002~0.0001%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于西兰花茎叶粉的蛋品质改进饲料,其特征在于所述的西兰花茎叶粉是采摘花球后的西兰花茎叶干燥粉碎后制成的粉剂,粉碎粒度是40~80目。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种基于西兰花茎叶粉的蛋品质改进饲料,其特征在于所述的西兰花茎叶粉含粗蛋白20~30%,粗纤维6~15%,粗脂肪3~8%,β-胡萝卜素150~500mg/kg。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于西兰花茎叶粉的蛋品质改进饲料,其特征在于所述的有机硒是酵母硒或硒代蛋氨酸。
